How exactly would it dilute anything. NEM got a huge boost in interest from the listing. If they still had nothing to trade, the interest would slowly fade away. Like it at this moment does for eXo. Saying that it would only benefit NXT is BS. It would even hurt the price of NXT as people would buy those tokens with their existing NXT and the previous eXo holders would obviously sell their NXT. A listing would IMO increase the popularity of eXo by exposing it to ~6000 active NXT AE users and through the trading possibility make quite some news introducing eXo to other more people. But that is not my decision to make. (Yes I hold NXT, but also eXo, qora, NEM, NODE, crypti and nearly every other good 2.0 coin...) "Oh look EXO in on the NXT AE, let's buy NXT!" NXT price goes up. (Just like NEM) "Oh look EXO is going up, let's dump it to this whale" EXO price goes down (Just like NEM) "Oh look at all the EXO I have and I'm a whale, I will manipulate the market." Now it will be expensive, people will lose trust in the project and start to ignore it. IMO it's not a good idea, I say just keep it the way things are. You want to make a lot of money? It doesn't happen overnight, time and patience is required. Which the a lot of people in the crypto community lack. Besides, why not wait? Unless you plan on becoming a whale of EXO yourself. It'll be a lot more fair if we keep things the way they are It is a free market. Preventing people from trading their investment is not a wise decision in my opinion, mostly because the promised timeframe was pushed several times. This shouldn't be dicided by a few individuals anyway, put it to a vote or let anon make an exacutive decision. |

We want to make sure everything is ready on Bter side, over-caps are refunded, and Maxmint buyers had the opportunity to transfer their stakes to Bter, hence it will be couple of days. You see, that was what I was looking for. Couple of days =/= soon, very soon , soonish Anyway, now my mind can atleast rest.. There are some serious time zone differences between China and Colorado and Western Russia. I doubt if there is much overlap in work hours, so communication has to be done after work hours for someone, or answered the next day. If you ever had to deal with employees or customers that were 10 time zones away, you would understand. Actually I do, but it should be possible to give a rough timeframe instead of saying SOON, VERY SOON and SOONISH over and over. After the whole complaining, suddenly it was possible to say " as few days". I bet I wasn't the only one who thought this launch might even be tonight... |

Devs do not manage Bter so they do not know when trading starts. When/if Bter share with them this information they'll let us know. Why not communitcate this? If I run a company that just collected nearly half a million USD, I'd try to post accurate statements and not words like soon , soonish and very soon. People don't like that and might get aggressive... Devs can't piss Bter off by emailing them every hour asking when they're starting trading. And Bter have lots of things to take care except Crypti to keep devs updated every 30 minutes. Sure, but they said nowhere that it depends on bter. Anyway, I got the feeling that the communication is poor, but maybe it is just me.. |

With all the delay, we should have exo on Nxt exchange a couple of months ago when anon was willing to issue the asset for it. It would have been better for exo.
I think we are still few months off from release, given what exo posted two days ago about what more needs to be done before the launch (like code review, which can take months, and will cost money).
Anyone wants anon to release Exo tokens on Nxt exchange?

I find it hilarious, that most people ITT think they can exploit such opportunities faster than bots that are programmed to do that 24/7 with a reaction time of a few ms.
Moving fiat across exchange takes time. The fiat part of transfering money is not really part of the arbitrage. The important part is executing the trade fast and without/little slippage. Sure if Fiat takes ages to move around, then your expected value will decrease over a given time frame, but the absolute% return of the arbitrage trade isn't depending on this. |

Still here, still not have any real coins, just hype. What exactly is it, that you cannot hope to believe about NXT? Initial distribution and premine? The lack of POW and incompetence of dev? So tell me, how are devs incompetent? As far as I can see, NXT has developed greatly over the last 6 months releasing a dozen of new features, that no-one was able to exploit until now.. |
