I would like to join the rest of the other members here to give you a warm welcome to this platform. It is nice having you onboard. I had to do a quick check on your website and I must say you did a great work there. The UI is unique with a touch of excellence. I see you already listed some casinos already which are well known in the gambling industry.

Your announcement thread here should fully reflect what you offer and I would advise you update it to the fullest and also, I read where you offer to list casinos free of charge but I am curious to know if you just list them like that or you conduct your due diligence before listing them and if you do, can you please state the criteria you use to list casinos free of charge because there must be some standard a casino must meet before being listed unlike other review sites, they have standards too.

Lastly, seems you do not have FAQ on your website as I checked for it. It would be nice you have it so that prospective visitors could see for themselves saving you the stress of responding to numerous mails of enquiries. You can quote reply as much comment you want on one thread instead of spamming your thread with different quote replies. Your thread should be well coordinated.
1482  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com/us promo on: July 30, 2023, 07:57:09 PM
~snip~
unless there is something going on underground in that casino that is just between the Casino management and the gambler.
If there is, I think it is a strategy used by the casino to get funds in disguise. Possibly there could be such but how could it be that it is another way to money laundry through casinos based on terms between the gamblers and  the casinos in  question. At first verifying the authenticity of this bonus matters as to know how genuine it is so as no one would  fall victim of any scam.
1483  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com/us promo on: July 30, 2023, 04:59:05 PM
If you have $1,000,000

Did I get the figures correctly? $1,000,000 (One million dollars) in the last 7 days—does that not sound impossible for one to win the promo code? And even if one wagers that amount, what will the $1,000 bonus be to him or her?
I don't think that's the case. I suppose the $1,000,000 wager amount is just the accumulated amount you need to have at least to be eligible to claim that promo code.

OP, did these codes really come from Stake? If yes, could you provide any links posted by their official social media accounts so we can check them out and verify?

You made a valid point here. OP should give us the link to this promo let us verify and see if it is genuine because I have not seen anything of such coming from stake.  No announcement of such from their official handle yet and their announcement thread has no such update. If there is such then OP should be able to furnish us with such information for us to see for ourselves.

This made me check on OP profile and OP has been here for  quite a long time with no activity but all of a sudden appears with a $1,000,000 wager promo code of $1k drp for members on stake platform to use if they had wagered such an amount to use. Who knows what this might be.
 I am open to corrections.
1484  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com/us promo on: July 30, 2023, 01:31:30 PM
If you have $1,000,000

This requirement alone would not allow me to pass, so I'm not one of your target markets here. Actually, I don't believe you'll find gamblers here who bet $1 million, as those who are gambling such amounts are probably not active in the forum posting. Therefore, you are unlikely to make them use your codes.

Probably they might be here just as you have said and are likely not active because they do not do much of posting. Gamblers who are very much active here wager little amount of money not to talk $1,000,000.

With respect to using of codes, you might be lucky some one might make use of your codes in making reference to another. So it's no ot a waste of time.

Drop -1k$

I believe that what he meant by there was the $1000 bonus the casino gives on a$1,000,000 wager done by every gambler on their casino platform.
1485  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com/us promo on: July 29, 2023, 10:20:40 AM
I believe there are people who wager much more than that figure on daily basis so I am not surprised if the casino would come up with such bonus and the casino in question is a reputable one here. For the sake of the casino being a reliable source, people would be interested irrespective of the figures and amount involved.

Naturally one would ask some questions as to the real reasons why people wager such amount of money on casinos. Does it mean they are directly or indirectly turning casinos to their safe as I know casinos are not financial institutions where such could take place but come to talk of it, such an amount can be wagered on such basis unknown to the casino. Correct me if I am wrong.
1486  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Active members are promoting Bitcoin mixers, betting or casino. Lmao. on: July 28, 2023, 08:42:03 PM
OP you should not be surprised now but rather you should get used to it. Irrespective of the signature one is putting on, that does not define who dey are. They are only doing their advertisement job for which they were hired for.  Every one member here has his other own space for promotion which they can advertise and lease out to interested parties prior to approval.

