Yes, bitcoin is quite unpredictable. If no big hacks or general bad news comes, I think bitcoin will surely reach $1500 by the end of this year or maybe before. I don't think that PayPal is a scam. Just because there are cases that caused you discomfort, doesn't mean that they are doing nothing about it. I wonder how I am supposed to sell bitcoins on an exchange. I have been considering several and have gone through the KYC/AML process for three exchanges. The problem is once I sell my coins they might ask me to prove where I got them from. Keep in mind I am not intending to withdraw the FIAT, I just want to sell high and rebuy lower, and withdraw the coins.
The problem with proving the source of my coins is, how the hell do I do it? I bought them on MtGox and they can't ask MtGox for verification. Even if they did, the coins have gone through several addresses over the years. I can't even trace it back to the MtGox purchase since they went through other exchanges (and got mixed).
So what is one supposed to do here?

Disagree, everything will not goes same. i mean bitcoin price not always rise after big dump, did you remember when bitcoin reach $800 than price down much lower than $500 and only for last 2 year, yeah after big dump out then pump will out and mostly after the price touch $1000.
In the time of halving bitcoin reaches to the 800$ and dump little after that. In last year Christmas time again price boomed to 1000$ and more. Your answer and chart comparison itself show that you are wrong. Price is moving steadily to touch the next peak value now. I hope price will touch more than 1500$ in this year Christmas. |

No banks doesnt support bitcoin, if they find you are using them to trade or invest over crypto they will find a way to frozen your funds or close your account or terminate it, soo no banks are part of bitcoin support, they like the blockchain technology but not interested into bitcoin.
I think even if they do not accept bitcoin, they will not detain or suspend your account if you use bitcoin though. banks will not be too out of it Check the threads in this section itself. I have gone through the thread says Swiss banks has been accepted bitcoin. Its shows the potential of bitcoin over finance. People will be large in numbers every day moving towards bitcoin. I have read in Coindesk few months before Citi bank US planned to start accepting bitcoin to deposit the money in the account. To be honest, I always thought that debit card is not a good way to obtain any bitcoins, you need to pay such a high commision that im avoiding buying BTC with that option. I recommend you just using your bank account, and using normal bank transfer to the website which will convert the money to bitcoin. If you are able to, you may also use dotpay if the company from which u buy btc has the agreement with them. Dont use ATMs too, the fee on them is around 7% to buy even some btcs! You mean to exchange the bitcoins right instead to getting the Bitcoin debit card. Actually you have said correct. If we own the bitcoin debit card, we need to pay charge monthly handling fees. Some the debit card companies are charging to use the card in the ATM. Those would you more the amount you loose in exchanging fee. If he has enough money waste to give the fees. Cloud mining in general is the worst kind of investment. Margins are fixed against you, the provider has no risk because you carry it all. Users take the loss every time there's any and it's almost guaranteed that the mining will stop being profitable through your cpntract's span so the provider can essentially run away with user funds.

The bifinex 'troubles' will clear up eventually. The price is effected by it, we can't deny it, but when their tranfers will go through again the price will stabilize again. Best if it stays above 1200 this time. I don't like the price flirting with 1100 again and again.
If you saying bitfinex crises means you need to know that we already moving again to peak value. Price seems almost near to 1250$ now. Rate of adoption over blockchain technology seems to more than 30% compared to 2015. Bitcoin will be familiar to all the people in the world much soon.
