I want to buy their spot, not their account
i really dunno how that would work. the campaign manager would have to approve it so it would be pretty much the same as freshly applying. they'd probably be happy to cut down the numbers a little so it would be a no go. and when would the payment for the swap take place? the person selling it wouldn't want to risk losing their place so they'd want money up front but they can't guarantee you're gonna get in. you may as well buy an account that's signed up, they show up occasionally, and then you'd be absolutely certain of getting payouts without any grey areas. It's summer and things go slower. But there were words that this campaign may open again when everything is back on track. So I'd advise you for a big amount of patience, maybe even join another campaign meanwhile and keep an eye regularly on this thread. It may be the best method.

Do the tweets made today count for the first or for the second week? When do/did the second start?
Thanks

Hello Sorry for that long time, I was not able to access to internet for a sufficient time to solve problems. Since the last time payments sent, the latest payment and its precedent were just a repeat of one payment, so I counted that in the payment I made now, I still working to verify if everyone was paid, If something is wrong please pm me.
The bot will be under maintenance for a day or two to solve some problems related to payments API & paying time, personal message (PMS) and status update.
Bitcoin Boy.
Hi, glad to see you back here. An update for the situation (which you just did) was as badly needed as the due payments. And with today's payment (I received some money too) we are almost back on track. I think that the others agree too: while the amounts for the next payment are visible on the site and while the situation is known (clearly scheduled maintenance) we are just fine. Thanks again.

What do you prefer more child working in some work place or child begging in a street
Neither. Children have to play, they have to learn a little and play again. Unfortunately we take their childhood and teach them become - like we also are - slaves for money. And begging, working and even too much school falls into that category. i think both are the element of third world countries. you can see the child labour and child begger in the poor countries. as they cannot support them and cannot afford their study expenses. other reason is that they are the source of income for their parents. May be, but since I do live in a country not so far from 3rd world, I know this reality. But it depends on the parents really. Some work more to offer what they can to their kids, some other make 6, 8 maybe more and use them sa extra income. Some even sell them: some go to proper families, but most end up begging in big cities or even rich countries.

They gave you thw tools (SMS, 2FA) and you didn't use them to protect 12k$ worth of BTC. If this would have pennies, I would have understood. But on this amount... you almost asked for it. Sorry for your loss, it's an extremely expensive lesson about securing your money.... On OP's defense. I did enable 2FA on my account and for some reason you get locked out so quickly which is why i had to disable it, then withdraw and then enable it again. Very complicated and this was advised by a kraken employee... Woah, complicated and strange too. First guess would be that your or Kraken's time was not correctly sync-ed with Google's for the 2FA. But if that would happen to me, I'd try to move to another exchange/wallet.People should start to realize that an exchange isn't the right place to keep bitcoin or FIAT money, an exchange should be used only to 'change' your bitcoin for fiat or viceversa (or also altcoin). Mt.gox docet.... Own wallet and cold storage are very good places to store value. And I agree that value should not be kept on online wallets or exchanges. But I think that the richer ones, beside the money the have in cold storage, keep big amounts on exchanges or at hand to be able to speculate and earn big. Or just play on the exchange very often. And there are the ones not very good at computers which find online wallets just fine: they're less often hacked than ordinary computers, they are always at hand and some have very good reputation. And people forget easily ...

All the BTC are not in 'a wallet'. They are spread out and a lot are not online or with private keys lost forever. So the answer is NO. -snip-
Whats wrong with you people. The question is "If I have all(!) private keys in my wallet (does not matter where its from), do I controll all bitcoin?" and the answer to that question is yes. Just because you have a number stored on an offline system does not mean I can not have the exact same number stored on my system. The moment I know your secret number (the private key), your coins also belong to me. Good luck finding a 40564819207303340847894502572032 exabyte disk to store the keys though. We both know that "guessing" other's private key is practically impossible. So the only way to get it is by stealing it. And THERE the number of offline wallets counts. But you're right, I could have said it (much) better. And I also mixed it up with a lot of other stuff...