In as much as one is wearing a casino signature that does not mean one is a gambler. That does not define them to be so but a brand which they choose to wear for everyone to see and patronize their services. That is what signature is all about. So I will advise you change your perspective and mindset about it and be positive.
1487  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: A Mobile App for Bitcointalk forum??? on: July 28, 2023, 08:27:13 PM
This platform I believe is an anonymous platform so I see anything downloading of app would definitely want some information for verification and authentication which is against the existence of this platform. So therefore I believe many would reject that idea or proposals of yours. This website version is okay and working perfectly well from my end with no difficulty on my web browser.  So what point initiating an app when you can access it through your web browser.
1488  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Be careful with sharkoin.com !! Scammy and Shady Website with a very rude Owner on: July 28, 2023, 06:48:53 PM
Obviously little things of this nature speaks of volume. If they can not handle a $10 situation with a member is it a big win they would release.  I think they are up to something and come to talk of it, this casino is an unpopular one which I have not heard about before. They are not here which may cast more doubt on their reliability.

OP as I see you are  active member here.  It is nice you raised such an alarm early enough for members to know. As you can see, there are lots of reputable casino here which you can engage but do your due diligence.

Lastly this topic should be at the reputation board  here
1489  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A neighbor next door on: July 28, 2023, 06:27:19 PM
If you are aware that your neighbor living next door is into drug dealing and he come seek your advice how to buy Bitcoin, will you teach him?

What will you do if something like this is happening around you? Why would a drug dealer want to learn Bitcoin if not for a safer haven for running the business?

My mind isn't settled as I keep thinking different things, what is on your mind readers?
I don’t see any reason at all why you shouldn’t teach the pros and cons of cryptocurrency or bitcoin like you put it to someone who has the zeal and is willing to learn. It doesn’t matter if it’s about the said person using it for his underground lifestyle or not, that still isn’t going to make him not continue in the drug trade but, it could be a reason for him to stop.

I don’t know of any drug dealer that is very excited about the trade. Of course the money comes but the things they have to handle as per security issues, rival wars and the safety of there family is something they have to look out for and when it happens that they find this new means of investing and even making a good enough fortune, it could serve a reason as to why they have to quit the trade.

I don't think what you're saying is what the OP is thinking. What the OP is worried about is that if he teaches bitcoin to that neighbor, it means he has a close relationship with drug criminals, and if that neighbor is arrested for drug trafficking. Bad things are bound to happen to the OP. If it were me, I wouldn't care what they used bitcoin for but teaching bitcoin to criminals could make me an accomplice and possibly jail, so I wouldn't do that. I need to protect my own safety before thinking about helping others.
Absolutely these were the reasons OP brought this topic here for discussion. Possibly OP is confused as maybe this neighbour of his might be a long time neighbour and has possibly maybe they must have had good times but getting involved in in anything of that nature that has to do with financial dealing is what OP is trying to avoid because if anything happens OP might be mentioned as his tutor and knowing fully well that he is into drugs might put OP on partner at crime charges hence OPs cries for advice here.
1490  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: digiruf on: July 28, 2023, 04:18:29 PM
Fear a lady friend MAY have got taken for a ride by a crowd called "digiruf" [former name "Capital Investments Hub"] - they claim to be out of Texas, USA (which she doesn't live in).  Anyone ever heard of them, please?

I can't find anything online, which may be bad...or good....any insights appreciated, thank you.

Ps. which regulatory agency [if any] in Texas, would one approach over this type of thing, thank you?

OP possibly your  thoughts might be correct as the case maybe. You friend definitely might have boarded the wrong flight. Did she not do her own research before engaging with them? Because from experience, it is normal that trust pilot review should be able to have details about the organisation or possibly other review sites as well should have peoples response about them but if it happens that nothing is being said about them then you should not need anybody to tell you the truth about them. Note that they are scammers and lastly going to regulatory body wouldn't help because there is no way they can do anything about it when it happens you too have no idea where the scammers and there is no trace about them.
1491  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A neighbor next door on: July 28, 2023, 03:53:27 PM
OP, I have one question to ask: are you the only one who knows about Bitcoin in your place of residence? If you don't teach him or her about Bitcoin like he demanded, he will probably learn from another person. I wouldn't say what I would do if it were my situation. But if you don't want to teach him about Bitcoin, just tell him he should learn about Bitcoin elsewhere; let him know there are a lot of places to learn about Bitcoin. Perhaps you can't even tell if he needs Bitcoin to clear his money; he probably has been doing business for a long time, and all the while he didn't know about Bitcoin. Does that mean he wasn't clearing his money?

