1501  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: September 22, 2022, 03:22:04 PM
Chelsea ERA is kinda gone in my opinion. Sure ,they still have great players in the squad but they don't perform well and I don't see any great signs for them and I'm sure in winter and next summer , a lot of them will be leaving the team. Regarding coaches , you are 100% right , because right now , there are no great coaches available or at least top managers to be available and Tuchel might be join Juventus soon or Bayern...there are hard rumors from both of the clubs.
I agreed about Chelsea ERA because change of coach was completely wrong decision by management Tuchel was doing good job he deserves some more time as now having quality players it's going to be good in just few matches, but suddenly change of coach is having big impact on all squad mentality and many players are feeling uncomfortable which is not good signal for them and their performance in Premier League and Champions League.

If management looking for new high profile coach it's not easy in current situation with all already busy and have no enough desire for Chelsea and surely Tuchel is also going to be had job in next few weeks with Juventus and Bayern Munich both are having not good time and can hire him but change of management at Chelsea already kill this club which was doing amazing job under Russian owner.
1502  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invitation to teach Bitcoin in a school on: September 21, 2022, 08:52:44 PM
Back then in primary school, my teacher will always sing to us that "children are the leaders of tomorrow". If children are the leaders of tomorrow I believe they are meant to be taught the right thing that will help their future. Since those student are getting  to learn Bitcoin at their age, is really going to do them good.
You are fabulous 🤩 OP, and happy birthday to you.
What a cool teacher you have. I think your teacher does that only to remind you guys that you hold the future and that should help you do well in your class. Children are still young so they need to be taught the right thing because if wrong things are being taught to them, they will adopt it until they grow older but I think it's always not too late too change even if you are already old.

There is no age requirements for getting involved in bitcoin but I think there are more benefits if you got involved in it in an earlier time so it's important to have btc as a subject in schools so that kids can get aware with it and they can also start saving btc as early as possible.
1503  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHEN WAS YOUR WORST MOMENT AND CHALLENGE WITH BITCOIN ? on: September 21, 2022, 07:29:30 PM
There already have been quite a few bad moments with bitcoins so far that made me question my strategy with crypto currencies. First of all was a big step for me to decide and only deal with Bitcoins back in 2016 for my CSGO skin trading business. I was buying and selling a lot of knives back in the days and bitcoin was a good and fast way to cash out and deposit new money. By using Bitcoins I could buy skins my cheaper than the official steam prices and then use the real prices to trade for more favourable skins. When I took a break from CSGO I also sold all my bitcoins and stopped using crypto currencies all together.
I had something similar, there was a website where you could sell gaming stuff, and I sold accounts, not counter strike, it was an online mmorpg where I sold my character and I earned bitcoins with it, this was so long ago that I got a few bitcoins in return, but it was easy step and you could sell to anyone in the whole world which made it great for me, I disliked using paypal for the fact that buyer could have asked for his money back, and I would be out both my account and my money, so I used bitcoin instead. Since those days I have been here, for nearly 10 years and so far it has nothing but best for me, had some down days, but overall it has been amazing.
1504  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The economic danger of China and Taiwan war on: September 21, 2022, 02:58:49 PM
The economic effects of a conflict between China and Taiwan are shown by the following example. If a conflict ever breaks out, we already know that the US will really lose out to China in the semiconductor business. As no trade will happen. This will have a significant impact on Western domestic markets, causing previously unanticipated increases in inflation and shortages.
That is the result of USA not investing in the right places. They could build 10 chip factories with just one years worth of military budget, they have like 800 billion per year, which means 80 billion is more than enough to not only build the factory, but get the resources and even hire the most famous people who could.

