We are under a serious April fool's day attack I'd say. At least I know I'm not hallucinating.

Well sure, what's the problem with walking into a liquor store, blowing the owner's head off and walking away with the cash register as long as I profit from it? I suppose that's the underlying principle of ethics.

Why doesn't Bitcointalk make rules. How many more scams do we need?
I think it is because we have a lot gamblers here. They don't care about their loss and trying to invest over and over again waiting for diamond success. More gamblers - more scams. Question: Is it forever? Yeah that's at least part of it. And there are an awful lot of utter fucking morons, too. Add the gamblers and the morons and then the scammers as well and that should account for why there are so many shitcoins.

Well you can't deny ETH has done insanely well, but now that everyone knows about it, the price seems to have flatlined. For now. But I consider bitcoin to be digital gold, not ethereum.

Yes, coinbase closed my account but it was because I tried to make a $4 buy from a bank account I had closed, and it was an accident. I also use Circle and my bank questioned me about whether I was using it just for me. Crazy. But they didn't close my account yet.

I don't understand the rise only market concept--is that ever used anywhere else?
I'd say Yobit is a good exchange otherwise and yes I'm in their sig campaign, but orders go thru fast and there haven't been any problems with withdrawals. So far.

Well to be fair, with the hundreds of shitcoins in existence that's how it is in cryptoland. It's like a nation of tribes and people are extremely biased towards their own tribes. And that's how you get people to buy your shitcoin. Am I right?

Just curious, how much is this scam accusation for? I don't see an amount here or in the reference thread unless I'm missing it. It doesaappear you're being blown off but hopefully he'll pay up.

I don't think that's against forum rules, but I might be mistaken. Definitely a shitty thing to do and would probably warrant negative trust, so let's see what DT members have to say, if anything.

Need 5 dollars for a VBA to verify my paypal. After I get my paypal funds releast I can bay you back 0.015 I don't have very much to offer collateral wise...
Without collateral you won't get any loan.If you don't lock the topic then there is high chance you will get negative feedback from DT members. So close the topic and get a valid collateral then come back again ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I have a bitcointalk forum account. And a hackforums upgraded account Your noob account is worth nothing. Just lock the topic or post valid collateral--folks here don't touch noob loan requests without collateral. And there usually isn't any.

The smell of righteousness sprinkled with a dabble of arrogance sure makes the OP sound like a guy people should copy. You imagine walking through a public hall meeting ignoring 95% of the people there and expecting people to take you seriously when you addressed them! Love these kinds of people with their holier than though value system.
Don't forget that those 95% are there only because they are paid to say things to you. They aren't there to listen to you, so why would you take the time to listen to them? Do you also read spam email or take the time to listen to telemarketers? I realize that people who post for money might actually have something useful to say from time to time, but they have to realize that those useful posts are drowned out by the drivel. If they want people to take them seriously they could drop the signature campaign. I'm in a campaign, but I post just to post. I was here 9 months before I joined Yobit, and if you don't like the signatures there's a great feature that's already been mentioned in this thread which amazingly allows you to ignore sigs. Then you don't have to look at the advertising and you can just read the post. That's what I do. And I selectively ignore people. But as I said, OP's list is massive and some of the users on it I've noticed usually have good things to say. So yeah, a little self-righteousness I'd say. Sig campaigns are allowed on this forum, so deal with it.

I highly doubt it. Nor will we have flying cars in 2022.
Bitcoin needs to be stable, for one thing. If things are to be priced in btc (and not USD or whatever else), the price can't be swinging like it has been. And the average Joe needs to understand it a bit more--what a wallet is, what all those letters and numbers are, etc. And confirmation times. Ugh. That was a huge thing during that stress test. I had btc in transit that was sent back whence it came, and that should not happen. So no, I don't think bitcoin's going to be widely adopted by then. And that's only 6 years away.

I never owned a faucet but I've used many, and I'd say yours would have to have excellent features not seen in other faucets in order to be competitive--and there is going to be lots of competition. Have you seen all the faucets that are in the Faucetbox network? And that's just one. There's Xapo faucets and god knows what else. So yours has to be at least as good as the others just to get a little business. Good luck to you, but I have a feeling it's not going to be the money-making machine you think it is.

How do you even know that? Can anyone actually tell just by the blockchain evidence where users are?
Having said that, I would not be surprised in the least if Russia is at least near the top of the list of big bitcoin users. Not sure how stable their currency really is, and I'm sure bitcoin is an excellent alternative. USD sure ain't.

Let's assume that we reach a new ATH of $1,700, what do you do?
No way. There are not valid data backing 3x price increase of bitcoin just because Halving is approaching. At best it will be slight price boost - no more that $100-$150. You will be a silly wishful thinking man for believing bitcoin can go that high, it would be a short lived bubble if that ever happened in 2016. Ditto, my peeps. The halvening, I am pretty certain, has been priced in. Still I am watching with breath a-bated and will be very surprised if we get a spike after the halfffing. Stranger things have happened in bitcoinland, but I don't think we're going anywhere near $1700.

Dude, just move on. I've had a number of posts deleted recently, and yep they don't give you a reason. Mine I thought were pretty on-topic and they weren't trolling. Eh. As long as I'm not banned, I can deal with a few posts nuked here and there. My advice is just accept it--every mod here can be different in their views.

Yeah the forum police gotcha for your alt, good luck trying to convince them you're rehabilitated. They're new enough such that no one knows if they'll remove a neg with time. Yet they're trusted, go figure.
Yup damn those forum policemen. That no-good Global mod Cyrus and that ....(nope no can do, ain't making fun of Danny) /DrySarcasm I was not talking about either one of those, and I will not criticize DTs or staff here in this thread or any new ones unless I have a very good reason. Blood pressure doesn't need to be up any more than it is and drama here seems to have cooled down somewhat.

Wat? Looks to me like the forum is still there but it apparently was hacked. But yeah, 60 guest users on there as I write this and 1 member online. Very small forum I guess.
I never thought ltc had much of a future but it ain't dead yet.

Say what? Never heard of this one. Given the massive number of coins already on the market, does this one offer anything new? My guess is no and it'll likely be trading for 0.00000001 btc within a few months.
