1481  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What you think about support in crypto casinos? on: May 08, 2018, 04:43:29 PM
Many big casinos offer live chat and quick replying emails in order to make sure they keep their customers.

To be honest, live chat does not really helpful for some serious cases. Most of the time the chat agent will only say something like "please wait we'll forward it to...." or even worst the chat agent has so low knowledge about what crypto transactions like what I have experienced with BTCspin.
Crypto casinos should make sure that they are hiring the best person to handle the live chat/support, otherwise it is just a useless feature.

Yes as you said they need to have knowledgeable person to assist the live chat option or it just worthless but having live chat option is faster way to contact the support team. But still many casinos take a while to resolve any cases because most of the sites have very few people to control all the sites so they need to have each person for separate sections to make faster these kind of services.
1482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does anyone gamble in race sports? on: May 08, 2018, 01:50:03 PM
Horse racing is the my favorite one.I use to go with my father from my childhood .You have pay a local FIAT on any particular horse ,which you feel the best. Some time it's based on the person riding the house. Now I had some experience on house racing.Personally it will make you rich and poor in a minute based on your luck.
There are so many gamblers who keeps on gambling in different things especially in things like that of sports. There are people who gamble in horse racing and sports racing as well and that they spend a huge amount of money too as they are addicted to gambling and that they can’t even live without gambling although they lose their money most of the time.
This is due to the people's wrong understanding about gambling, they thing gambling as money making investment so they keep betting on gambling on the intention of being rich someday but only few can make it and others going to lose their money.
In the games like horse racing or other sports betting most of the games were match fixed and some group of people knows which player os going to win in that so in my opinion we need to avoid these kind of betting because actually we all are getting fooled.
1483  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Localbitcoins now requires identification on: May 08, 2018, 12:42:26 PM
The only reason I use LBC right now is because of the fact that it doesn't require identification. If I'm forced into giving away my personal details, I'm definitely going to find somewhere else to trade.

I understand why people don't what to verify, but for my use it doesn't really matter. I only use it to sell small amounts and as I'm using direct payment to my bank I have to give the buyer my name anyway. For larger amounts, I'd always use another exchange with better rates anyway. I guess it depends on what country you are in but for me, other exchanges means paying international wire fees and paying the spread on the currency conversion.

LBC is better to sell our bitcoins when the amount is small and I am also having no problem with providing my personal details,I did few times though. Some of the traders asked me to send the picture of an ID with picture in it and also they asking real name sync with LBC name to continue to trade but not all are asking the verification it depends upon the traders.
1484  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin dominance chart misleading? on: May 08, 2018, 09:05:55 AM
Is the bitcoin dominance chart even a good indicator for the overall strength of bitcoin? The reason I ask is because technically over the last couple weeks since people believed it was the return of "alt-season" bitcoins dominance has dropped but if you look at where this money has flowed to its into coins that have came from absolutely nowhere to rise into the top 150 on coin market cap amassing huge market caps!

Bitcoin Gold - 1.2 billion
Bitcoin Diamond - 800 million
WaykiChain - 400million

Just to name a few. CMcap is littered with these types of projects at the moment. So is the bitcoin dominance chart just an indicator as to how speculative the market is currently and not the strength of bitcoin? This is what im beginning to think.
The dominance chart of bitcoin menas the difference of market cap value of bitcoin with the total market value of crypto currencies but we cannot consider this as the strength of bitcoin.Because the dominance level of bitcoin might be reduced even without any fall in the bitcoin because there are lots of new tokens and coins are added into the CMC everyday so which is the reason for the decrease of dominance level.
1485  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud mining services, is it worth it ? on: May 08, 2018, 07:45:13 AM
Don't be a victim by investing on cloud mining becasue most of them will never return your money at the end.You have to choose othe rbetter option which really can give some earnings to you,if you have decent amount as capital then you can start altcoin mining by yourself which is pretty worth then getting scammed, even you can earn decent earnings by investing $1500 into a GPU miner rigs.
1486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much have you won/lost on bitcoin gambling ? on: May 07, 2018, 06:33:41 PM
I have lost close to 3BTC in gambling in last couple of years...yes i won close to 4 btc some time ago but i never stopped and after some time i lost that and then lost even more...gambling is not easy to handle man
Yes,you need to have control over your mind to be a successful person in gambling if you are trying to chase back after some wins in greed then you are probably going to lose at some stage, but from your statement you have one BTC as your profit right?Still good earning though. The only thing we need to always remeber gambling is not a job or investment so don't do this for earning purpose.
1487  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much have you won/lost on bitcoin gambling ? on: May 07, 2018, 05:21:00 PM
The first bitcoin gambling I played was dice games, before I was the type of a person who doesn't care on how much did I lose but fully aware of the amount I have won. I remembered the last game I played was in bustabit, after I lose and consumed all of the balance remaining on my btc wallet I decided to stop, until now.

