я общался с партработниками(не правящей партии). на тему как принять закон, как довести его с низов до госдурмы. это очень такой длительный и занудный процесс. но рабочий. не знаю как у цивилов это работает. а подход к крипте вообще разный. кто-то приравнял к ценным бумагам и сразу готова база законодательная. где есть готовые кейсы по всем рабочим ситуациям. а кто-то вводит крипту новым понятием и готовит полностью новый набор документов и законов под это. первый вариант эффективнее в моменте(но проблемен в исключениях), второй перспективнее на долгосрок. проблема, что во втором случае движ идет только на хайпе.

Могу ошибаться, но в основном такой подход в цивильных странах не работает - "по желанию левой пятки введем налог/повысим акциз", а вот простой запрет вполне реален (ну или его градации в виде признания ценной бумагой и т.д.).
а это ли не один хрен, только сбоку? вместо налога будешь покупать лицензию трейдера или еще какое-то назовем его условно "майнерское удостоверение" потом такой же налог со сделок/прибыли/потребленной электрички в коммерческих целях. сопсно никто в мире не захочет отказаться от возможности пощипать жирок. только в цивильных странах это оформят покрасивше. одно дело мерзкий пират, а другое - благородный капер. На мой взгляд разница существенна. В папуасиях налог "просто потому что так хочется + надо кабанчика подоить", а в цивилизованных странах запрет возникает из-за того, что либо идет покушение на то что покушаться нельзя (грубо говоря кто-то начинает нарушать законы о ценных бумагах и какие угодно любые другие под прикрытием "крипты" или других "инноваций) и это лечится запретом. Причем запрет тоже возникает не по желанию левой пятки главного папуаса а через суд (как и тест Хауи возник) чем многие мошенники вполне злоупотребляют судясь с властями годами (смешная ситуация которую в папуасиях представить сложно). Кто в Иркутске платил налог с первого дня майнинга? Они закрыли 1000 адресов, а майнит неизвестно сколько. Система коррупции давно работает и в майнинге. Чаще всего это 5-10 кВт, но те у кого есть связи, деньги и необходимость могут провести к дому больше, за деньги разумеется.
Что касается того, что все восторгались властями Казахстана и решении развивать майнинг, легализации и тд.
Нам на голову просто упало счастье, когда Китай типа запретил майнинг. Мы реально были большой махиной и
вышли бы на первое место в мире если бы не эти тупые рвачи.

Можно один момент уточнить? Сначала начались проблемы с оборудованием и запредельное воровство электрички или всё-таки сначала начали "хотеть денег"? На счет ремонта и обновления могу сказать что это если и происходило то только в крупных городах вроде Алматы и Астаны. Та же Караганда, где огромные ГЭС, ГРЭС все в плачевном состоянии по сей день. Летом 21го года к нам начало приехать много иностранцев и спрос на точки подключения, дешевую ээ начал расти как Доги кони после твитов Маска. Электроэнергии в стране очень много, подключались везде и много. Осенью того же года владельцы точек прожарили тему и просили с майнеров профит шеир. На мощные машинки брали 10-30% на средние 30-50%. Дошло до абсурда, поЯвилось кучу серых майнеров, но многие пошли подавать документы чтобы получить лицензию и официальное разрешение на майнинг. Затем перед Новым годом мне поступила информация что готовится коллапс для майнеров и их будут жестко душить сразу после Нового Года, но у нас случились "январские события" когда весь Казахстан был на грани политического переворота и интернет был отключен во всей стране. А уже после всего этого в конце января случалась типа электроду катастрофа на границе Узбекистана и Казахстана и после этого появилось распоряжение отключать майнеров. И тут первыми пострадали те, кто подал документы на легализацию. Их сразу отрубили. Затем пошли рейды правоохранительных органов по выявлению серых майнеров. Начали рассматривать законы для майнеров с таким жестким налогообложением что майнинг становился в Кз уже не рентабельным. Все произошедшее вкупе повлияло на то, чтобы люди выходили из этого бизнеса. Плюс у меня была инфа, что зимой 2021-2022 в Астану прилетел Скам Бэнкмен Фрид и просил 200-300 мВт у правительства. Он был готов инвестировать деньги в обновление инфраструктуры, постройку больниц и школ ради этого объема. Но насколько мне известно, его послушали и ничего не дали, оставили эти мощности себе и распределили их между нашими манерами из числа олигархов и правительства. Забирать у майнеров 30-50% абсурд, в России на такое никто не согласится. 300 мВт немного даже для совковой тец, в Грузии мощности больше у майнеров. Куда сейчас тратятся все излишки электроэнергии? |

It's unlikely that anyone will teach you because it's a competition. I can only advise you to study in more detail the very nature of Bitcoin and how mining works. It may be possible to find some videos but don't get your hopes up for practical advice.
The competition in BTC mining is to determine who is going to add the next block into the blockchain, not against the entry of new miners, the system is open source and permissionless, so as many miners can join without anybody's permission, you only become a strong competitor if you generate enough hashrate. It is better to try, to start with a little, and then you will understand as you go.
Importantly what you need in order to mine is Asics and cheap electricity, if you start small you'll not make any profit, so rather than being a solo miner without enough hashrate, it's better you join a mining pool and contribute what you can, to get revenue on your contribution. A large hashrate makes it more likely to find new blocks, and the arrival of new miners reduces the share of your pool in the total hashrate. But we have seen cases of luck when solo pools with a small hashrate are mining blocks, so solo mining is not dead. |

Technically its not the volcano but the magma flow that goes to it. Its done generally around inactive volcanos for obvious reasons.
The magma boils the water underground, so all you need is drill a hole and it spits out steam that is used to turn a turbine, then you capture that vapor let it condense and send it down to the underground again.
Its not "like" geothermal, it literally is geothermal. It just happens that volcanos tend to have magma flows to them.
I think Americans have a place with geysers; Yellowstone park?, that's the same energy just being wasted. Underground water is being boiled until the pressure makes it "erupt" until inside pressure falls, the water returns underground and the process repeat.

The Geo-thermal energy is renewable and it could be very helpful source of energy for the miners who have access to it. The type of energy is not for all miners because it's abundant in those areas of the world where volcanos exist. Well, I think El Salvador's Government has taken a very nice step for the Bitcoin miners. However, I believe that the cost of mining won't reduce with such type of energy source because it could cost the government huge sums of money to create such power-plants that could capture the geothermal energy. For good efficiency Geothermal power plant requires hot water with a temperature above 100 degrees. This requires drilling the earth for several kilometers. The pumps will consume a lot of electricity, so this is not the easiest way to generate electricity and depends on the location. And the temperature of the water on the surface of the earth in such sources is 30-40 degrees Celsius. |
