14922  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: buying asic even worth it? on: June 13, 2013, 04:25:36 AM
And technically after cards are paid for a lot will depend on personal situations.  For example for someone with a apartment including electricity Smiley gpu profit will always be there after cards paid for.... but profit will no doubt go down down down.

*raises revolver to head slowly*

I would have went with the semi-automatic.... revolver wont give you enough bullets for the amount of these popping up.
14925  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Easiest way to buy BTC besides bitinstant? on: June 11, 2013, 06:09:53 AM
Depends on how much you are needing.   I needed just a little once... and did ebay for small about.   That being said i would never sell them on ebay, but my buying of small amount went through fine.   Again dont suggest for all its a gamble and i was new.  I would go bitinstant before i ever did it again most likely.
14926  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New US-based ASIC Bitcoin Mining Hardware Manufacturer - ASIC Technologies on: June 11, 2013, 06:06:46 AM
If only.... 1/4 of these were real.  I mean how many people would fall for this.
14927  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Reliable? on: June 11, 2013, 05:54:39 AM
Close. He's a BFL troll. With BFL shipping faster and faster, the trolls are getting desperate...

I want BFL to do great.  I would buy if they didn't have bad track record.   Shipping faster then before.... isnt saying much.
14928  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: litecoin price on Mt gox on: June 11, 2013, 03:51:45 AM
I wish they had litecoin.   But sadly idk if it will happen reading news feed seems they have more important items to focus on.
14929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Interest in bitcoin/litecoin mining investment? on: June 11, 2013, 03:34:09 AM
Is there a market for bitcoin mining investment? I mean I already sort of have an investor in my current mining project, but he's just a friend (my boss haha!)

There is always a market.  Look at asic options depending on investors budget that is where future is.  Also be careful lots of fakes trying to get your money/coins .
14930  Other / Beginners & Help / Best Litecoin and Bitcoin trading site on: June 06, 2013, 06:17:13 AM
What is the best site that allows to trade between currency specifically Litecoin and Bitcoin.

Mine are turning away... and showing offline.  I'm hoping for the best.  I think there needs to be a upgrade on bandwidth for site.
14932  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Difficulty jumps 28% on: June 06, 2013, 04:33:40 AM
At $120 per BTC, that is $240 per day.

If a 50 from BFL costs $2499, "ships today" (comment above), why would you never make your money back? You would have your money back in just 10 days. Wrong?

Maybe an ASIC isn't the same as the BFL 50Gh/s device and I'm getting confused.

-Burger-

Keyword is BFL... if they delivered on what they said everyone on this forum would have multiple asic's but read other threads on BFL and see their issues.

14934  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Butterfly Labs Forced "On Hold For Refund" for all my Single SC orders on: June 04, 2013, 11:46:43 PM
Because my council has informed me Butterfly Labs has broken the law.

Patience. All will be revealed in time.

Just out of curiosity... how much did it cost for council to read this thread alone?
14935  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: 8970 Is Coming on: June 04, 2013, 05:54:08 AM
We should find out more this week during computex.

I watched 7990 forever.  I feel they don't release much info until most of cards of previous generation are sold.  Granted they have done ton's of promotions to have free games with purchases... so who knows i hope they do release it just to view specs.  But i think we will hear about it a while before its released.
14936  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: 8970 Is Coming on: June 04, 2013, 04:57:49 AM
...and when are these due out? 7990 was just released.

I agree it seems soon considering 7990 release.  Then again 7990 really is a very small amount of their sells i bet.

Thanks for all the help everyone on telling me not to move pools.  Kept trying this as i did other pools.

Ended up i set up each rig as a worker instead of sharing 1 login.   Seems to be working on 12ish hours.... hoping for the best!