Sorry, this is the deal — our magazine is FREE but we need your e-mail, ( and your immortal soul)
Actually you could script it better and at least avoid the most common temp e-mail services. I just downloaded it using a guerrilla mail account, thank you. It looks like it'll be a good read.

The U.S. Government has arrested the alleged owner of KickassTorrents, the world's largest torrent site. The 30-year-old Ukrainian was arrested in Poland today and is charged with criminal copyright infringement and money laundering. In addition, a federal court in Chicago has ordered the seizure of several KAT domain names. [TorrentFreak] Feds Seize KickassTorrents Domains, Arrest Owner..site is down ! Good news to the victims of this Ukrainian criminal. But its a bad news to all fanatics of kickasstorrents(KAT) specially for me. I have been downloaded many movies in their site for free. I cant afford to buy movie in online stores till i find this site which you can download all you want movies and other stuffs for free. Im sure many people who loves torrents will be disappointed bout this. But many torrents still operating, i can still donwnload torrents. Although I was not a big fan of KAT, I have to answer to this post about the "victims of this criminal". The main victims are the big studios, which, instead of making DVDs 10x cheaper, they pay millions to actors for looking good and saying a couple of lines. Then complain about stealing. Sorry, I don't pity them.

If you'd make your own coin clone then you may be able to achieve that (mine it all by yourself), although I am not certain about the amount in the genesis block. And I don't understand the purpose of this. If you own them all, you just render them useless and with no value.

Hi everybody. I'm a casino affiliate and a few of the programs I work with will only pay commission in BTC now. I have about 30 BTC in Multibit, and I get about 10 BTC every month. What should I do with it? I don't need the money, so I could hold it indefinitely. Is this the future? I kinda think it is...should I just hold on to it?
I believe that this is a joke. Newbie with such a big income in BTC.... However.... if you plan to use this money in the near future, a hardware wallet would be the way. But since you don't... I'd say you generate (make sure you do that safely!!) a fair number of paper wallets, laminate them and fill them with your BTC. Try to not keep them all in the same place. Why this? Because your computer may get hacked or corrupted, an USb stick with hardware wallet will not live forever, but the paper inside plastic is a pretty safe and long term choice.

Bitcoin is not anonymous. And that allows such behavoirs. Use your own wallet. Use anonymous coins or mixers. Use the services like Coinbase only as exchange. Then you will have your privacy and no one will be able to interfere.

Hey Guys, I am searching for a specified Bitcoin Vanity Generator, that puts out the Bitcoin address and the Private Key in 2 seperated files. It would be nice if somebody could give me a tool like this. Thank you, Patrick If it's acceptable to use the current vanitygen command line with one output file and split that file afterwards in the 2 files you want, this would beich easier to achieve and you can find very easily somebody to help you out with the (after)splitting. And it should be much safer too...

First make sure you have the backup for the correct wallet. Second, make sure the blockchain has synced, that takes a lot. And third, make sure you copied your backup in the right place (and bitcoin client was stopped).

Exactly my thoughts, just I was not sure. And this makes the predictions on how many miners will be disconnected even harder.
I think that the diff will still rise since people will not necessarily mine for today's profit and will not disconnect that easy.
|
|
|
And don't forget the pretty good % of "dreamers" who keep mining no matter what.
Does anybody have a stats of USB miners still on? And I guess that a lot of other old miners are in the same situation.
....or am I giving them too much credit?

I honestly find this rather fishy. Why can't OP just say 'I want you to do this and that, I'll pay this and that much'?
Too much secrets and PM can easily lead to scams.
just pm me if i told to do something illegal just tell everyone ! btw it is posting service nothing illegal . I didn't say it IS a scam. I said IT CAN BE one. If this would have happen ed 2 weeks ago or will still go in 1-2 weeks for now, I may give it a second look. The current time frame is not great for me. And again, this too much secrecy makes me worry.
