My friend sent me some btc from this site as cashout. And immediately after that my wallet start getting spam 1 satoshi transactions with links on them.

They are probably selling players addresses for advertisement.

Never played here and never will but this just got me rly mad. I never had spam in my wallet till this cashout from them happened.

yes, those are the right words.
Stealing is taking something from someone without their permission.
But with pump and dumps, they give you their money, they voluntarily participate.
But tricking others with inside knowledge is not allowed.(never heard of insider trading)

It is all really vague since there are very little laws for crypto as of today. But if you compare it with stocks, only insider activities are illegal. So you can just participate as an outsider and you'll be fine.

of course there is regulators and many of the exchanges are registered to such if you checked, just because regulators arent jailing ever 2nd person on this forum doesn't mean sooner or later a few around here arent heading in that direction.

Basically, someone takes some BTC, and starts buying the price up. People see the green on the exchange and start buying also, which keeps the price green and others notice and buy too. This quickly "pumps" the price up. Then those same people start dumping the coin and taking profits on the fake bubble they created.
