So I thought I would try the Pool out today. This is the result for 11 hours of mining. I have been at 3.2 to 3.4 Mh/s all day and this is my pay out. Tell me that it takes a couple of days to get going mining on this pool. 9.49 BC for 11 hours of mining at 3.2 Mh/s

And why is my average so low to current hashrate?

Just trying to understand how the pool works.
Pretend like those coins are 50 dollars a piece,  how is the profitability now?

I was pretending they were $1 a piece before I started 11 hours ago. I thought the payouts was closer to 18 BC/MH

Trying to figure out the big descrepency in actual and avg Mh/s.

Did you factor in that BC is up again in value and that the pool buys at the current market value throughout the day?

Yep.

But my big thing is it shows my avg hash rate at 1.31 Mh/s where I am running at 3.2 Mh/s wich means I should have got 23.168 BC instead of 9.49 BC.

Very simple, avg hash = calculated by shares. We cannot read what your miner says, we can purely see how much shares you gave us. So that translates to 1.31 Mh/s over a 24 hour period. Factor in that 3.2 MH/s is a bit less on WU (your actual hashrate) and that the pool payout time is not the actual time that that day of mining ends (it's a bit earlier for coins to mature and latest buys) and you get to that number.

So everything is based on 24 hr shift?

Also is there some carry over from one day to the next if some coins wasn't sold? Or is at the end of the shift all coins for my miner is sold then start new.

I have 4 750ti's on powered USB risers. I am running Windows 7 with 8 GB of ram. Using a 600 Watt psu and I have 2 cards on one daisy chain. And the other 2 cards on a separate daisy chain.

Running scrypt (I know) right now. All is fine until iI overclock. Once I try the 3rd card the system slows down badly. I can't even get to the fourth. Anyone else have this problem?
1487  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] cudaMiner - a new litecoin mining application [Windows/Linux] on: April 14, 2014, 04:03:42 PM
Thanks Antonio8 Smiley , you are Italian ? .

The best exchanger for PTS is ? .

Anytime.

Not Italian. American.

I have actually held all my Pts since last snapshot. I would hate to recommend an exchange though.
1488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] cudaMiner - a new litecoin mining application [Windows/Linux] on: April 14, 2014, 12:30:29 PM
I've managed to get 14x 750Ti working now. Any idea on what's the best coin to mine until the new Groestl miner is released?

I was thinking either Groestlcoin, scrypt and scypt-n profitability might be really close at this time. Assuming your're mining the best scrypt and scrypt-n coins

If it was me I would do BTS/PTS until the difficulty increases. With that many cards you will have about 780-840 cpm. 11,802 cpm would net about 4-5 BTS/PTS per day at $3.78 per share. $18.90 per day is good right now. You only have about 2 1/2 days until the difficulty rises. Then switch to something else.

By the way nice choice. I am up to 6 750ti's now and still adding whenever I can.
? on what algo ? momentum is not implemented on nvidia (or is it using multipool ?)

https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=2183.0

Version 0.5 is made just for the 750ti's. It will work on other cards but this is specifically for the ti's.

I use it for YPool. I am mining and holding the shares until the next DAC comes out. Hopefully the nesxt comes out. Last time they went to about $23 a share.
thanks didn't know about it. Do you know if it can run on NoirShare ?

How many PTS a day with 2 nvidia 750ti ? . Im try but dont understand :

It's OK ? .

Your cpm seems fine. If you are just starting you might be too late though. The difficulty retargets in about 24 hours and then it will increase a lot.

You are on track for about .5 a BTS/PTS per day. Here is a link. http://mrx.im/pts.php?cpm=1600 About half way down you can input your cpm and get a guesstimate.

We did make it to #7 for a while at $0.24

EDIT: Or maybe it was $.26. Anyways we did make it to #7

This is pretty interesting, I've never seen multiple multipools jump on a newly announced and released coin this early. Remember, this coin was first announced today
Right now we have one multipool at 2.2 gh/s. Hashcows

Total hash about 4gh/s.
Only 1 pool, at about 0.08 gh/s

That leaves us as about 1.7 gh/s where we don't know comes from.

This has been happening for a while now.

I was on Black Coin from day one and a multipool was there also. Even trying to sell the coins in the thread since there was no exchange.
1491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] cudaMiner - a new litecoin mining application [Windows/Linux] on: April 13, 2014, 09:25:00 PM
So, Christian(s), I'd like to pose the question that I think we'd all like the answer to: When is the Exahash ver. of cudaminer/ccminer going to be released?   Grin

we're still in development mode here. Replacing the thrust library with CUDPP for stream compaction in the divergent sections
of the quarkcoin and animecoin algorithms. Hoping to gain 20% more speed.