It may not be working perfectly right now, because it takes years to develop great stuff, but they could at least give it a start. What I do not understand is that some stuff are obvious and it is going to happen, but every nation gets into them too late, why not get ready beforehand, get ready when the tech is available, so you would be doing fine when the time comes.
1505  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: September 21, 2022, 08:33:30 AM
Quote
Real Madrid are just as good as last season. They drop few stitches. We had a hard time a few times in the 1st half, but the difference in strength in the 2nd half was significant again. And on top of that, Real Madrid have Benzema at their disposal, but on the other hand, Lewandowsky now plays for Barcelona. Then we could cross them off against each other. In principle, Real Madrid individually does not have a much stronger team, but they radiate more maturity. Barcelona has many young players like Gavi. Good players, but they still have a few things to learn. It will come down to details this season who will be champion. I don't even consider Atletico Madrid an outsider anymore.
Yes, Real Madrid performance are very good in this season that made many people to believed that they will still go far in this season like the way they did last season. I don't think, Real Madrid will Miss this La Liga league title this season because their strikers and midfielders are working hard to ensure they achieve victory from every match just to keep the winning going until they win the title. Many things has changed positively from Barcelona in this season since their coach brought in Lewandowski into the team things are working well.
Ancelotti factor is showing his best at the current Real Madrid performance with no big star but still they are doing amazing job in this season like they have done in last season with their double and most chance it's going to be very tough for others to face them in race of title which is surely going to be between two big clubs like Barcelona and Real Madrid because currently no other team is capable of giving them good challenge for title race with their quality and performance specially Sevilla and Atlético Madrid both are having decline in performance.

Real Madrid youths are having good skills which are helping them for keeping momentum and not allowing opponents to have anything special against them but still match between these two big giants will give clear picture who is going to win this season as Barcelona is also having few quality players.
1506  Economy / Speculation / Re: Saylor equivalents? on: September 20, 2022, 08:18:40 PM
If they're truly keen about Bitcoin as a concept, why are they put off by creating a wallet for it? If they really appreciate Bitcoin's concept then they should have understood that Bitcoin is about decentralization and that owning private keys.

Perhaps they're really not keen on Bitcoin as a concept but Bitcoin as an asset. Perhaps instead of getting convinced of the technology of Bitcoin, they're probably convinced of the price growth potential of Bitcoin.

It is their choice, they could invest in companies that are exposed to Bitcoin or that has Bitcoin in their balance sheets or they could simply buy Bitcoin and truly participate in its movement.
Maybe they think it's too hassle or hard to create a btc wallet but if they don't have one then how can they obtain a btc? Maybe they can store btc on some online sites like crypto exchange? But we know that it's pretty risky although I think many cex have the option to transfer your fund in some supported banks.

Maybe they prefer that way of receiving their profits through btc. They can buy or invest on some companies like MicroStrategy as they are known to also invest in btc but I think the income that we will be getting isn't going to be full anymore because I think you need to pay some fees when availing these kind of services, so it's always better to invest on our own.
1507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Price To Buy Ethereum on: September 20, 2022, 06:41:41 PM
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ethereum/

dumping at a high of 25% as this time of posting? i believe that if you are truly willing to invest in ethereum then this is the perfect timing because that 25% is really a promising profit in the coming days after the merging effect drops.

Buy today , or wait forever this is what we must understand in season like this.
25% dump is a lot so yes this is a good time to buy eth now. I think this dump is much worse than the last time right? and if many people buy it that time then why not today? I only feel sad to those who expect that eth value will pump hard right after the merge. I bet they are full of disappointment right now but this shouldn't end by selling their eth. I know that the future of eth is still bright because man this is the second big crypto next to bitcoin and this is the foundation of all altcoins and tokens.

actually the decision is yours, but in my opinion, wait for the price to drop because if we buy at a high price, of course later we will not get the maximum profit, because in my opinion if you want to buy you have to wait for a good moment, so in my opinion don't be in a hurry when you buy, so you have to be patient when you buy and I speak this according to my experience.
I think there's no such thing as maximum profit on here because we don't know if at what value is the final bottom of every coin. The OP can start buying little by little if he thinks there are more dumps to come.
1508  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Rise of Mobile Gambling Is Leaving People Ruined and Unable to Quit on: September 19, 2022, 08:59:40 PM
Most people just aim to have fun by doing online gambling and some online games. Online gambling such as slot games and several other gambling games. and some of them also use online gambling games to get profits through online gambling games. Online gambling that is getting easier to be accessed by anyone certainly has negative effects that are not good, they will be addicted and continue to play. which at first was just for entertainment, but after getting addicted they spent some of their money on gambling. this will make them crushed and unable to stop.
I thought they are only used to have fun so why will they get addicted? I think the obsession for money are the ones who are truly addicting because when you have money you can do almost anything and this can make a person more happier but a continuously playing for fun will get you being bored later on and you will quit on it for a while in order to do something else.

