I saw another post saying that CloudBet acquired BetVIP.

Here is an article that I saw regarding it also
http://www.igamingbusiness.com/news/bitcoin-operator-cloudbet-acquires-betvip-playerbase

Looks like CloudBet opened in Nov 2013.

Indeed, we can't actually detect "digging" at all. All we can detect is when dug outputs move for the first time. It's quite possible that he already has 500k CLAMs in his wallet, and is just spending them one output at a time. In other words, "digging up old CLAMs" doesn't leave a mark on the blockchain. To dig all you do is import your old wallet.dat file into your CLAM client. Nothing hits the network until you move or stake those dug CLAMs, which is what we're seeing now.

Interesting. Although, if they were already all dug up, the block order that they are being moved in seems to make even less sense.

Congrats on the 130x, but the hunt for the elusive 999x is still on!

so theres no exploit to steal clams of others, just theres some big wallets with 100s of adresses right?

Yeah, no exploit. Just a user with a lot of addressing digging up.

Yikes! Did you read up on reviews on the site before using them? Wonder if others had the same issue.

Shouldn't this be in the Altcoin section?
1488  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Anonymizer on: August 20, 2015, 02:20:30 PM
I tried out the site today. First impressions: the UI is clean and easy to use.

I sent 0.02121 from 1EQGodSB2qJ2KKzn4fF4KAGMmAd5FQv3jF to 1HgKJmZ1Tffa3XpJeoVLF9rGgncLxFeugj for testing the service.

I downloaded the Anonymizer Guarantee before sending coins. Perhaps you could also include a button that expands to show this inline on the site without the need to download the text file. Not sure if that would make it look too cluttered though.

Signature verified correctly:

gpg: Signature made Thu 20 Aug 2015 09:42:31 EDT using RSA key ID 2D388C90
gpg: Good signature from "Anonymizer"

Shortly after sending the site updated to show:

Incoming 0.0212 BTC!
Please wait ~20 minutes for 2 confirmations.

After receiving 2 confirmations, the status updated to

Done! 0.0208 BTC has been sent to 1YxTjC5HyDN6SXq41DKrc9b1SRQTBP5Vj

The fee was in the correct range at about 1.933% and there was no taint back to my original address.

Everything worked well and was easy to use.

A new game you probably already know about:
Rocket League!

Grab a few friends and have fun outta end, this game is amazing.

Just started playing this game within the last week and it is really fun and addicting. It is tough to get good at also. I want to master the ariel moves lol.
1490  Other / Off-topic / Re: Tomorrow is my birthday, what should I get myself? on: August 16, 2015, 03:54:51 PM
Happy birthday.

I'd personally use it for PC upgrades, but you said you aren't interested in that. If you are into music, perhaps you could get yourself a nice pair of headphones and an external DAC/AMP for some quality music listening. You'd still have some left over for some other stuff too.

1493  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2 Florida men charged in illegal Bitcoin operation on: August 10, 2015, 04:42:20 AM
Yikes, it is a dangerous game to try and operate something like that without the proper paper work. It looks like Florida doesn't mess around either.
1494  Other / Off-topic / Re: Windows 10: do not upgrade on: August 08, 2015, 05:08:47 PM
I upgraded and didn't really have any issues. I of course reviewed and changed all the privacy settings.

Here is a guide for the most common settings to change:

1495  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who has Windows 10? on: August 08, 2015, 05:06:43 PM
I have it and its been working pretty good so far. I used the Media Creation Tool to do the upgrades.
1496  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best alternative to blockchain.info? on: August 07, 2015, 12:40:26 PM
I actually like the layout of blockchain.info. The page is informative with all the transactions listed. The only problem is the data is frequently wrong and I don't know when to trust what I see.

I also use blockr.io to verify what I see on blockchina.info. I don't like the layout in tabs. I need to click the "transactions" tab every time I use them. It would be nice if they are move the  "transactions" tab to the top, as the "first transaction" and "last transaction" info is pretty useless.

Blocktrail.com is another one I use. I only use it to view transactions because it show the priority score of unconfirmed transactions. I do hate them for logging how many times an address has been viewed on their site.

Yeah, I agree that the layout of blockchain.info is one of the nicer ones, but they sure are having issues with accuracy lately.

I tend to fall back on blockr.io to verify the accuracy of transactions.

Find a good one and stick with them. I have been reluctant to change since I found a good one and willing to pay a bit more to not have to worry about bad ones.
1498  Other / Off-topic / Re: 15 years for having sex on the beach (read witnesses accounts) on: August 05, 2015, 10:39:38 PM
Yeah, I saw this story a while back. This does not justify 15 years in prison. And pretty crazy if they did confront the person with their kid next to them.

Yeah bitcoin is really not anonymous, but you can takes to improve the anonymity of it such as not directly connecting to nodes. Web based wallets could also be used I suppose to avoid connecting to nodes.
