1501  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the price of Bitcoin change more than traditional currencies? on: December 25, 2016, 09:58:02 PM
One of the reason I see why bitcoin is always fluctuating is  because of demand. The buying and selling of users is what makes bitcoins price go up and down and of course it is decentralized and it is in the free market unlike fiat that is decentralized of course because of government and banks, also it is used mainly for transactions everday without even needing an exchanger that's why.
1502  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So you thought Bitcoin is dead, huh? NEVER! on: December 25, 2016, 12:32:06 PM
Even if the same scenario will happen again, I would not lose hopr in bitcoin even if it were to dump to below 300$ or 200$. I sill just buy and hoard coins by that time and wait for it to rise so high again since I have hope that even if the same thing will happen again in the near future, bitcoin will climb up and will give it's users profit again especially those who have lots of bitcoin.
1503  Economy / Economics / Re: I have 12 BTC in my Account, How should I invest this?? on: December 24, 2016, 10:05:26 AM
I agree with the others, better just hold that 12BTC on your account since it is very profitable just to store it and sell it on every pump and rebuy after dump. If you want you can do altcoin trading but it is very risky since you can lose money here. If you want it to give you fast profit I recommend altcoin trading but study it up first but if you are looking for a guaranteed profit I suggest you just hold that and sell at pump then rebuy at dump.
1504  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin has power nowadays ? on: December 24, 2016, 08:37:47 AM
In my opinion bitcoin has power nowadays not just because it is used by many people around the world but because governments just began to notice bitcoin's potential. Here in the Philippines, bitcoin's usage has been noticed by the government and will enforce rules and regulations on the usage of virtual currency. The sources of what im saying are as follows : https://business.inquirer.net/210869/bsp-eyes-rules-on-use-of-virtual-currency#ixzz4Tfq5jsdf  and this link: http://www.bworldonline.com/content.php?section=TopStory&title=bsp-readies-rules-for-virtual-money-crowdfunding&id=128609 and this link: http://www.ibtimes.ph/bitcoin-bsp-regulation-ofw-remittances-philippines-5448
1505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO CLOSED] Incent Loyalty | Waves token | $1.1m raised | Roll-out Q1 2017 on: December 24, 2016, 06:18:53 AM
Hello to all can I just ask if there are also some people like me who joined signature campaign that is still don't receive their signature campaign bounty now? I am still not receiving mine but I added my waves wallet in the ico page and also I have pmed karlkarlsson already. I also have pmed my waves address when he asked for it. I hope someone here answers my question.

Actually the signature payment already paid, but I dont know many people haven't recieved yet . for me I have recieved already
I already know that the signature payment has been already paid since karlkarlsson confirmed that the signature bounties have all been paid but why is it still not arriving for some people? That's what I want to know. I hope that op will reply and answer my question and for it to be clear to me.

1507  Economy / Economics / Re: Worst bitcoin decision you've ever made? on: December 23, 2016, 12:30:52 PM
The worst ever bitcoin decision I have ever made so far I think is not joining bitcoin when I first learned it when it only got 15$ in price. I thought at first it was a scam, so I have not joined it. I have began to notice it's potential just last christmas so I am only using bitcoin for one year now and I regret not using bitcoin way back when I first heard about it. If I have ever took risk that time, I think I would have had a better earnings now.
1508  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me your predictions about Bitcoin on: December 23, 2016, 09:46:07 AM
Here is my predictions about bitcoin until the end of the year. By 6pm Philippines standard time at December 31, 2016, bitcoin will either reach 950$ price but before that it will have a little retracement or it will dump to at most 600$ and at least 750$ and will stable there. As of now the price of bitcoin according to preev is 896.1 US Dollars and the two predictions might or might not happen since I am just speculating the price bitcoin will touch.

