1521  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gambling makes you cry. on: March 29, 2016, 03:47:05 PM
Today i went on to 0.06+ from 0.031 depo playing safe margins when

HIT ME!!and made me cry like this:-

Whats your loss story?Share here
Lol it proves that the strategies or methods safe was not working in gambling. what you need is luck
by luck that determines your winnings. it means that the time You have not had much luck Lol very unfortunate
very sad it certainly made you cry

definitely luck is needed as all the games always have an house advantage over you. So by right, you should be losing in probability. However, there has been cases whereby people manage to cover back their losses in one huge win or jackpot. These are the minority but they really have the luck to be able to cover back the loss.
1522  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider trading as gambling? on: March 29, 2016, 03:44:19 PM
Trading actually involve a deep study before you invest your money or put your possession into it. So for those people whom just listen to one or two articles and then go straight into trading for that stocks would be more like a gambling.
1523  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling can be profitable in the long run! It is possible! on: March 29, 2016, 03:42:52 PM
No matter how hard I try, I'm experience of lossing if I'm keep martiangle for long term

It can be profitable if you are lucky to win in long run but mostly you can win in the short run if you continue you will lose..

only those who have the great luck and also have a good strategy. also can arrange bankroll that can make a profit in the long run.

Usually martiangle can make a good profit on short term. And for long term , it was rare case for happening except they can predict the result by do somekind method ( ex : hacking )

yes obviously martingale is very good for the short term, you have enough bankroll that much it would be safe to play Martiangle on short term.

i disagree with what you all have been saying. Even if you have huge bankroll, martingale can still easily wipe your bankroll clean if you are on a bad steak. Martingale can help you to win once or twice or even up to 10 times, but all the wins are small. and when you lose, you can really lose everything.
1524  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling loses and wins on: March 17, 2016, 12:38:26 AM
So.... how much have you win or loss gambling ?? And what did you stake ?
I've lost about $60 so far but im planning to win it back. Pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered.
A saying well said, however i still need to learn it since my greed is my downfall. Guys and girls
how much money have you made or lost gambling ? Any pointers or warnings ?

All the BTC i lost from gambling was 10$ to primedice. guess im just unlucky. my tip would be to pause gambling once you have won a satisfying amount. this way you won't feel the shame of having a negative gambling balance  Grin

To be honest, $10 is consider quite little as compare to most of us. Personally, i already have lost close to 2btc consider i have tried out a lot a lot of different dice strategies and different game style and different predication.

So he's the best campaign manager because he didn't kick you out?

Have you changed your mind on advertising anything unethical?  Or do you dispute the claims made?

If you think I'm making false claims, why not defend Betcoin right here where the campaign members can see and feel assured they are not advertising an unethical business as "The Most Trusted Bitcoin & Litecoin Casino"
To be honest, I absolutely agree with that point. Because I will never want to advertise anything, that is unethical.
I'm not saying that I do not agree with you or what, but you are posting your posts in an inappropriate thread because this thread will be cluttered by your posts. No offense.

Stage 5 has started! I can't believe I have been part of this campaign for four months. Shocked

To be fair, I should also note they have recently addressed (partially) some of the issues brought up.  I've updated the scam accusation accordingly.  Personally I hope they will fully address them all and be honest, transparent and successful in the future.
No, it is not because of that reason. Either way, I have not changed my mind not to advertise anything unethical in my signature, but I need more solid evidence that can convince me. It is just that your allegation is not convincing to me to think otherwise.

i too feel that ros is a very good campaign manager. He has done everything right till now and i have no problem with this campaign, unlike my previous campaign which is full of problems after 1 to 2 waves. He is also very nice and quick to react which make him outshine as compare to the other managers.
1526  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: March 16, 2016, 05:27:20 AM
Hello everyone as the title says ^
Do you store your bitcoins online or on a wallet on your computer, perhaps cold storage?

i stored online..
but think need create wallet on pc
if you've been wearing a lot of authentication in your online wallet like I did in blockchain is using SMS verification each will be logged. I think it's pretty safe and you do not need to make a lot of wallets again

