The meeting for Pogba with Juventus will be Monday.
Feels like should be much more comfortable at Juventus given how he played there so won't take time adjusting in and also Juventus doesn't have dense squad like PSG has so he will find good amount of playing minutes which is essential to finding his form back again. PSG is also a good option given its a French club but still Pogba has switched to so many leagues and adjusted well out there so going back to Italy should come after getting into real picture or playing minutes.

^^ It's funny how his career has been swinging at United and Juventus so far. Kinda feels similar to career of Lukaku till now. Well anyway wherever he goes , I hope he finds his form again and try to play best football in whatever left is of his career. Also I think I have hear rumours about PSG also interested in Pogba. What do you think? @coinlocket$

And like most people, I also didn't get wrong about the Leipzig - Freiburg situation. Freiburg continued on their way by qualifying for the Europa League and Leipzig managed to qualify for the Champions League. Bielefeld really believed in themselves for a long time and were leading the game 1-0 too. But Leipzig somehow got that point by drawing with them 1-1. And even if Freiburg defeated Leverkusen, they were still going to stay at the same position in the standings.
Bielefeld were doing great defending and in 70th minute they got lucky and found the goal but Leipzig were lucky too to find the equalising goal right at the extra minutes and getting a point out of it. Well anyway they would have made it as Freiburg failed to win their match but would have tied with Union Berlin with 57 points but Leipzig still above them with the goal difference.

Not sure if this info was posted itt before. But just dropping by for a little tidbit. And I didn't know this until a friend told me about it... So Erling Haaland's dad is Alfie Haaland who used to be a Man City player himself and he was also the captain. Besides the money, it could be one of the reasons why he chose to sign with City over the bigger clubs like Real Madrid. So yeah, with that deal finished, next deal to be made is extending Pep's contract by at least a couple of years.
Yes definitely.. I still recall him from that dirty derby tackle from Keane on Alfie Haaland. Definitely could be a factor given the fact that his dad played from that club once. There were lot rumours of Haaland going to United which I knew that weren't true right away. I would say he needed a big club to groom himself and he thinks City is the best for him. Pep would like to stay but seems like he is not that pumped up as he was once at the beginning. Kinda feels like giving up on the fight but still he did indicate that he would love to be in the club for more but will think later.

Honestly Chelsea had fair amount of chances in the game. Arnold being high on the field makes him quite sloppy at times and Chelsea had very close chances from that area. Even after spending 100 million for Lukaku he was a flop show and didn't had much impact in the game and for Liverpool Luis Diaz (underrated signing) had massive impact. Love the way he put the pressure on Chelsea defenders. Chelsea fight hard but didn't made it in the end and now they have lost 3 FA Cup finals in a row.

Good insight [+1] , checking on Kane will really make those room to plays very less but it will be a huge task to keep a check on him. Also, there is Kulusevski on the right who also has been the man in form so might wanna have to check that too. Well Burnley are in fight for relegation so they will have a plan for sure so should be an interesting to see how they plan to drag Spurs down in the next fixture.
A back four (4) with two DM solves the problem, give Kane a man marking and Kulusevski will have limited counter passes; he's been a top player and adapted so well since his arrival in January, he's having the best time of his career right now; he's another player who needs to be stopped from cutting in from the edge of the box; he's quick and has good eyesight for passes. To be honest, I think it'll be a tough game. Burnley do usually play with 4-4-2 so Cork and Brownhill plays as more of a center mid role so they might be taking some part in defensive duties. Well I haven't seen them that effective but when it's relegation on the line then they will be pushing themselves out in the game for sure. It's not far out, we will see how Burnley handles them. Also besides Spurs just had a game so players might not be in the best shape so maybe this works out as a slight favour for Burnley.

