Stats are a bit improved in December but in January Community is on fire and many new members are active again credit goes to Shahzadafzal and other community members who invited the Pakistani Users Via PM, As still, I think there are many members who don't even know about our local thread. So I think still we need to figure out those members too.
Being an active member of Pakistani page for last 3 to 4 months, I can say with confidence that this community won't sleep if they have there separate local board. One solution may be that administrator may move silent local board to other languages/locations and create new local board for active community. Still no reply from the management team. Well! No issue we will remain active and will try as much as possible to get the local board. We are an active community. And we all are requesting for the board. Well! Again I am hoping that soon we will get any response from the management soon.  We will continue to knock the doors of moderator for our local board. In January our Pakistan page is more active then ever, if Theymos get a chance to see how active we are on our page then definitely he will create a board for us. |

Couldn't agree more. And when you ask one of these hackers why they have a Mac they will tell you how slick the Macbook XY is, how long the battery lasts and what a joy the keyboard is and on top of that it's so incredibly fast. Also they let you know that they found Apple not to be that bad (I agree somewhat on the level where burglars are not as bad as massmurderers) and that MacOS is actually pretty nifty and cool and it doesn't stop there you can even run windows on it.. Had these chats, don't miss them. If security is really a priority for a system, I use OpenBSD as it comes already pretty hardened and locked down and the code is getting constantly audits. ...which isn't even an excuse for not using Linux anyway. If you love the Macbook XYZ so much just put a Linux distro on it and watch it run even smoother than MacOS... If you want to run Linux then don't buy expensive machines for it, as it doesn't require latest and expensive hardware. MAC is expensive device and should be used for MacOS I have a laptop that is 10 years old and works fine with Ubuntu 20.4. I have old hardware but latest operating system. Laptops in my country are too expensive now. Thanks to Ubuntu I am perfectly fine with my Ubuntu. |