Hi Karl..
I'm still not received my Incent bounties from signatures campaign. What can I do?  Huh
You sent him a private message to the email address?
I think signature bounty has not been paid yet.I was also a participant but haven't received the bounty
Well its already paid for your information buddy karlkarlsson confirmed it but somehow some of participants including you and me are still not receiving incent bounty from signature campaign maybe because of technical problems. For now all we can do is wait for it to be resolved. I have already pmed Karlkarlsson about this matter hoping to have good news tomorrow or on the next few days.
1510  Economy / Economics / Re: You should never trust banks on: December 22, 2016, 08:19:17 AM
I guess if the same thing that happened to OP happened to me, I would never trust banks but for now Ill say that I can trust banks. For years I am using bank to store some of my money and nothing goes wrong with it but I don't trust them fully, so I don't put most of my money in the bank, just a percent of it since I know from the start that a scenario of happening that is experienced by OP is possible to happen.
1511  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: December 22, 2016, 06:39:31 AM
Bitcoin being used by almost everyone in 2022 on daily life expenses is most likely to not happen because government and banks will be against it but the possibility of it being used by almost everyone on online transactions by that year is very possible. If this scenario will happen, I think all of those early adopters of bitcoin by this year will be rich in 2022 if they have hoarded many bitcoin by now but the possibility of bitcoin completely replacing fiat by that year is very little.
1512  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you Still believe in Fiat? on: December 21, 2016, 10:51:08 AM
For now I think I got faith in fiat since it is the one mostly needed to survive in this world of ours where fiat money is the payment for many services. In the future though, im not certain whether I will believe fiat or not since I think it's system is made to benefit the government, not the people so to sum it all up, I believe it for now but I don't put my full trust on it.
1513  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you in the Christmas spirit? on: December 18, 2016, 12:22:36 PM
Well I do not expect that bitcoin will have a price ranging 850-900$ before the year ends but I hope that it will reach these targets even if it is just for a moment. I also hope that bitcoin will reach new all time high on the next halving on 2020 since the last halving for me this year was not quite what I expect it to be but its good. For now all I can say is that I'm in the Christmas Spirit.
1514  Economy / Economics / Re: How stable will bitcoin be? on: December 18, 2016, 06:14:09 AM
To be honest I don't see that bitcoin would ever replace paper money. Most probably it will just be used like credit card that is accepted by stores because they can get some paper money if they accept it. If this scenario were to happen, bitcoin would still have a volatile price, since it is a decentralized currency and the price will always move if someone buys or sell.
1515  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if we use a one currency only? on: December 17, 2016, 11:11:47 AM
If we all use one currency only, it would ease everyday transactions since all of the world uses one currency. We also don't need foreign exchanges and stuff when visiting another country since we can use the currency we have to purchase goods at other countries too and this happening would be a good scene. Even if it were not to happen, I do hope one day there are currencies that are accepted worldwide by many people.
1516  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: December 17, 2016, 05:01:17 AM
You should sell your bitcoin if you want I think since the selling is also important in a free market. Bitcoin runs a free market and what if everyone holds all of their coins? would there be one who will sell all of those who want to buy some bitcoins? If all will hold bitcoin will not be distributed. Because of it, holding bitcoin is against bitcoin since no one will supply those who wants to buy some.
1517  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: December 16, 2016, 12:53:16 PM
If bitcoin had a stable price, maybe it would still be as popular as it is today. In fact, in my opinion it might be more popular than it is today since many merchants will accept it as payment because the risk of losing money because of price fluctuation will decrease and because of many merchants accepting it, many will use bitcoin. On the other hand, those who are in bitcoin for the sake of investment will not use bitcoin since it might not be as profitable as it is today if it had a stable price.
1518  Economy / Economics / Re: When the dollar collapsed, gold and bitcoin which is the best alternative? on: December 16, 2016, 08:17:26 AM
In my opinion, if dollar collapse, no country will ever dare use bitcoin as the best alternative. They might create dollar v2.0 just to replace the dollar now that is collapsing. It is also possible that they will switch to gold since gold has been around for a very long time and has been used since the ancient times. The chance of them using bitcoin as an alternative when dollar collapse seems lesser than they using gold when it happens but most probably they will create new dollar.
1519  Economy / Economics / Re: What's the reason behind increasing or decreasing price of bitcoin daily? on: December 15, 2016, 09:48:57 PM
Bitcoin's price is increasing or decreasing in price daily sometimes hourly because it is in a free market. If someone buys, then the price go up after he/she have bought all of those who are set sold by another bitcoin user. If someone sells, those who set their buy orders will get bitcoin and if all of their request have been fulfilled, then the price will go down a little. That's why bitcoin's price go up and down.
1520  Economy / Economics / Re: Most Secure Currency to Hold Funds on: December 15, 2016, 12:42:28 PM
If you can't decide wether to secure your wealth on gold or bitcoin here's what I suggest you to do. First convert some of it into fiat, a sum just enough for you to reward yourself and buy some things that you want. The portion that you want to convert that will be left, convert it into gold. That way you have a more secured way to hold your funds and you won't also regret if you lost it since you have already used some.  Wink
