The support reply times have definitely been reduced. Needed some help with some withdrawal logs the other day and MICRO handled them in an instant. The support used to be a pain but those times are in the past...

Been waiting over 11 hours for a deposit which now has 80+ confirmations. Yet it has not been credited and support is not responding. Could someone look into this...?

Will manually credit this or get it pushed immediately.

The deposit has been credited and doubled as an apology for the inconvenience.  Sorry about that.

Thank you

Can I still login to the previous version of the site?  the new version won't accept my login credentials,

You create a new account first. After that you have an option to import the old user.

Can i ask when will be the signature campaign begin?  Smiley

There's no date yet. The new site hasn't officially launched yet so probably not before.

We're working on rolling out some new features for you guys.

A lot of users felt PD4 was a step backwards in terms of functionality and we have worked to restore some of the best parts of PD3 while still maintaining the beautiful and simple design of the new site.

Introducing live stats: View your stats in real time again without having to go to the account page. Simply click the "live stats" button under the bet interface to enable it. You have the option of tracking both current session and overall stats or hiding it entirely.

Also, we'll be beefing up our support efforts over the coming weeks. I'm reviewing some of the above complaints/issues and working closely with our developers to resolve them.

Glad to see updates are being done! Taking players' feedback into account is always wise.

Yeah we can use generator to make ascii art, but when it come to signature design, those generators are useless since sig design has character limit

I don't expect you to recognize the fact that you used a tool to make signatures, this is normal.. but for everyone else this is clear. I proved that this is working ... so why you keep telling lies? I don't think this is something bad that need to be kept in secret ,on the contrary this tool must be used to make something new and more advanced designs.
Wait what?
So you using generator to make signature design? I'm bit disappointed man, you are just removed from my favorite sig designers list. Well so thats why there are many ":;'p@╖" characters on your design code Shocked
Whatever you saying, I'm not using any generator lol. No offense, but now I know I am better than you, generator user.

Edit:
Thank you Colt22, I really appreciate it Smiley (I guess he will say that you are my alt account lol)
Sorry Box for the lil messy, you can delete my posts about this arguing.

No problems. I am currently waiting for Alex to come online so that the winner can be chosen. Could still take some time.
1532  Economy / Services / Re: [BitDice.me] Signature creation contest [0.2 BTC for the best entry] on: September 10, 2016, 04:45:23 PM
The winner will be announced tomorrow so there's still a bit of time to enter the contest.

EDIT: To avoid confusion, extending the time frame has nothing to do with entries or the quality of them. The site owner is away today so therefore the winner won't be chosen until tomorrow.

I wonder that you have put all of your efforts for this one contest , I think you should have to save some of your designs for some other contest. It will be beneficial, here members are giving a lot of time for creating one set of designs and you have forwarded two to four sets of designs, great struggle, I really appreciate your hard work. Good Luck

This contest will run for one week from 3rd of September until 10th of September. Maybe today is the last minute submission of your entry.

I don't know if someone will make entry for today. Waiting for further announcement of the winner/winners. Hoping I can get some tip. Hahaaha

You are right, they now have to select the best , as now within a shorter time I do not think that anyone will create any best designs, they only will start to shit. according to my views the most attractive, and good looking designs are of 'bestwishes745' he have gave much attention in creating designs for bitdice, and for the all others I will say they are looking as cartonize designs.

for me the winner is bestwishes745,

Thanks for your appreciation and your nice words for me and my signature designs. I really put all my efforts to make the most attractive designs and I hope. I will win the contest.
Dear bestwishes
I respect all the designers  all of them have tried their best to win the contest but I liked your designs much more you have used an excellent collection of colors for the contest i wish that you win the contest and bitdice use your designs for their signature campaign.

Best regard:
Floving
whether you're an alt or real account it's just strange that saying all other designs just cartonize or looks like shit as 0day say, see the (.) sign after paragraph,it's just me or your grammar and writing style just looks the same
no offense LOL

Caught my eye too. Though I really don't care. It's not decided based on users' opinions anyway.

Still working on it...

There's still time Wink

where is jayce?.  I am honestly waiting for Jayce's entries.. I am a fan of his designing works. I believe he'll bring something special again. (if he's around here) good luck OP. signature design's reward is very impressive. hope signature rates also will be good..  Grin Grin Grin

Maybe he is on vacation after winning big bounty from bitsler competition by giving room for other designers. Tongue
Jokes apart, I too love Jayce's works. Hope all the designers are too busy as 2 big bounty competitions are open right now.
Lol thanks for the kind words Smiley Nowadays there are many other great designers, the competition become tougher time by time
I am still doing some projects for now, I will submit my design on this contest asap.

We're looking forward to it

Jayce should have to create your designs at here as we are seeing that the previous contestants have not worked hard for the competition I am not seeing any attractive designs in the previous designs, jayce will win the contest, if he participated.

This is a signature design competition. I know jayce is a bit more favourite around here whenever it comes to signature designing area. I do respect him as a friend and as a great designer. But what you have said above made me think of answering it.

First, signatures are not like a thing that you can do in paint or whatever. It really does takes a lot of time to whether he/she is a pro or a beginner. So respect every design that one makes even it is beautiful or not. It is easier to talk about it watching but you are not thinking about the hard labour that one has made.

For me every signature is masterpiece not with the fact that it is good or bad but with the fact that he/she had made sitting 4-6 hours giving their all-in to try to make a masterpiece and that is the thing you should admire.

Yeah, the effort is what matters.
1537  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it possible to buy really large BTC amounts? on: September 08, 2016, 10:17:44 AM
I also think large amounts are handled in person as it makes things a bit easier. If I were to buy a very large amount I probably wouldn't do it online (atleast not at once) but rather with cash or if I must do it online then in smaller amounts.

Stunna did reply earlier that it's only an issue on front-end so no, they don't really lose anything.

Has Primedice finally resorted to robbing us?

i think reason is that you are rolling 1.02 instead of 1.021(which pd doesnt recognize)

It's rounded on the front-end (what you see) due to that multiplier/small bet but it's fully precise on the back-end.

Shouldn't something like this not be around on a site claiming to be number 1? Or are you going to open up the back-end for us to take a peek and make sure everything is as said?

I do agree it shouldn't happen. Just causes unnecessary confusion. Hopefully it'll be fixed.
1540  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Investment sites for Btc on: September 08, 2016, 08:08:05 AM
If I were to suggest, from gambling sites I'd probably suggest BitDice (with the launch of new site) and moneypot. There's a few other options too such as SafeDoce but I don't have much experience with others. Besides gambling sites I'd probably try poloniex.