There are ads that we see online. They are like a gambling game but totally free to play but the best part of them is that you can earn some money by playing. I think that is because these games have ads inside them. Many people are hook on them right now to earn additional income without taking a risk.
1509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum will get more demand on: September 19, 2022, 08:15:39 PM
The only issue in ethereum network is the transaction fee, and if it will be solve then Ethereum will surely get more demand or gain more popularity than any other coin, i believe in ethereum and it will be always next to bitcoin, there are many network that low fee than ethereum but still they cannot surpass the Ethereum because many investors still trust ethereum than any other networks.
Not just the transaction fees but I think there are other issues with it. Eth is more of centralized crypto. Processing time for transactions isn't also fast as other cryptos. Its supply is unknown. These are the three issues that I know so far in eth but there might be more than this.

This is the reason why many users didn't pick eth even before when its fees are still cheap but by the time the fees skyrocketed, many users have also temporarily left eth and switched to a better alternative like bsc and matic. Once the fees return to normal I believe those who leave can also come back but will the merge really fix that issue? I don't think so and many experts are also saying the same thing.
1510  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: September 19, 2022, 05:51:49 PM
PSG beat Lyon 1-0 away from home. Obviously it was not an easy game for both sides. Of course PSG was the heavy favorite but they struggled to score against Lyon. As such, we can say that we watched an unpleasant match. They won with a goal scored by Messi in 5 minutes.
Lens team is doing very well. They are one of the 3 undefeated teams in 8 weeks. Their next match is against lyon. A decisive and important match for them.
After checking this result my feeling is this is favorable for Lyon because as we have attack in PSG they can ruin them but good defense and tactics from them prevent them for having any the worst result in this match after super start of this season now they are on losing streak with 3 matches in a row is surely never been ideal for any team which is at the top ranks.

Defeat against Lorient bring them down and now Monaco and PSG both also done same with now after break they are going to face another surprise package which is surely going to be nightmare for them as Lens is also on good run and only in three teams which are not faced any defeat in their first seven matches of this season.
1511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to attract users to the blockchain game ? on: September 18, 2022, 06:49:30 PM
Some top of my head — proper beginner's guide, p2e so player can still play despite having low player count, wide devices support, game should be lightweight on both device and Internet.
This is a blockchain type of game so cryptos are involved here and when there are cryptos, people have the ability to earn them. It can be by playing the game, staking, or mining inside it. I've seen some blockchain/play-to-earn games before which have all the features that I mentioned above but the only problem about them is that they are hard to understand or not user-friendly in other words so you are right when you say that a proper beginner's guide is important.

It's normal to have a low player count if the project is a starter but it will grow as long as it's being marketed well and all the great features are already there.
1512  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's next for cryptocurrency? on: September 18, 2022, 01:59:20 PM
There may be a correction and an increase in the bitcoin price but don't expect more than 25,000$ at the moment, the market is not yet ready for a big rally for many reasons, the best thing is to hold and wait until the end of the year you might see very good news.
The market is not always as we expect, for example, the expectations were a large increase in the price of Ethereum after the merger, but the opposite happened and the price is still bearish so far, so waiting is the best thing.
Apart from the bear we also have a correction which happens from time to time, this is why the price never sustained their gains and they haven't experience to break out on that $25k barrier. There are economic problems that the world is facing right now including inflation and recession. They are among the reasons on why the market is having a hard time to do a rally.

Hodling is already given there to survive and avoid us from losing but other than that, we can also team it up with buying. I think it's true that the more you expect on one thing the more your expectations won't occur and it happened many times already here in cryptos.
1513  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does anyone think it will be much harder to buy bitcoin later on down the road? on: September 17, 2022, 12:23:10 PM
Just wanted everyone's thoughts on how easy it is to get bitcoin now, and what getting bitcoin might be like in the future? For example, I can simply go on cashapp and buy btc, send to a wallet I own the keys to. I can also use localbitcoins, paxful, I mean the list is kinda endless. Will that list become...not so endless in the future as the value gets higher?
In terms of value, yes because I expect that the value of btc will became very expensive in the future although bears are still there. If you have a patience, you can always wait for it to buy at a less cheaper price. Now in terms of accessibility, it will only became more easier to buy bitcoin as it's going to be more popular in the future and so many merchants or companies are going to support it.