It's also have a risky though. If you forget bring your phone or lost your phone, you can't open your online bitcoin wallet. Better using other authentication imo.

i think having the phone is quite a good choice. There can be a backup code in case the phone lose and can change the verification code into another phone.
1527  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ATM on: March 16, 2016, 05:27:09 AM
My country used to have an BTC ATM at the central of the country. The shopping mall is packed with people and the atm is standing there out in the open with no shop or decro blocking the view. Yet hardly anyone used it at all. So within half a year, they remove it away. Sadly, now i cant find a btc atm in my country.
1528  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin and Porn on: March 16, 2016, 05:25:29 AM

Why pay for porn when so much of it is free?  Does your site offer anything say youporn doesn't?

Well there are definitely some files that you sure haven't seen on the net and most of them are paid. in fact i'm selling thousands of images from a dating sites i've been lately and gather them all to sell to some dating site developers. they bought the files for almost $400. and this is because they saw these images are good stuff for thier site and they are no watermarks.

woa, sounds like you discover a great way to earn some quick cash. You just sell them the image or you also include some information( can be fake) together with the photo?
1529  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bank experience makes me love Bitcoin more on: March 16, 2016, 05:23:17 AM
I live in Singapore. In the past, to transfer from one local bank to another, we also need 3 working days. It is really up to the banks whether they want to join operations to enable easy transfer fund or not. It happen like 2-3 years back when they agree to introduce a FAST transaction whereby funds can be immediately transfer from one local bank to another. So it is possible but it is whether your bank agree or not.
1530  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin ranks by ownership on: March 16, 2016, 05:18:43 AM
Ok, i am now targeting for bitcoin regular member first. This is kind of funny but i am quite happy to see that it does add some purpose in life. I wonder who can hit rank 7.
1531  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: March 16, 2016, 05:16:25 AM
Yes ive been buying btc at a low price and just keeping them until theres a huge price increase.
Bitcoin will surely have a huge price increase this year and im waiting for that.

Yeah you are right. But we don't know when the price of bitcoin increase. I think the price will increase when halving is coming. So yeah, it's a good time to invest on bitcoin now.

bitcoin will sure increase, i am very confidence of the future for bitcoin. however, i dont think halving will make it rise too much. it is the exposure to the public that will cause a surge in the price.
1532  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: March 16, 2016, 05:11:50 AM
Allot of people have problems in gambling IMO, it's very addictive and allows people to play allot..
you're right, it is a problem that is always found on the gambler, because after playing a gamble and win, some of them definitely addicted and they will always come back to play, no matter win or lose

well yup, cause gambling can be one of the easiest way to win money. I know people who first time go play, won like a few month of salaries. For just like 1-2hr of fun and excitment, you get so much money and then they become very addicted after that. The temptation is really very huge and it really takes a lot of discipline to control yourself.

ATTENTION CURRENT & POTENTIAL CAMPAIGN MEMBERS

Please be informed of Betcoins unethical behavior.

WANT TO KNOW THE TRUTH?

They are absent from the Scam Accusation thread which all of you should read: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1322261.0

Also, Betcoin player information was compromised in January and many users are receiving regular phishing attacks sent to the address used to register for Betcoin.

I hope many of you will consider more than just yourselves and your money when choosing whether or not to promote Betcoin to other members of this forum as "the most trusted"

To those of you already aware of all that's been going on, shame on you!
Hmmmm.
Not exactly sure they'll be happy about this being slapped across the campaign page. I was trying to join myself actually. It's nothing to do with me, but you're doing the right thing. Betcoin should be more honest (although they may tell you elsewhere, a campaign thread isn't somewhere to tell people about being hacked). On the other hand, people should research the companies they're advertising if they are concerned by it.

In a way Betcoin shouldn't really feel obligated to put this on the campaign, it's not related to their advertising.
In another way, Betcoin should really be more honest with people.
It's a tricky discussion, I'm on the fence.