I also played dice games, usually the most exciting games are dice games. I feel lucky in the dice games myself and often win. Later I was interested in poker and blackjack and I was not very successful.
Every game's winning will be based on the luck though but dice games are pretty easy we don't need any basic skills even,I am also like to play dice games because it is easy and just luck needed to win.But from gambling most of the people are going to lose their amount because the losing percentage in gambling is more,so don't hesitate to play if you are luck enough to be in that 10% then you can make some money.
1488  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Crypto currencies make local currencies disappear? on: May 07, 2018, 01:29:46 PM
Competition between local currencies Vs crypto currencies are in peak now. Crypto currencies have occupied currency market causing local currencies enforce (banks) banning of crypto currencies. We can see number of investors have turned towards to bitcoin and other crypto currencies with large scale. Will there be a chance / time bitcoin and other crypto currencies rule over currency market and local currencies get disappear slowly in a decade or two?

If any government decides to use cryptocurrencies then obviously the local currencies get disappeared. But remember there is whole lot of monetary economics involved there and things are not easy as we do in crypto.
But no countries want that to happen because it will cause economis crisis in their country, they might create separate crypto currencies for their country but I don't think it might work too.Yes crypto currencies will make the fiat currencies disappear if more and more people adopt to the decentralized money system.
1489  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Warning for Fortunejack (1.2 BTC locked in the account) on: May 07, 2018, 09:16:39 AM
FJ faces too many accusations in the recent days about withdrawal issues and most of the people saying it needs too long to approve the pending transaction and their answer for this is they have only one person who can approve all the transactions but it is weird,a reputed site have only one person to transaction approval.
1490  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Why do people continue to invest in cloudmining? on: May 07, 2018, 07:26:54 AM
I've been on here trying to get more and more people away from cloud mining, telling them that their either getting into a scam or they're just not going to make a profit (or their money back at all) but still more and more people get into cloud mining and lose out and then complain.

Why is it that people get into cloud mining? Why can't they see the writing on the walls that they're not going to do well and they should be doing other things?
The answer is greed. Shocked

People are atracte by the offers given by the cloudmining sites so they are just blindly invest on something and lose their money totally. But people need to realize that 9/10 cloud mining sites are scams and one of my friend also victim of cloud mining scams so please control your greed and save your money from scammers.

it is partly greed but also partly the desperation for earning more bitcoin.
I think you already know that one of the most common questions that is asked is "how do I earn more bitcoin". and people always want to receive money (bitcoin in this case) the easiest way possible without doing anything. and when they see these cloudmining sites and the advertisement and the numbers and all the empty promises,... they finally give in and invest.
So we can call it as greed to become a millionaire without doing anyworks but actually they are just losing their little money what they have.No one can be a miilionaire by doing no works or by doing hardworks, the only way to become a miionaire is by doing hardworkd in smart ways.
If they really want to earn some bitcoins without doing any works then they need to built their own mining farm but obiviously it needs huge capital so earn that money by doing some real day job then built your own farm.

