1501  Economy / Services / Re: Looking to hire an Market Advertiser/moderator for discord on: November 08, 2023, 06:02:30 PM
Looking for an Market Advertiser role for eloncoin discord,
Your role is to airdrop eloncoins to users that reply in the channel with a twitter link tweet.
Your role may grow to include other platforms.

Also looking for moderators

Post below which role you want to apply for

I'm willing to work as market advertiser for Eloncoin on discord. I can do that role in the best way possible. It would be a pleasure to perform activities on other platforms as well without any issues. I'm also willing to work as a moderator for you.   Here's my Telegram id @Samk120 and as soon as I receive your message I will do a trial work for free for some time and if that satisfies you then you should hire me for the work.
1502  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 07, 2023, 11:03:38 PM

From 2020 to now Bljatcoin failed every single thing it was "ment" to be except subtracting from society.

There is no institutional investors but the guilable afraid men. And ETF news are but a scam..

There are less and less people interested and willing to put any kind of effort into a Greater fool Theory.

So far only Communist bent like people and Gamblers have invested into this idea.

Frist of all it's Bitcoin not Bljacoin. Your information is totally wrong and I recommend you to learn about Bitcoin first before saying things like that. Bitcoin never failed and from it's recent price you can see that how good it's getting each day. The news about ETF isn't scam and surely you'll see approved ETF's in 2024 with your own eyes. Anyone who knows about Bitcoin deeply will invest money into it but trust me they won't tell you about their investment. A smart person will pretend to be someone without a Bitcoin but who knows he/she may be holding 100's of Bitcoin in his/her wallets.
1503  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 BitUbet.com | Premier Crypto Gaming Experience | Slots, Sports, & More 🎰 on: November 07, 2023, 10:55:29 PM
~Snip~

The casino is at least 245 days old one because if you see the whois data of the site then it was registered 245 days ago and that's an indicator that this casino has been online for more than 200 days at least. The announcement thread as we all know was posted by Royse and I believe that Royse is going to be the campaign manager to manage the signature campaign of the BitUbEt.

I warmly welcome BitUbEt on our forum and I hope that soon they will launch their signature campaign in order to get exposure on this forum. Their site seems good to me and with some promotion they will get some good players on their platform.

1504  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's happening with Bitcoin transaction fees? on: November 07, 2023, 06:48:02 PM
Those ordinals are the worst attack to the Bitcoin network but still those useless Jpeg files are getting appreciation from the ones who really don't care about Bitcoin's network. The ordinals caused huge market back then when the BRC-20 protocol was introduced and now once again those useless tokens are causing network congestion.

It's insane to see 73 sat/vB for low priority transactions and that shows how horrible the ordinals are for us Bitcoiners. I think the developers should find a way to stop those ordinals as they are huge risk for Bitcoin network. Those useless tokens are creating many TX's and which's causing network congestion.

The worst thing is that those useless tokens are now getting listed in centralized exchanges and that means that more and more network congestion for Bitcoin transactions. I think it's the start of those useless ordinals and who knows in future how severe network congestions they may create.
1505  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Investment, Beyond "Invest What You Can Afford to Lose" on: November 07, 2023, 06:33:41 PM
invest what you wont need in the short term, play the long game

I think that's a pretty bold statement and that's very true for the ones who want to invest in Bitcoin. Unlike other crypto-currencies Bitcoin won't go to zero in value anytime and that's why it's quite safe to invest money into it and let that investment for at least a decade or two in order to have better profits.

Although investing in Bitcoin doesn't have any direct risks but if the investors aren't aware of the other potential threats that come from scammers and hackers then they will still have the risk even with Bitcoin investment. It's always better to reduce the risks before investing in Bitcoin and for that a user must have to learn about air-gapped system and cold wallets.

A hot wallet will always have it's risks and even someone with proper firewalls and antivirus software will still be at risk if he/she uses the system online. A proper way to be safe from such risks is to have your wallet in offline mode and also one should be careful about private keys, seed phrases, and other important details about one's wallet.

1507  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Linux: is wine a potential threat for our BTCs? on: November 06, 2023, 09:44:41 PM
Wine is a safe and open-source virtualization solution that allows to run Windows based applications on Linux and the applications on Wine run in a virtualized environment which won't affect the applications that run on the real Linux host system. I believe windows based malware won't impact the host of the Linux system as Windows malware are built in a way that they can affect Windows based users only.

The files and the whole Kernel module of Windows operating system is changed from Linux and that's another proof that Windows viruses and malware won't be able to penetrate Linux operating system. However, it's always recommended to avoid installing any application on the systems where someone saves his/her Bitcoin. Just don't be paranoid by such thoughts the Linux is a safe operating system and Windows malware can't harm it at all.
1508  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fund for Bitcoin promotion on: November 06, 2023, 08:26:28 PM
Is there some group which collects funds for Bitcoin promotion? If some group like this can create advertisements for Bitcoin, more people can become aware. Such mediums should be targeted which have reach on audience that is still not familiar with crypto.

Bitcoin is already known by so many people and that's why it's not needed to promote it further via advertisements. When the next halving event takes place and the next bull run starts people will promote Bitcoin themselves and the whole media will promote it via their live advertisements.

The audience is mostly on TV media and social media and they really give time to hear anchors and social media influencers. The influencers and TV anchors will promote Bitcoin for free of cost and they'll earn from such promotions. In face Bitcoin isn't like other crypto-currencies that rely on promotions.
1509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to invest 8k for passive income. on: November 06, 2023, 07:39:41 PM
Futures trading isn't a passive way to earn profits even any kind of trading whether futures trading or spot trading require active effort. If you really want to earn passive income with your money then stake those at a crypto exchange but I must tell you that stacking is also risky as exchanges can't be trusted fully and they can take your money anytime.