Right now, I've seen a couple of fiat wallets that support cryptocurrencies but the approach is like PayPal. You can only buy and sell cryptos within their app but you can't send or receive a crypto. I hope they will revise it soon and I won't hesitate to use them as an alternative.
1514  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: September 16, 2022, 08:02:46 PM
Arey bhai kaise karwaoge test match October mein?

We have T-20 World Cup starting from 16 oct and it's almost 1 month affair. I like ICC bashing but thoda bahut maryada aur logic ka bhi dhyan rakhe lol  Grin
Fuck!! Forgot man. I was checking the time table and got inquisitive as to why ICC wants to have a lot of test match in a single month? Thanks for the reply.
It's alright happens sometimes..

Anyway In regard to your latter observation. South Africa has a habit of pulling off a strong performance in Australia every single time but this time current proteas team is new and kind of weak when compared to the previous squads but they do have fair amount of match winners (bowlers) who are capable of change the tide singlehandedly, given conditions are favorable. IMO this should be a good contest although my money would be on Aussie.
After watching their performance against England and now announcement about departure of Mark Boucher as coach after this T-20 world cup most chances I have no positive feeling about them in Australia because they can't survive against them in Australia even their bowling attack is doing good, but their batting is surely needed good improvement which is not possible in these months.

Still we can expect much better competition between these two teams because Australia is also having habit of collapses again and again which is going to be good for them but here if their batting done good job then surely this is going to be amazing stuff and with this both teams can go through into WTC final 2023.
1515  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to proper trade in you asset in this market situation? on: September 16, 2022, 12:48:30 PM
In my opinion i think that the ratio of money which you esteem that will not use in everyday works so it will be ideal for you to put that differently in separate tokens, when the price reaches to grand level then sell them one by one. Short term investment in bad market is associated with positivity  but it will be useful for some expert buddies not for everyone.
Diversification is a great thing in the investment world wherever you are. I personally do not believe in putting more than 10% into any coin honestly, but I do not follow my own investment advice because 50% of my coins are in bitcoin, and nearly 30-35% of them are in ETH and another 15-20% are in BNB, so I am not really following my own advice.

But if you find something that really worths your money then you should put a 10% in there, and keep doing that with as many as you can, maybe put like 25% to bitcoin and 20% to ethereum because those are giants of the market and that is reasonable levels, but aside from that keep it on 10% and diversify your portfolio for sure.
1516  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: At what Bitcoin price do you think altseason will start? on: September 16, 2022, 09:33:03 AM
I think many altcoins we have now move along with Bitcoin so it all depends on the altcoin we are holding or trading. All altcoins do not move the same way all everything always depend of the project team if they have what it takes to make more investors to keep holding there coin or keep investing in that project.
The market is becoming unpredictable now for investors and no one want to make loses from trading or holding a particular coin that is we the market seems very silent with better movement.
Bitcoin is not moving well too so.it had affected all altcoins from having the optimum momentum that will keep them moving.
Yeah, altcoin season have started last time and I think that's when the price of btc reached $23k. This seems unexpected because that price was still low but usually we think alts season will start when the bull run starts or when btc surpassed it's previous all time high. What if it's not really btc who triggered the alt season? Because, there is also eth on the side that is doing great and some of us are thinking that it was the fault of eth and as we can see, btc is falling again while the momentum for most altcoins are still there.