While Burnley's attack may have surprised big sides in couple of matches this season but their defense has been the worrying department. They have struggled defensively and quite catch upto players with speed. Son and Kane have been deadly recently. With Kane's vision and Son's pace , I don't see Burnley going strong against them unless they have a plan.
Yesterday also Son's pace troubled Soares and Holding. Holding was sent off for his horrible fouls on Son but Soares was also having trouble catching upto players on left hand side.
Yes, they outperform Arsenal, but we can't say the same about Burnley, who are known for their compact style of play; if they can cage Harry Kane, Son may be rendered useless without Kane, because Kane is the man who creates the majority of Son's goals this season, so if the Burnley coach can mark him and block his passes, they may as well break down the Tottenham team and escape with a point. The teams fighting for relegation are the most difficult to play against right now; they always put everything into every game. I agree with you on this. He even brought a team that started badly in the league to a very good ranking and achieved a not bad success. While doing this, he succeeded with very inadequate players, now I am sure that he will be much more successful if he can bring better players to the team. If Xavi coaches this team for a few years, I'm sure they can win the Champions League CL, hmm doubt that but yeah he can build the Barca team better again. He can build a team who can win LaLiga title back to back but CL maybe because there are lot of good managers out now and lot of talented players so it is bit uncertain if they can find CL but I will agree that Xavi is doing tremendous work in Barca regain their form back. It is a very big challenge when you have to build a squad out with not much budget as you have to pick and buy right players which will help Barca and also right tactics and to keep a check on players morale ..it's lot of work.

It was great to see a very competitive ranking until the last week, we are all very curious about who will win the fight between Freiburg and Leipzig. Leipzig is in a very advantageous position because its opponent is not very strong, while Freiburg will play against one of the best teams in the league. Therefore, the chances of losing points will be very high Well the opponent against Leipzig- Arminia Bielefield might not be in the best form right now but they have surprised some heavy weights in Bundesliga this season and one of them is RB Leipzig at home with 2-0 scoreline . I would say Bielefield does play out as an element of surprise but chances are slim given the CL spot at stake so likely that RB Leipzig will finish in top 4.

Question is how they will do in CL, which has always been out of grasp for them. They advance to so many stages but afterall they are unable to touch that trophy.
they lack champions league killer instincts Yeah I will agree with that. The moment I saw 3-1 in the finals I knew that Madrid is gonna win it now because City are not a comeback team. Their players in my opinion lack that spirit. They are too much into possession and tactics that they miss out on that a pushing hard type character. If we look at that second leg of that semi final, Madrid played 3-5 mins for real and were able to make a comeback but City played for so much of the match but only found one goal. What do you think of this? City has bad work rate with the ball? Even in games in PL they maintain 60-70% possession but are only able to find 1 goal..sometimes they find 4 or 5.

Why would anyone underate Burnley? Who are currently fighting a relegation battle and every match seems like a final to them all, they beat Tottenham in the first leg this season and will most likely beat them again to avoid relegation. This is the most important game of the season because both teams need a point to advance.

Pep's last interview suggests that he does not intend to extend his current contracts; he appears to be bored and frustrated by the club's lack of Champions League experience; Pep is an adventurous man who would like to try a new challenge elsewhere. He's won every cup in the league, and he might want to take try the Italian or French leagues as well.
This tweet from Romano : https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1524792693221642241 does indicates that yeah he is having a bit of doubt so yeah a slight layer of uncertainty but I think now that they have acquired a striker they will do much better next season. They were lacking in terms of a proper goalscorer who knows how to put pressure inside the box and now that they have acquired player like Haaland , they will have some quite better dominating season. Question is how they will do in CL, which has always been out of grasp for them. They advance to so many stages but afterall they are unable to touch that trophy.

Last year City were so much trying to get Harry Kane and more than double the amount of the release clause they are paying right now to Dortmund and one year after they are signing a world class striker with lot of potential. Glad to see some challenges coming in premier league.