If I had such amount to invest then I would definitely go with an active method and would avoid any possible passive methods. I believe that trading is a good thing to begin with as you can earn $10 to $20 per day easily on platforms like Binance. If you aren't good at spot trading then go with p2p trading as people are earning more than $10 to $20 a day with p2p trading on exchanges.

1511  Other / Meta / Re: Request for a board of made-up stories on: November 06, 2023, 07:30:46 PM
I agree with OP that there are so many such stories in Bitcoin discussion board but I believe some of those stories might be real and they might not be for merit fishing purposes. Well, it's better to have a separate board for such threads so the users who want to share their experiences with Bitcoin can post their thread on that board instead of positing it on Bitcoin discussion board.
1512  Other / Meta / Re: I raise a motion to create a board where health issues can be discussed. on: November 06, 2023, 07:25:03 PM
I think health and health-related issues has nothing to do with Bitcoin and that's why it isn't needed to have such boards on the forum. The forum is basically about Bitcoin but as Bitcoin is a crypto-currency and that's why there are some boards for other crypto-currencies as well.

Health is a completely different topic and that's why I believe a board dedicated to health or health related issues won't be a good choice especially for forum like this. Instead of health other technology related boards should be on priority list and in that matter a board related to cyber-security is far better than a board related to health and health issues.
1513  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does a rotation of a DCA HODLing account wallet, guarantee safety from hackers? on: November 05, 2023, 09:45:06 PM
I don't think that the ones who follow a DCA strategy need to do something like that because the investors who accumulate a lot of Bitcoin often tend to use multiple wallet addresses to store their Bitcoin and it's not worth it for them to move their Bitcoin from one wallet to other wallet for safety purpose.

The whales or you can say high roller investors always prefer to keep their Bitcoin into multiple wallets and all of those wallets are cold wallets which never get to see internet again until the investors devices to make them online in order to convert their Bitcoin in fiat.

Even without any rotation their Bitcoin are safe from hackers and I'm pretty sure that hackers don't really focus a lot on the wallets that have low amount of Bitcoin because it will be a troublesome job for them to hack such wallets. In fact hacking of a Bitcoin wallet isn't an easy task for any level of hacker. The investors are mostly well aware about hackers and that's why they try their best to have all security measures at first before investing in Bitcoin.
1514  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hi Im very newbie on: November 05, 2023, 09:10:37 PM
Sorry to be rude but my friend you're definitely a newbie. How can you trust the ones who say that they can give you signals with which you can earn 3000% profit monthly? If earning money with crypto-currencies was that easy then every crypto trader would be a millionaire or a billionaire. Easy money means scam and those who such scam get ripped off by the scammers.

Always be careful from such scammers they are mainly their to take advantage of less aware people and the greedy ones. Learn about Bitcoin and crypto-market and when you have enough knowledge then start doing simple trades. You'll surely be a good trade if you learn from your mistakes.
1515  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I’ve bought 100 BTC in 2011. Need help to find them for rewards. on: November 05, 2023, 09:04:16 PM
Sorry to disappoint you but you won't be able to gain access to your purchased Bitcoin with such limited information. You don't have any information about your wallet address and you don't even remember the name of the exchange via which you have purchased your Bitcoin. Just forget about your Bitcoin my friend, they might be resting in peace and the owner of the exchange might have used those to enjoy some years of his life.
1516  Economy / Services / Re: I'm offering my services as a writer in exchange for btc on: November 05, 2023, 08:59:20 PM
I'm not sure that how you came up with the idea of charging $0.02 per word but that's not the way to get clients if you don't have any previous writing experience. I recommend you to write some good articles and then use those articles as samples so anyone who reads those articles can decide whether they want your services or not.

I also recommend you to offer your services for free to a few clients but no more than 500 words for free and once you get some written content then you can share those as your samples without any question. That way you'll get clients who might pay you for your work.
1517  Other / Meta / Re: I don't have good account security. on: November 05, 2023, 08:54:34 PM
I am new to this forum and have not learned anything yet. I don't see the account security in this forum, I opened the account and got no email notification, I logged in again and still no email notification. I think security should have been given while making this account.

You are your account's security and you'll have to make it secure yourself. Only register your account with an e-mail that you can access only and make sure to have a strong password for your account. Don't have sign into the account from someone else's device and try your best to keep your account's private data as secret as possible. That's the only way to be secured from hackers otherwise your account can get stolen and unfortunately it will be hard for you to get access to your account again.
1518  Other / Meta / Re: Demand for non-Telegram forum notifications? on: November 05, 2023, 08:48:22 PM
I don't really use Telegram a lot and that's why I'm someone on this forum who isn't using your notification bot. But, if you can manage to allow us to use the bot on multiple options then surely. I would be among the ones who'll use your awesome bot. I think it would be much better if a bot like yours can be packaged into a chrome extension so anyone can use it even without Telegram.
1519  Economy / Gambling / Re: Guide for newcomers Start a fun and profitable gambling entertainment journey o on: November 04, 2023, 03:31:38 AM
Hey 9G I welcome you to this amazing forum and I recommend you to purchase a cooper membership so you can embed images in your posts and that will make your announcement thread looks way more professional. It's always better to have a professional Ann thread with images as that can attract so many users attention.

I like the nice features which you stated in the thread, it means the gamblers who bets a lot on your site will get advantages over time. If I'm not wrong then that thing has something to do with ranking up as higher ranked members have more privileges than lower ranked ones.