I believe the major challenge OP is facing in teaching his neighbour about Bitcoin is the fact that he is aware his neighbour deals on drugs which is very dangerous. So he is trying to stay clear off anything that would link him to his neighbour or eventually anything happens that his neighbour is caught. Not only that, being caught in the act is something that would make it obvious that Bitcoin is used to carry out illegal and illicit transaction thereby justifying the allegations of Bitcoin being used for Drug trafficking. This is likely the reason OP doesn't want to teach his neighbour.
1492  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The beauty of Bitcoin is in use case. on: July 28, 2023, 03:36:58 PM
Bitcoin awareness and full scale massive adoption has always been the goal. I am not surprised to see such happen at such a speed. If businesses can start integrating Bitcoin  payment into their payment schedule then I believe that there would be a shake up across all boards and industries in the European nations.
I was wondering about other nations that are yet to integrate Bitcoin payment system not to making it legal in their various nations. As other nations advance in technology and always making more revenue from the new Tech they have adopted are fast growing other nations would be there being naive about new technology which would be of great benefit to them.
1493  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Learning Instead of Signals on: July 28, 2023, 03:16:45 PM
You know learning is something that takes time and as such, one needs to be patient enough to assimilate all that is required of them to be able to scale through after learning but the reverse is always the case. People just want already made end point so they could be able to feast on immediately which is not so. This has caused many their funds and resources.

They forget learning gives one a broader knowledge to be able to apprehend any situation they find themselves in the cause or journey of life which is still applicable in all walks of life. Newbies are mostly the ones that does this. They feel trading is all about signal and they older ones in the system take advantage of the opportunity to exploit them and sometimes they give out fake signal  since the newbies know nothing much about it, they assume it to be accurate and loss big time.
Although it takes time to learn but patience is all it takes to learn properly and get every necessary information you deserve to keep you informed and updated on trading signals.
1494  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'll always tell people about bitcoin on: July 28, 2023, 02:10:06 PM
Educating people about Bitcoins is different and advising them to invest in it is different. There is no problem with educating people about Bitcoin and it’s benefits.

You are absolutely correct sir. The both as you have said are two different things entirely. You educating people is just like teaching them the whole process of Bitcoin and how it evolves so as to get them equipped with knowledge before they think of anything about it or possibly on their own as not to get into any issues in the future. Like the saying that says knowledge is power. This is applicable when they have such information on Bitcoin at the tip of their fingers. It would help go along way.

While advising to invest is solely done at whom ever you are unveiling into the system. It is safe one does not talk them into investment because if they do and anything happens, they would be held responsible and if it be as a result of one's ability not to look into the situation before they go further to give advice, then the problem would be on their head to sort out by themselves.

That is why it is advisable to tell them to do their own research before engaging.
1495  Local / Politics and society (Naija) / Re: Naija board needs more merit source on: July 28, 2023, 01:50:51 PM
I don take my time read  the posts for the application coupled with the statistics wey our senior man present. Truly no doubt about the fact say we need another merit sources wey go back up the only one wey we get already.
Of lately and according to the statistics presented, we are growing so fast that we need more hands to sustain the one we have so that more people would be encouraged to do more.  From my observations, it looks we have been on the this for quite a long time and possibly as a result of the fact that we had no local board hence we were ignored but I believe Theymos would give attention to it soonest.

