Normally it take not more than 4 days and sometimes less to add the followers but to don't mislead users i ask to waiting up to 10 days maximum as sometimes we need this period of time

The bitcoin will be a lot bigger in 2020, also what you have to keep in mind that is that the bitcoin will get another halving in 2020 so the price can go to a high amount by than.
Maybe even to a really high amount something near the 5k, its of course a prediction but we will see.