Also X11 work will have to be started soon (but maybe we can try to do an interim release first).

Christian

Take your time. We have

Blocks to retarget: 2132
Measured: 47.12%
Estimated difficulty: 0.03482699 (323.68%)
Time to retarget: 1d 16:47:32 (2014-04-15 23:10:20 UTC+9)

until we need the miner.  Tongue

Just kidding.

Thanks for the work.

NRS is a CPU-only coin,I believe. Ain't gonna be profitable unless you have a server farm. But there's the future DAC's and everything,so it may be be worth investing in.
Tried NRS yesterday morning, it was already too late for my poor 3770...
However, it won't take long to get a gpu miner (private or public is another problem...)

I tried the ptsgpu on the 780ti: around 1700cpm adding the amd I get 3000cpm which is not a lot
considering the other pts amd only soft. is doing 3000cpm with the R9 only...

The bus usage is around 80%... (with some optimization, it could certainly do much better)

Sorry been out doing yard work.

Try this for AMD cards: https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=2598.0 version 2.2 works best.  Use this in the bat (-t 1,1 -a 1) without parenthesis. Running the same card twice works best. I get 3,320 cpm without an overclock on a R9 280X. Some people say they get 3,400-3,575 cpm with good overclock.

I believe the Nvidia is only for the xmpt protocol or whatever it is called.

Only been running for about 10 hours but wanted to report.

Running on two 7850's (I know). And an Amd Phenom II x3 710 (I know again)

First card: 4ch/h 8956  7ch/h 7.028  8ch/h .843  9ch/h .094
Seco card: 4ch/h 8978  7ch/h 5.844  8ch/h .377  9ch/h .093

I can't get the cpu to run over 26% load on any core. Maybe because it is only a 3 core.

I have 2 R9 270 and a R9 280x that I will test out in a few days when I get done on another coin.
1496  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] sph-sgminer: multi-coin multi-algorithm GPU miner | added Twecoin on: April 11, 2014, 04:33:37 PM
Groestl is useless atm, cause Cuda Miner is 2-3x faster  Undecided
no :
780ti : 11Mh/s (don't know if oc or not)
R9 290 : 9Mh/s (gpu@1100)

R9 290 9.9 Mh/s (gpu @1100)

amd sph miner beaten but not so much

how about power consumption ? If put that into consideration , which is better ?

750ti at 8 Mh/s under 75 watts per card

Hi,

Maybe this information can be nice for Cudaminer users here:

CUDAminer & KopiemTu v1.2 with pool manager - are available
works "out of the box" - just plug it in, add your pool information, and start mining, with little fuss overall

Feedback is welcome! Smiley

This is Linux only?

XPM miner for Nvidia GPU IS COMING .

after the second coming of Christ, I suppose.

The other Christian and myself have been getting interested in prime based algorithms
lately. So it may be the next project to tackle after Quark/X11 with the high speed
Groestl.

Looks to be correct.

Supercomputing took the primegpu and made it into a gpu for Rie Coin also. Says he had it on Cuda but wasn't happy with the performance so will work on it sometime in May.

This version works:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=475795.msg6086911#msg6086911

Should work on all stratum pools, dwarf & suprnova etc.

EDIT:

Tested & Works on https://twe.suprnova.cc

Download Source:
https://github.com/badman74/sph-sgminer

Windows Bins:
https://github.com/badman74/Binaries/tree/master/sgminer

I tried that also and I did not see a miner in the zip.

I do not know how to compile so I am looking for a miner already compiled.
Windows Bins:
https://github.com/badman74/Binaries/tree/master/sgminer
already compiled
sgminer -k twecoin --name DwarfPool -o stratum+tcp://moria.dwarfpool.com:3348 -u yourTWEcoinaddress -p x -I 20 --difficulty-multiplier 1
sgminer -k twecoin --name Supernova -o stratum+tcp://twe.suprnova.cc:5555 -u username.miner -p x -I 20 --difficulty-multiplier 256

Badman, sometimes I am not the sharpest tool in the shed.

I went to that link but there is no download button on the right hand side to download. I keep scrolling and can not find a zip file.

https://github.com/badman74/Binaries/archive/master.zip

Thank you