I concur to the idea of we going to make comments and replies on the application thread but we should apply caution while engaging. Quality and meaningful engagement is what matters now as to pave way for the process to scale through successfully. Possibly, if Theymos deems it fit for us having another merit sources then I believe not only will he give us a merit source, he will also give us our local board as well.
1496  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Imagine wetin we fit use BITCOIN do on: July 28, 2023, 12:48:43 PM
E go make sense o but make you no forget say Naija we country na developing country. No be everybody wey Sabi use technology. E go good say such era go come o but even at then no be still everybody wey go find am very convenient. As you Sabi no be so others dey o. E get some people wey dey struggle to learn technology or to even dey acquainted with modern facilities not to talk of bitcoin technology.

Make I tell you the truth no be every settings wey fit in bitcoin payment for we country. E get some payment wey go just require you dey fast to bring out cash pay den go your way. Those na like the public commuters, old and elderly vendors with no technological knowledge and lots more.

Another issue na internet connection. We country never really get to the point wey person fit use internet without interruption. Even for cities poor network connection dey talk less the villages them.  For my capital city, I go one hotel go visit my friend wey lodge there the first thing I noticed be say I no fit browse at all. It was very frustrating and the thing vex me be say we dey yet to upgrade for we country. So tell me how the matter wan take go through wey be say na full scale adoption when all these challenges dey ground.
1497  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Idmining.com is hellish scammer on: July 28, 2023, 12:06:29 PM
Cloud mining sites are usually the same. They first entice you to think that they are genuine making you want to invest more on their scam site. After they had allowed you withdraw you think they are genuine and want to reinvest more money  then they would scam you and start telling you stories of referrals and increasing of level so you could be free to withdraw at any point in time. All these are just their strategic planning to scam people hence I do not bother getting myself involved with anything cloud mining.

I see you have already started the process of presentation of proof that they are scammers. Your transaction hash would be of good help and possibly if you get the money that would be nice but if not that's no problem but as long as you have reported that wallet address, it would be blacklisted and blocked on the exchange and they would not be able to have access to it again.
1498  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Scammers have created fake crypto projects using the X.com name. on: July 28, 2023, 11:51:19 AM
what I worry about is people falling for the scam because they have 66k fake followers
I wonder why Twitter is so slow at handling this kind of thing. I've seen dozens of accounts with similar operations doing fake giveaways or airdrop trending on their page, but those accounts are still there without no action taken against them. It doesn't help that their CEO is changing their name to something obscure and allowing some random ass projects to piggyback their name. We can only rely on people having good awareness after so many scams are exposed on Twitter.

I too was wondering why the social media giant could do nothing about it. Many scam projects were encountered through twitter and they do away with their act so easily without any proper investigation from the media giant.
I think they need to have a look into their policies for business accounts to undergoing some sort of verification before they are allowed to create an account and do advertisement for their products. This can help to reduce the effect of scam projects through twitter media.
1499  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Just Another Good Source Of Motivation For You ... on: July 28, 2023, 11:40:41 AM
I have had this experience years past when I was a student. During my undergraduate days at the University. I go club every friday and you know what that means. Spending money on drinks and other stuffs friday nights was a habitual thing although the money was not the issue but it was just for fun. I did this until one day the thought came over me to do some calculations on my weekend expenses at the club. I noticed the money I spend on weekly basis for clubbing with my friends was  enough to buy some shares and to start some little business engagement as at then.  I had no knowledge of Bitcoin because if I have heard about it then possibly, I would have bought some Bitcoin and possibly I would have made some big fortune from it then but  the knowledge about it wasn't there.

What am I  trying to say is that sometimes the money is not the issue but knowledge about the investment. Just like what I have read from the post about the  money people spend on luxury, some do it at their own merriment while some that can afford it do invest in it. It is all a personal perspective. To some the bucks is a million times important for them while for some it is just a trash to them. Different folks with different lifestyle and business orientation.

Thanks to you for this information. I saw this not long ago but I had that feelings of not going any further and immediately I got distracted while still contemplating on it.
Come to talk of  this xcoin if a thing, I remembered years ago many scam projects with the name xcoin scammed many people of their hard earned resources through contract call which I was also a victim of as the thought of lossing out as a new beginner was just hanging on my mind.  I took part in it and after a while their twitter account and telegram chat group got deleted. There I knew I had made a big mistake getting myself involved in shitcoin. They rugpulled and many lost funds.
