1501  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: CoinCheckUp.com - Cryptocoin Analysis & Investment Stats on: September 06, 2017, 10:59:58 PM
I'm impressed that you collected all those details for each and every coin. Where did you get the price updates by the way? Also, I suggest you to add different currencies for the price to let users see what they prefer (Coinmarketcap has this feature). On mobile I can't see the numbers well (after 9, 1, 1, 1 and so on) : https://i.imgur.com/ZgaLIU1.jpg . I was thinking what does it mean at first but after seeing 2 downwards, I just realized that it was 10, 11, 12 ... 20, 21 and so on.

I'm curious, what would be the advantage of having an account in the site?
1502  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Nova Exchange community thread on: September 05, 2017, 11:17:26 PM
I am still not able to register, it's only me or are they refusing new clients? It's almost  a week now...
It's not only you. I logged on to my account and asked the mods in trollbox about this registration issue and they mentioned that they are having some technical difficulties on new sign up. Nothing else you could do but to wait, they said it will be resolved soon. (Clueless how soon it is though)

I saw this too: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2150239.0
1503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: HOW TO ADD CUSTOM COIN IN MYETHERWALLET on: September 04, 2017, 10:33:46 PM
Just go to Add Custom Token in myetherwallet.com (right side of the page) and put these details accordingly :

The ATS token contract address is : “0x2dAEE1AA61D60A252DC80564499A69802853583A”
Token Symbol: ATS
Token decimals: 4

Then click save.

If you want to double check, these are mentioned in their website, lower part of the page with other Questions. http://authorship.com/contribute/
1504  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is my Etherwallet not safe? on: September 03, 2017, 12:59:52 PM
Slackbot is sending a phishing site. It is giving a .co domain, the real site is using a .com, www.myetherwallet.com. There's a chance that slackbot in different groups are controlled by different users.

Always check the url before putting your private key, keystore file etc.
1505  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coins.ph Customer Service on: September 03, 2017, 07:12:11 AM
A day ago, what day is it exactly in PH? I didn't encounter such problem maybe because I always contact them during business hours. As a reminder, they are operating Mondays to Fridays: 10 AM to 6 PM (Philippine Time). I think it would be better to wait for the code first before going to the ATM to avoid long waiting time.

The holidays season, it is possible they are just restricted with the staff, especially if it is not a big company (I know you will say, look at Coinbase it's a big company but a real shit regarding the support all months of the year Cheesy) By the way isn't Coins.ph  a service available only for the Filipinos dudes ?
Foreigners can also create and maintain a Coins.ph account.
1506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ☘☘☘☘ Edgeless EDG Tokens On Bittrex and Liqui.io (BLACKJACK BETA LIVE)☘☘☘☘ on: September 03, 2017, 05:51:27 AM
I am going to create a telegram supergroup for Edgeless since there aren't any official ones around. If anyone is interested,  u can join by clicking on the following link

http://t.me/EDG_Fanclub

Would recommend, official team to open telegram group and let them handle those stuffs

They already have telegram channels:

https://t.me/joinchat/AAAAAEBTy7K9KXQcQsyozQ

https://t.me/joinchat/AAAAAEGU06TWjrR_z2BKHw
Are those offical edgeless telegram groups or fan groups?
The first one I think is their official telegram group https://t.me/joinchat/AAAAAEBTy7K9KXQcQsyozQ
If you'll check the main post it is the one listed there with their other social links like slack, twitter, facebook, reddit etc. I'm not sure of the second one given by leps.
1507  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: BRAND NEW - FINALLY OPEN BTCXUP.COM on: September 02, 2017, 03:31:10 PM
As far as I know luckybitco.in does support mobile browsers so I hope you could make it mobile friendly too. Faucet isn't showing and even the registration if there is on mobile. Would like to try this one but I couldn't as of now.
1508  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Earn money/tokens by helping others on chat? on: September 01, 2017, 03:03:18 PM
Yes, the one I encountered before did not have an ICO/token and just using pure BTC. I hope for the success of your ICO ofcourse, but what if you failed the ICO? I mean, like having few investors. What will happen with the site / service it offers?

Well you have that edge, AI is really important in that kind of service. I think you could give that seamless UX that you've mentioned above.

It would be nice to try, I'm interested.

To be perfectly honest we see ICO as just a byproduct of a successful product experience that is built on a real need for people to help each other in a decentralized network/economy. If it works it's great we can reward and incentivize the network appropriately but even if it doesn't our mission and service will carry on like we have envisioned. We're already backed by leading VCs/Angels as part of our previous funding round and will be looking to raise more going forward.