I am not complaining about this but it was nice actually since we can now worry less. We can make profits in the side with the help of alts while we can stock up more btc.
1517  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum (ETH) on Its Way to $2,100, Top Trader Says ! on: September 16, 2022, 08:28:05 AM
When Ethereum reaches ATH, the Ethereum price has a chance to go up, the price is $2.1k I think -50% of ATH, but the current situation can increase the price, where the Ethereum Merge is taking place and the next announcement of sharding is a new history for this achievement, currently the market is more dominant towards Bitcoin, Altcoins will definitely follow and we just have to wait a little bit
No doubt that it can increase. The merge is done and if there will be future updates, it's going to be more interesting now that ETH has now a limited supply.
It's seen that ETH is becoming now more deflationary but on the other hand, it's now also more centralized. Unlike before, it was semi-centralized. Now, it has fully become centralized.
Ah so that is one of the effects of the merge? Where eth supply is now going to be known. If it's possible for it to pump before when its supply is unknown or unlimited, then how much more when it can become scarcer over time? 2.1k is going to be a piece of cake for eth and we can't even consider it as an increase but it's only just a normal recovery.

Eth is already known as a centralized coin so even though the merge can it more centralized, it won't really be that shocking. We still have many decentralized coin out there and one of it of course is bitcoin.  Eth can only be good as an alternative if we want to experience the different functions of a crypto or blockchain technology.
1518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [POLL] After the merge the price of Ethereum will go? on: September 15, 2022, 07:18:07 PM
As at now the merger is complete and every one now has is eyes on ethereum. The celebration will continue today and may affect its price (might slight increase) but is it just an hype and can it move up without depending on bitcoin?

My vote is after the merger celebration is gone today Ethereum will still depend on bitcoin's rise
I'm sure there will be lots of talk about it tomorrow.  So far it seems like things went off without a hitch.  I'm guessing a lot of confused ETH miners are going to wake up tomorrow and wonder why their GPU fans aren't loudly spinning.  ETC is already seeing a massive hashrate increase and Ravencoin is seeing price/hashrate increases as well.  It will be an educational experience watching how different networks are effected by this.
Them as an experienced miner I think they already expected this but only those who are newb and aren't a fan of reading the news are going to be confused about what's happening with their eth miners, and maybe some of them will think it was broken already.

That is right, they say that hash rates of eth are going to be transferred on other coins and ETC is going to take most of it and then followed by ravencoin as these two coins are also a popular altcoins which miners are mining. Not only educational but can also be interesting for a less experienced person to see how stuffs will work or will be affected such as the networks right after the merge is done.
1519  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I Opened another business were I accept Bitcoin on: September 15, 2022, 12:42:29 PM
It took over 35 minutes before the transaction was finally successful and arrived in my wallet. Due to the delay, I started thinking 🤔 its a scam but I was also convinced that it might be a congestion in the Bitcoin network.
Afaik it wasn't a scam as long as you see that there is an incoming transaction in your wallet. You shouldn't worry anymore by there because the coins will always arrive even if it takes a long time due to the network congestion or to the fees that is set when sending the btc.

The fact that I want to teach my employees things about Bitcoin and also accepting and exchanging Bitcoins for customers, do you think it's a risk am taking and should i discontinue the Business?
Every business has a risk but according to what you are doing, you will be just fine because you educate your employees properly. They will now be aware if what they should do in different scenarios. You should not worry and don't ever think of stopping this business because we all want to see it grow and maybe some of us will help you support it because we also love the idea of spreading the word btc in your own ways.
1520  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: trading strategies how to turn 50$ into 100k$ in a month ? on: September 15, 2022, 11:02:19 AM
people who managed to get hundreds of times the profit in one project and the short period of time is a lucky person. they also never know that the project will generate a lot of profit before it happens. so to chase more profit it's actually impossible unless you are lucky to get a project whose hype is very big.
It really was luck on the side and things like that of course wouldn't always come,
with conditions like this I think it is difficult to find a project that can provide hundreds of times of profit,
back again it's all inseparable from luck
Honestly, we do not need it neither, people are looking for extra riches that they shouldn't. It’s clear that most people could find 100-500 dollars, and if they can find something that makes it go up 100x that means it would be 10k-50k price range and in most parts of the world that’s life changing amount and that is why they are looking to find it.

Reality is that if you could find even as low as 50 bucks to invest into bitcoin and do that for 20-30 years, you are going to be wealthy anyway, why not do that? I know people want to be rich right now, but if you are under 40, then 20 years is nothing, and if you are 40 then it is still a great retirement plan for sure. Only if you are 60 or above that could be a bit futile idea.
