I have updated the log book with yesterdays report. Todays report will be delayed until tomorrow as I will be heading out with some friends and sleeping at a friends house. Once I get back tomorrow I will write up the report, this will of course not effect the profit as I will make sure our order book and everything else that needs to be fixed is done before I leave.

Actually just holding mining bonds gives a weekly return above 1%, so it's not that out of the ordinary... Wink

Maybe you can publish the trades 1 week later or so, if you're afraid that others might somehow act upon your strategy?
I think, I will do like this. I will keep it secret unless a investor request to have the trades given to him/her in which case I give him/her the trades from 1 week and backwards. That way they will not be able to to steal any strategies I deploy, but they can still get the proof of my trading on GLBSE and they can have a look at my management of the funds capital Smiley

Through a new feature on GLBSE I now have access to all the trades that has been made since the move over to GLBSE V2 is this something the investors of Gamma Bitcoin Fund would like to have access to?
If you want to I can create a google docs where I place this document and update it each week so you can see every trade we make each week Smiley

A bit of a mid week update Smiley
So far this week has been average, we have about 0.5-1.5% in profit. It does not seem to be the new super week like the once we have been having the three previous once. This is partly due to that, there are not that many interesting IPOs this week and I have not managed to get my usual great deals on those that have been. The GLBSE market has also slowed down a bit from it's previous upward thrust of the share prices, but no fear next week is looking like a really great week!

I have two project/deals coming up one of them is the REBATE IPO which I maneged to get 2500 shares from the pre-IPO at a great price! We will profit greatly from this and hopefully Rebate will do very well Smiley
You can read more about Rebate at https://docs.google.com/a/zipconf.com/document/d/1XDuigEcbq5rL1RP0frrBZ2rZ65fFz1phHUgKUYROOT8/edit
My other project is yet a bit secret, it will be IPOed at the start of next week and ofc I have managed to get some pre-IPO shares, though how many and at what price is not yet established. This IPO is done by a already established company that has been providing service for several months, aka it's not a start up but a raise of capital to develop and evolve their current successful service!
I will release more info as the week goes on Smiley
as always follow the log book in there you will find more detailed updates

I am starting to take pre bookings for next weeks deposits Smiley
If you are interested then contact me by email, skype pm etc.
The up and coming week I will be taking in a maximum of 1500 BTC which is the highest so far, I am doing this because I am sure of that I have some good investments next week and that I will be able to maintain the high standard and quality of the investments made!
so if you have been thinking maybe I should invest in Gamma Bitcoin Fund, or maybe it's time to deposit some more this is the time!
Minimum deposits of 5 BTC.

Another dividend has been paid out!
At 2012-05-14 13:25:02 50 BTC was paid out to the 10 000 Share holders Smiley
Making it a 0.005 BTC per share, or 1% ROI on the IPO share price.

1529  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: <3 kronos.io love thread on: May 14, 2012, 05:36:22 PM
since bitcoinica is dead plz use this thread to express your love for the bitcoinica replacement http://kronos.io/ that will be open soon(tm)
Sounds like someone is pumping a scam. Why isn't there anything that even says what it is on the site? Has anyone been able to log in and see what it does? What have you done that is different from Bitcoinica in terms of security and transparency?
It's legit. Expect it to launch within a few weeks with features which were meant to compete with Bitcoinica prior to it being shut down. JRO seems to tend to not make any public announcements of his products until there's something to really show. I'm not involved with kronos.io in any way for the sake of disclosure.
OK, if you say so. I still want to know what it does different from Bitcoinica in terms of security and transparency.
The Bitcoins are not held in so called "hot wallets" but on the actual exchange using ZipConf as it's infrastructure, this makes it a lot harder to hack and get access to the assets of Kronos as they are not on a server (except the exchange once).

What's going on with this?
News so far is this

"New partners
btctree integration with zipconf will be finished by the end of the week.

bitcoinrebate - Instant Bitcoin Rebate Auction. Need I say more? Bid windows of 30 seconds, highest bid wins the arb. In private beta. Email admin@zipconf.com for a username and password. Note: ZIP.A has acquired 10% of bitcoinrebate profits in exchange for 0% fees through zipconf. This will increase the weekly dividend.

UPDATE: BitcoinRebate.com IPO listing is now live here. ZIP.A has acquired 5000 shares of REBATE in a 0% fee for stock deal.
Potential Partners
"
Also a up and coming partnership with kronos.io a leverage, speculation platform that uses ZipConf for it's underlining structure, this will ofc mean more volume for ZipConf which is more fees and better dividends Smiley
More about Kronos can be found here http://www.thebitcointrader.com/2012/05/meet-kronosio-ringcoins-answer-to.html

More info about Rebate, the Rebate IPO and what the company is about can be found at https://docs.google.com/a/zipconf.com/document/d/1XDuigEcbq5rL1RP0frrBZ2rZ65fFz1phHUgKUYROOT8/edit
The IPO for Rebate is on the 21th of may Smiley

1532  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Who Pays What? on: May 14, 2012, 01:28:11 PM
Thanks for putting this together, Patrick.

I am planning to deposit 100+ BTC with someone in the next few months, so this is helpful.

It's hard to know who to go for - the higher rates obviously come with increased risks. I guess the best option is to spread the BTC around.

From my limited knowledge so far, I would feel more comfortable going with Patrick. If he offered an increased interest rate for longer-term deposits that would be great.

I'm interested in how difficult it is to get a Pirate referral - would someone give one to a stranger like me, for example?
I would be more then happy to take some of your Bitcoins, you should also support Patrick he is doing good things for the community Smiley
Gamma Bitcoin fund has a average profit of 3.4% per week but recent month we have had a profit of 5-8% per week, we spread out investments between a lot of different investments and markets hence we can keep the risks low and profits high.

1533  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Who Pays What? on: May 13, 2012, 07:10:10 PM
You could add Gamma Bitcoin Fund,
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=74975.0
And use the average profit to calculate the interest rate Smiley
//DeaDTerra

The initial intention was for straight deposit taking services providing a fixed return.  GBF is more an investment fund and as you note, returns are different each week, but I've had a request to look at GLBSE bonds too (like BDK paying 1%/wk) and I could add Leandro's fund from Brazil which I quite like.  It will take a bit of time to collate.
Okay, it would be great if you could add GBF, if you need any info that's not already public then just ask Smiley I would be more then happy to help you out!