We're doing this purely to fulfil our mission to simplify the way world works with human connection and decentralized economy - here are some more details if you're interested: https://medium.com/helptapblog/simplifying-the-way-world-works-70916c81c933

Assurance of operating regardless of ICO being successful or not is important so it's good to know your mission. Thanks and anyway, since there's a limited info here and in your site I would like to ask if you are supporting only English or also local languages? If it's multilingual that will be awesome.
1509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EtherSphere ICO - v2.0 on: September 01, 2017, 10:59:48 AM
It's been a while now, no update here, on twitter and even on reddit. Three days left before the ICO ends and there's no one invested yet? I think this is due to inactivity and lack of updates. I joined the twitter bounty and after cheking the spreadsheet, twitter accounts doesn't matched the owner's bitcointalk account, it was moved up a row (just like what this user mentioned here). My application was at row 179 but my twitter @bitcoingeek000 was at 178 just to clarify. That's weird though.
1510  Local / Altcoin Announcements (Pilipinas) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, the currency for remittances and international cooperation on: September 01, 2017, 02:01:35 AM
Wala po bang change password feature ang Web Wallet? Meron po akong nakita na Change Email sa site pero kapag kini-click wala naman pong lumalabas na page para doon at sa profile naman Enable 2FA feature lang ang makikita. Even yung Help button "Not found" yung page. @Lutzow hindi po 100% working ang Web Wallet?
1511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Would you trust ICO that is not listed on Tokenmarket.net on: September 01, 2017, 01:00:29 AM
It doesn't measure the trustworthiness of an ICO. Check the project itself and the team behind it before investing and don't let a third party site be the basis of your decision. It might add to an advantage but not a sufficient reason. Good luck!
1512  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptopia hacked !? on: September 01, 2017, 12:04:20 AM
For real? It's the first time I a heard situation like this in cryptopia. Well, as long as you secured your email even you don't have 2FA enabled in cryptopia, your balance will be safe. As far as I know all users receive email for withdrawal confirmation. Always remember to use different password for every site to lessen the risk. Prioritize the email password as site confirmations are always sent in there.

PS. Your account got hacked but not the whole site.
PPS. Vokain is confirming about this link's post in Cryptopia's ANN thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1669443.msg21392469#msg21392469

Thank you for offering a re-audit service. I followed your account in return.
1514  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: TalkCoins.org - Imageboard dedicated to cryptocurrency, no account needed on: August 31, 2017, 09:25:47 PM
This is a different kind of forum. At first, I wonder how I'll use it by only seeing the latest post and few images on the main page, not the typical type where you'll see the boards first. I just figured out how it works after some time of exploring.

What I like is the fact that there's no need to register in order to join the discussions. However, don't you think it would look so unorganized when a lot of people start posting there? All topics and replies showing on one page.
1515  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: August 30, 2017, 10:38:17 AM
ok lang ba kung di mo agad ma verify yung coin.ph? meron bang magiging problema kung hindi? salamat

Okay lang. Wala naman magiging problema kung hindi ka kaagad makakapag-pa ID and selfie verified as long as hindi mo pa gagamitin ang cash in at cash out option. Magagamit mo pa din ang mga services ng coins.ph at makakapag send and receive ka pa din ng BTC.

1516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling site closed? Why? on: August 30, 2017, 10:03:16 AM
I don't think there's something happening, I mean it is just that the owners decided to shutdown or sell their sites. They didn't depend onto each other so it's not a problem as a whole IMO. Not all gambling sites give profits, it depends on the site on how popular and trusted it is for users. I believe rollin gained profits for the past years though. There might be different reasons to shutdown and as per Rollin, they've listed several reasons why the decision end up in selling the site. Mainly because they don't want to risk their bankroll which will be used in their other projects, "I guess" that will be more profitable than rollin.io

It is hard to build reputation and popularity in the community that's why it is unexpected to see rollin.io in auction. I hope it end up with a trusted buyer too. We are aware that scammers mostly take advantage in this kind of situation.
1517  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Is it still worth trusting the services of Xapo? on: August 30, 2017, 09:21:47 AM
I stopped using Xapo for a while now, honestly it is because of the fee as well. It is just that it's not my main wallet and it will cost too much to send especially when you have small amount because you only get the coins from faucets. I did not encounter any problem with security and I still trust the service, though yes you don't control the private keys and can't get bitcoin cash.

If you are using their debit card as others have mentioned or it is your main wallet, I think it is still okay, but if it is not like in my case and you will use it for faucets only, you'd rather use your main wallet & faucets that are sending directly to wallet or through micropayment sites.
1518  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Earn money/tokens by helping others on chat? on: August 30, 2017, 08:14:07 AM
I've seen the same concept before, though I don't know how the service is doing now. I forgot the name of the site, but it was announced here as well. Anyway, this is a great idea. So we are getting a real time answer from a person here, what if nobody answered? Is that possible? Since we can't try it yet, I'm curious about how the site fully works.

I'm sure there have been many attempts previously and there will be even more going forward but the product that delivers the most seamless UX to its users and drives a behavior change will win the race.

The difference here is we've our own AI tech that we've been working on for last few months which is critical to this project's success and something that is capable of addressing questions even if nobody is available.

Interested in being one of our early users to share your feedback and drive the community forward on our platform? Plenty of perks for early adopters as you can imagine!

Looking feedback for my upcoming wallet.

https://invis.io/AND8WOHJ6#/250516986_Login

Sorry to say, you aren't that smart you are thinking of your own self buddy. You ask for feedback for your upcoming wallet but do not provide any details about it and post a link instead. The link leads to a page where the first thing asked is mobile number.
Do you really believe people will just give you their mobile number so that you can just build your list for spamming?
It's a simulator. You don't need to put a mobile number there, it is only showing that when you use the app (when it is published and installed in your phone), you'll be using a phone number to log in. You'll just click the log in button to proceed and see what's inside the wallet, the features and data.

@softgamers, you should explain all the featires of your app in the main thread so that users have preview. Anyway, the app looks okay. We can't try full functionality though, better if you have a beta version downloadable in app/play store. What is your edge to other wallets? We can't control private keys here, right?
