I don't want to sound like a asshole or anything, but you plan is only viable for 4 month tops. Reason being is in bitcoin mining if you are not expanding all the time you company is losing value. Heavy equipment use causes it to  break, Do you have a plan for that? Block rate drops by half so do your profits, have you considered that? ASIC comes out makes the difficulty 5-10X harder add the block rate cut and your pretty much toast.

Any Plans for these and what makes you any different from any other mining company?

Hello, I recently learned about bitcoins, and have become interested in them. Due to the increasingly rising price I want to see if I can buy some better hardware and mine a couple of my own.

Welcome!

1487  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Introduce yourself :) on: August 16, 2012, 07:54:51 PM
Thanks!! I don't think it can last much longer.. I'm at 1.6Ghash at the moment otherwise it gets to be 85F and the A/C can't handle it Sad Going to have to move 2 rigs to another location to distribute the load this weekend. But yea, I gotta try to do my part to secure the network and take part of one of the greatest experiments ever Smiley

What kind of GPU's are you running?
1488  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: MMM Investment Mining GLBSE.com Stock on: August 16, 2012, 07:27:55 PM

1489  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Introduce yourself :) on: August 16, 2012, 07:25:12 PM
Thanks! Oh I've been lurking for the last year and GPU mining since last April (small operation, 2 Ghash).. also hosted Plato on his BTC road trip last summer! But it's about time I got involved on the forum Smiley

2ghash is not bad for a home profit operation, I mean supplemental income is good no matter how much lol
1490  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Introduce yourself :) on: August 16, 2012, 06:48:17 PM
Well I registered in early 2011 and generated some of the first bitcoins in 2009 after reading the whitepaper but I have yet to post! So I'd like to get active in the forums so I suppose I must start from scratch and post here now Smiley

Doubt anyone really reads these posts in this huge thread but does anyone remember joining the IRC channel which was used for connecting to other nodes back in the day? There were only a few users there in 2009 so a few of us where there talking. Old days now... back then you could send from IP to IP with a message attached I think. So I remember sending a few coins to people and asking them to join!

Welcome back to the world of bitcoin! It has grown pretty large since then!

1492  Economy / Securities / Re: Be careful of low rep GLBSE issuers. on: August 16, 2012, 05:58:10 PM
That would be pretty weird if having a low post count caused people to be scammers. Although I could see having a high post count keeping someone honest at the margin, not wanting to tarnish a reputation. So there could be some causation going on.

But one could also hypothesize that a scammer might intentionally gain high post counts in order to convince users of his legitimacy. It all really depends on how much value we put on post counts. I would advocate none or very little, because many users with high post counts contribute very little, and many with low post counts contribute quite a bit. In the end, it comes down to personal judgement. No one single metric can judge whether or not a user is a scammer, post count included.

I agree with you. I am not refering to myself because I am really a newcomer here. But look at the guy who is runing vircurex and cryptostocks and only have 33 posts so far. I understand the concerns about me because I done nothing yet to the community. I am just working my way through earning some reputatation without the talent cryptostocks has.

Dude check out my forum post I hit the same wall you did, look what I did to clear it. I was even called a scamer!  Shocked Just do stuff to prove your here for good, and to profit and to help others profit!

Tiger Direct rarely has free shipping (and this isn't one of those times), so it ends up over $12, which is almost the same price as like 5 different sticks with those exact specs at Newegg.

I got free shipping lol don't know how but I did

Is there any chance of Chinese gov interference, or copy cats? Are you 100% protected from some sweat shop taking about your design and selling it for less? We have a flood of copy cat products here in the USA. Or the gov taking your business? I'm sorry I do not know how things work in China.

Placed to orders yesterday one for same day transfer and one for ACH transfer still have not seen funds, any idea?

All bank wires which were pending went out yesterday and our sending bank reported no failures.  A normal ACH will take 3-5 business days to post.  There will be no advance notice before the funds are credited.   For an ACH submitted yesterday (Wed) three business days would be Monday and 5 business days would be Wednesday.

It is important to note that while the receiving bank may receive funds the same day they may not credit to your account on the day received.  We have no control over the delay imposed by the receiving bank.

On the other hand we had a customer yesterday report having funds in his account and available for use less than two hours after making a sale with bank wire payout option.   That is the fastest we have seen, ever for a bank wire.  It is unfortunate but the fiat banking world is very often a black box.  We can see "our end" you can see your end but in between there is absolutely no transparency.  No "blockchain" equivalent.

If you would like specific details on your order please send us a PM or email (info@tangiblecryptography.com).

Thank you as always your service is great, just double checking cause I seen you funds were low Cheesy good for you bad for us.