1492  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 FAST, Wagering Competition BTC&LTC&ETH just started! on: May 06, 2018, 05:28:47 PM
I think my biggest achievement today is creating this banner:

Isn't the cat just cute? :-)
not just funny but a very fun dice game among other gambling gaming sites even a very light gambling site that can be operated using a mobile phone, wherever I am in my spare time lately I often visit yolodice.com site
Really don't lie i just saw your account and it shows it was made 8 days ago maybe you are saying all this so that you can enter the campaign  Roll Eyes
Might be,LOL Cheesy

He is tring to complement the campaign manager to get into the campaign because currenctly Yolodice signature campaign recruiting new members and people will do anything to enter into the long running campaign as yolodice.

But why there is a cat there in that banner,if it is a bunny then it will be more funny. Grin
1493  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A successful trader must be an educated trader? on: May 06, 2018, 02:18:56 PM
Is it true to state that every successful trader is an educated trader. We know how trading is tedious, reading of chart, analysing the market and making a decisive decision. Do you agree any successful trader must be an educated?
No need to be an educated trader must be a smart and experienced person to be a successful person in trading.Reading charts and making decision can't be if you are educated, that decision making ability comes only with the experience.

For example the most of the millionaires in the world are not degree holders they just studied upto school level so they proved that education is not important, the only important thing is knowledge.
1494  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: LIQUI.IO telegram group of people who lost funds on: May 06, 2018, 11:20:32 AM
I have a withdraw pending for 3 months, i ill join the group.

i had a withdraw pending in HITBTC and after a telegram group got big enough they started resolving the issue. So i advise everybody who has a problem with liqui to join the telegram chat!
How the probllem will be resolved by creating group of people  Roll Eyes

But it is a good thing that can know from these telegram group is that how many people have issues with that exchange.Probably three months pending time on a withdrawal means they are doing this for purpose not due to the support issues.

What response you gor from the support team for your ticket about this issues?
1495  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Advice regarding refund from an Exchange(Bitlish)after a hacker got all my funds on: May 06, 2018, 08:37:09 AM
So, The exchange platform is Bitlish.com.

Exchange is registered on
Reg no. 9564930
161-165 Farringdon Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1R 3AL.

Context:

On april 30, between 2-3 AM my account was hacked, my 4000HBZ were sold for a crappy price in ETH, then converted to BTC and sent out to an external wallet.
In the morning i found the language switched to RU and all funds gone.

I submitted some tickets to their atifraud sistem, and after allot of waiting, they asked me for some photos with my ID, selfie, and a proof of address . (Is this legal? Do i have to send them?)

What would you recommend for me to do, so i get my assets back?

I know it's a long shot, for an exchange to refund it's users after a hack occurred, But i'm willing to do anything, even if i lose more money with lawyers and stuff like that, than what i already lost.

I also know i din't lose allot of money, my 4k HBZ were about 40-60$. But i bought those in ICO stage with 0.15$ per coin, so seeing the price drop, and after that losing my coins after i invested time into a project pissed me off.

But you are done with it and your funds will be stolen forever, and this is not an exchanges's fault so you can book a complaint against them or contacting their support team is useless.Your case is like you have a branded wallet like puma and you keep some money on it when someone take your money and you are now complaining about these to that Puma company, funny right. Cheesy

BU\ut this is a good lesson, you even admit that the amount is very small so you no need to worry about that too much next time have strong password with 2FA enabled to have secured account.
1496  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: YoutubeTV Scammer on: May 06, 2018, 07:03:31 AM
I purchased an Amazon gift card from him before he locked his post. I got a code but it had already been used, he said he would give me another one but many days later nothing. I posted a reply on his post but he just deleted it and locked his post

As Slow death said, please update your post with the relevant details using the correct format.

Is the thread that you are talking about and got scammed by this one?

This user(youtubetv) is not only a serial scammer that is known for his autobuy scams, he also is a probable alt of another scammer. All of this is documented on his trust page that you should have visited before dealing with him. His offers are way too good to be true, and in future please avoid all autobuy links, especially if the sales thread is self moderated or locked. They do not offer any sort of protection for the buyer.
Restricitng the self moderated threads in some sections may help the newbie to avoid the scams like these, what do you think guys?

But normally if something is provided with autobuylinks then the chance of scam is more so buyers need to read all the feedbacks lefton the user before dealing with him.