I wouldn't make a post like that in a thread like this normally, but this is something that has been growing bigger and bigger since last fall or earlier.  Betcoin has millions of chances to admit mistake.  If they dont admit mistake how do they avoid same mistake next time?

Also because the guy running this signature campaign toolbox and a half or very corrupt.  Twitchyseal posted proof one of the members here was a shill and had applied for same campaign from another alt account.  100% PROOF!  manger rosalina called him troll and leave.

This is only kind of answer campaign manager will give.

Hello,

If someone is telling you that the water is not wet you will want discuss it? There is nothing to discuss.

dont needa trust me though just research yourself heres some place to start

well i also have highlight the issue of having an alt account in this campagin and roslinpl did address to it and even kick both the main acc and the alt acc out of the campagin. So far, I feel that roslinpl has been very disciplined, keeping the campagin in very good order. And he even give me a chance to continue even though i am away the last month and fail to meet the target.
1534  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: March 14, 2016, 03:18:53 AM
No there are no safe methods at gambling, and there is a simple reason why there are no safe methods for.
The fact that gambling needs luck makes it in my opinion very clear, the only thing you can do to make it a bit safe for yourself is doing low best and play games that are less more risky, poker as a example.

of course agree with your opinion, gambling is "all about luck" , don't force your luck to get win each match, i think people must stop gambling and let's start trade his bitcoin.

yup, gambling is all about luck. Cause in the first place, no matter what game you play, you are already at a disadvantage of the probability. so it is more likely you will end up losing so the only way to counter that is to believe that luck is on your side.
1535  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: March 14, 2016, 03:16:45 AM
I think they get addicted due to the fact from different reasons all together, they enjoying it and its also the fact they are playing it to make profit.
And if they have lost they want to win their losses back, so they stay playing over and over.

Well gambling has the effect to have blood rush to your brain as you are risking your money. It is the similar effect as doing high risk activities like parachute and roller coaster, except gambling is more suitable for most people. This can be very addictive in nature.

1537  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: March 14, 2016, 03:13:01 AM
I believe the best way to stop is to find some kind of hobby you really like and are good in it.
From there you can 100% focus on that while arising counter thoughts when you think of gambling again.

It still depends on your mind setting, but if you are dependent on gambling and you are making profit from it, I think you would sacrifice your hobby and go back to gambling, but the best really is to find new diversions, find new ways to profit...

making profit from gambling doesn't guarantee will keep milking it in the future, better stop when you are at high stage.
sacrifice hobbies to gambling, to money is just a sad story, sad life.

Yes, better stop before you get addicted and gambling ruin your life. I've seen so many life ruined because of gambling. Stacking up debts all over just to have a money to use in gambling. Instead of using the money for food, they use it for gambling hoping they will have more money but in the end they will lose it all.

when a gambler feel he must continue the most, it's actually the rightest moment to stop. it's also the hardest moment to stop by himself so he need someone else to stop him.

You are right, but he/she need to learn to control him/her self because otherwise they are gonna do it again soon or later.
What you are saying is also right, social control is really working, just speak about your addiction with relative.

yup emotional support is very important. when you are winning, you will just want to play more and dont want to stop. but if you are with a partner, she will be more clear minded to stop you. but i also see cases whereby both end up very addicted to the table etc.
1538  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: March 14, 2016, 03:10:53 AM
I see there is so many people trying hard to stop gambling their money because they've losing so much
If you not ready to lose your money, then don't even try to gamble!

you know, you probably never tried gambling

thing is, that when you start to gamble, you will become addicted to gambling really fast, and when you'll be addicted, you won't leave so easy, even if you will want to it will be very, very hards

well, i have tried to gamble for many times and it still does not interest to me at all. As a mathematician, i already know that the probability to win is always less than half and with the nature of human psychology, people will end up lose even more than the expected number of times. So maybe that really turn me off.
1539  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your favorite gambling games? on: March 14, 2016, 03:08:38 AM
i like to play texas poker but the bet is usually very high and i tends to make very poor judgement when it is late at night and i am half awake.