Hellas Verona 1 - 1 Milan
this result is not amenable to milan, they were losing and managed to draw, but if in the next 45 minutes they don't try to change the situation so that they have the advantage and win the game. Verona is playing to win the game even if they don't have anything useful to conquer anymore, they are playing to win the game and Milan that needs to win the game to win the Serie A needs to defend better and be more effective in attack to be able to score more goals and have full control of the game
Milan are already winning 3-1 and it is unlikely that anything will change in the remaining minutes. I'm glad that they were able to overcome their scoring problems and win with a solid score even though the game started according to a bad scenario for them. Thus, Milan has one difficult game left against Atalanta in the next round. The remaining games for AC Milan are the tough ones that stand in the way. They have fixtures against Atalanta and Sassuolo and both teams are tough ones. Atalanta have strong attack but are weak in defence so they need to take care of defending against those shots and stop any plays from happening. Atalanta one should become rather easy if they focus on defending and score as usual and as for Sassuolo they are having rough time but they have some good players. They might not be having a great season but still are capable of creating problems for Milan.

I was and be really surprised about the result from Stuttgart against Bayern Munich as Munich was leading already in front with 2 : 1. Maybe Stuttgart can make it next week to stay in the first german league , would be disappointing to see them maybe relegated. Yesterday also Schalke 04 have done it and they will play next season in the first league again. About Leipzig , there win was needed and hope they can win there next game also to play next season CL .
The way Bayern played, it didn't seemed like they were goofing around after winning Bundesliga. Stuttgart needed to keep their hopes alive and they played well today and hard fought 1 point, I would say. Now they are still in relegation zone, but if Hertha loses next one and Stuttgart wins their next then Stuttgart will move above Hertha and Hertha will have to play the relegation match. Still some hopes alive but with ifs..

Where are you seeing that best performance of Barcelona? Barcelona is playing so poor now and the paying styles, tactics are not well enough to beat opposite team. Xavi should find out the lackings and he should fix those lackings as soon as possible. Overall performance of Barcelona isn't in satisfactory level.
Well not that poor actually. You gotta consider the Barca under Koeman- that was horrendous. I would say better plays from Barca but still lot improvement to be done. Right now they are securing for the future starting with young talents which is good. They are doing some smart things so I expect them to be back with the old Barca style at some point but not sure when. Should take even 2-3 years or maybe 5 or more depends upon what decisions and steps they take.

I read today that Nemanja Matic was offered to Juventus. His best days are behind him and he doesn't have what is needed to improve an already weak midfield.
Matic would leave and yeah looking at him it really does seems like age is getting onto him so I would say moving into Serie A might be good if it is true. He can still play but the thing is that he isn't that fast with reactions but has a good vision so Juventus maybe find use out of him in some areas but I still don't get their interest going after him.

Indeed an interesting Sunday in the English Premier league today, Arsenal extended the lead in fourth place over Torttleharm by winning very stubborn Leeds united, with a two early goals from the Gunners. In the other games, Everton continued their good run of form by beating Leicester city and this helps their battle to stay in English top flight football. Then Manchester city had an infactic victory over Newcastle, this puts them in a good position to winning the English Premier League.
Everton now are out of relegation zone as I thought and now Burnley and Leeds seems to be in relegation battle. Everton are playing defensively and much cautiously now as things are bit serious for them. Arsenal also won an important game in race to make into top 4. Leeds never were a challenge in front of Arsenal , they have been conceding quite so goals lately so seemed like Gunners win from the start. So couple of important games for the teams went their way. Let's see what surprise is packed up in next gameweek.

Fulham manager Marco Silva talking about their wonderkid Fabio Carvalho future that he said next season this player is not belongs to Fulham again because Liverpool already deal will bought him and actually Silva said too he personally do not want Carvalho leave and it is heavy decission for him to let Carvalho went to Liverpool but he can't do anything because the player himself wants to move to bigger Clubs
Yeah its a big opportunity for players to move into clubs where they can have good challenges like CL and get to face the best competition out there. It's same everywhere you can't change that. Although I do want to see what Klopp has plans with Carvalho, one for the future? Or just start giving regular chances right away (which I doubt)