@OP please update the thread with appropriate format then only DT membeers will do the necessary actions but I doubt that this is his only account.
1497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: thinking quiting after lose on gambling. on: May 05, 2018, 06:16:02 PM
I can stop gambling at all because I can control it so if I can, so do you !
Sometimes people , environment, religion, etc also affect your attitude so you must think twice before you regret !
I know it's difficult but it's for your own good !
Quiting the gambling is not easy as you said if you are a regular gambler because the gambling also becomes a part of our daily life,if we try to change our daily routine then our life will become disturbed. But yeah still we can control our emotions over gambling if it is needed,so people need to concentrate on other things other than gambling if they made huge losses in gambling.
1498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: thinking quiting after lose on gambling. on: May 05, 2018, 03:57:32 PM
do you experience that after losing on gambling that you thinking you will quit gambling for good and never come again to gambling but then next day you are already positive  that you could win in gambling?

that happen to me a lot when i lose in gambling but a could never leave gambling. Cheesy
I have experienced it too, but I did not immediately have a plan to leave the gambling after receiving a lot of loss. I thought to take back what I had lost in gambling and then leave it, With high enthusiasm and confidence I can regain even though not 100%, until I finally reduce gambling. Can not also leave it 100% as long as we believe ourselves can win in gambling.
Can you give some solid reason that why you are not willing to leave gambling after much bigger losses? However, you should leave gambling because after that much loss, you should know that gambling is not something that suits your luck and it’s better for you to leave gambling and try your luck somewhere else except gambling so that you can also win rather than  to lose every day.
Losing everyday doesn't mean he is not fit to gamble because the luck can come to us any time so we need to keep trying and trying our luck until we have the extra money to spend for the purpose like gambling.
But we never thing gambling as our job and keep investing on them if someone doing like this then they should quit the gambling. But for me gambling is just entertainment and I like the play the dice games because it just depend only on the luck.
1499  Economy / Speculation / Re: I've learned to trust my gut instinct on: May 05, 2018, 12:28:07 PM
Some of the people are against this but am in favour of this because of no guts no success we see many people in past who took risk and are successful so for success the risk is the main thing which can make you a millionaire from a beggar or a beggar from a millionaire so always predict and took risk may be GOOD are making you richer in your future but you miss the opportunity.
But don't take the risk blindly, you need to know what you are doing and you also need to have bakup plan if the primary plan goes wrong.Yes we need to trust our instinct and make some bold decisions to make the good profits.I always have trust on bitcoin so I never fall back when the prices are falling because I know that this is not the first time happening with bitcoin and also knows the people who holded the coin at the hard time made the maximum benefits.
1500  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to avoid bounty scams in bitcointalk on: May 05, 2018, 07:01:09 AM
Hate to say this but yes, you cannot trust a project but you can trust a reputable bounty manager, just as I have always done on this forum. The only times I have gotten "scammed" is when I participated in direct bounties that program people distributed. Every campaign I joined - including signature campaign like this one I still am in,,, I get paid when the manager is trusted and reputable. Track record and responsibility are very rare in this space. And they will not take charge of projects which they know are scam.
Sometimes even the project managed by the reputed managers will turn into scam and sometime the managers are also be a part of that scam project for instance aTriz is on of the reputed signature and bounty manager but he tries to scam the investors by giving fake credentials about that project but later on he ruined his life by himself so doing own research is important while participating bounties.
By checking those factors mentioned by OP, it will lead to a legit bounty campaign or maybe, not. You can find a lot of bounty campaigns where you can receive the payment (token/altcoins) which is the main reason of this thread right?
But the thing is there a lot of campaigns paid their bounty participants on time but there are only 1-3 out of 10 projects got listed there token/altcoin in the market and it even takes some time at least 4-8 months of waiting before you can trade those coins, so the rest are useless. That's why it's risky joining this bounty campaigns that pays token/altcoins that doesn't have any value yet, you will waste time and effort promoting those guys and get nothing.
Yes,you are right, even ater we got tokens from capmaigns it is useless dead weight until it get listed on excnage and most of the time it never get listed on anywhere so people need to be careful while doing bounty campaigns that is the reason I am not interested in campaigns which pays us in token or in altcoins.
