1521  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your opinion of gun control? on: July 12, 2016, 10:34:32 AM
Gun control can't be put in place in USA in my opinion.

But the important fact is that there is no reason to see gun control imposed to a population who doesn't want it or removed in a country where it is needed.
Just let USA with their guns if they want it :3

Popcorn1 you are jewish looser.UK will not destroy Croatia.Croatia will never be defeated....

I have heard from friends that Croatia is one of the best places in Europe to visit.

True?

As a French who went to visit most neighboors, I can say it's a really nice place to visit!

Maybe one of the best because there is not so much to visit. But it's really cool and they have a really nicely preserved nature Smiley
1523  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People hate Bitcoins? on: July 12, 2016, 10:27:33 AM
Why would anyone hate btc?

I mean there is no reason for that! If you don't really like btc you don't have to use it so how could you hate it?
1524  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: July 12, 2016, 10:26:46 AM
Two importan things:
-Keep some coins in a cold wallet just in case, and aso to have it as an investment
-invest only in reasonable projects like lending to other people.
1525  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Halving is a profitable??? on: July 12, 2016, 10:25:48 AM
Halving can't be "profitable", halving means miners get 50% of current reward.

But halving is also part of btc, the controled inflation is probably a big part of the price rise of btc Wink
1526  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: July 12, 2016, 10:24:58 AM
It provides a really convenient payment system without linking bank accounts and confirmation codes etc.

Yep!

First advantage of btc is to give a big FUCK to banks!
Independant system, why should we look for anything else?
1527  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin continuous rising? on: July 09, 2016, 04:43:22 PM
well the continuous rising is beaten to death today :3

Halving is going to have a huge effect, and not a positive one from what I can see.
1528  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Halving = Less Miners = Slower Transactions on: July 09, 2016, 04:41:09 PM
Why would miners invest so much into electricity for half the reward? I see this ending badly
Yes the transactions may be slower but if the miners are less each miner will get more reward

No the transactions will be exactly as fast as before!

Stop spreading FUD guys, this not how btc works Oo
1529  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Halving = Less Miners = Slower Transactions on: July 09, 2016, 04:36:09 PM
From what I know there is litterally 0 link between number of miners and how fast tx are done.

Less miners mean lower difficulty that's all!
1530  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 09, 2016, 04:34:31 PM
Hey we're moving the wrong way!!  Angry lol

I knew it ^^
But to be fair it doesn't really matter, last days we had 5% up, now we got 5% down. And so what?
1531  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin go back to bellow $400? on: July 09, 2016, 04:33:47 PM
Nope, not even with the huge halving dump it won't go so low ^^
1532  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 09, 2016, 04:29:28 PM
Whaou whaou whaou...

Well to be faire the previous days showed a super high volatiity, Logical to see the price droping as hell just after the halving.
1533  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin long term linear trend on: July 09, 2016, 04:26:09 PM
As the chart from 2014 shows the price at halving should be around $660.

[img]https://i.imgur.com/6tL3k5m.jimg]

Next halving the price should be $1630.

elwar, since when did you turn to posting pessimistic fud  Cheesy

ok, as a worst case scenario i let you have your point...

 Wink

You find 1630 to be pessimistic? Oo

Well, I'd me more than happy with such a price!
Let's firstly hope that post halving won't be a panic dump :/

i was joking. $1600 in 2020 would still beat every other asset class on the planet.

Ah ok thanks for the explanation!
Cause I didn't see how such a rise would be a bad thing! ^^
1534  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling my old wallet.dat with 30 btc! on: July 09, 2016, 04:24:48 PM
https://satoshibox.com/b2y73fhnonf7rr84v6obnqaa link on buy,I already given some to check balance on last times, they are simply receive file and no answer from that time.So you can check after buy that wallet.dat really have this funds. After buy you may start password recovery with your knowledge.

Hmm...

If I were you I'd go looking for a white hat hacker. He might help you retake possession of your wallet for a reasonable amount of funds Smiley
1535  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: July 09, 2016, 04:20:21 PM
Gold is solid, stable. That's an advantage sure, but the real advantage is that it's a recognized asset ^^

You can't do much with btc... And it's still risky as hell.
1536  Economy / Speculation / Re: [Trading Simulator] A fun & free Speculation Game - SWITCH TO BPI ON JULY 15 !!! on: July 09, 2016, 04:16:55 PM
When will the next one start?

Maybe you should make a shorter one, lasting 3 months, so people won't lose interest midway and less chance of the game be abandoned

I think interest was lost due to very long, sideways movement (or lack thereof). When there is no trend, there is a lull in trading and volumes drop, just like the real market. Wink

Lots of people got low ROI then just abandoned the game.

The OP's disappearance was another factor that made people lose interest in this game

Which is why the game is interesting. Because that's pretty close to reality!
And it's better to have lost everything or close to in a free game than in real trading.

1538  Economy / Speculation / Re: Poll: What year will Bitcoin reach $10,000? on: July 09, 2016, 04:10:41 PM
Well in all logic, with every halving the new stable price is multiplied by 10

So I'd say at the next halving if everything goes smooth ^^
1539  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 09, 2016, 04:07:26 PM
And remember ... the pic on halving ... is the minimal after 2 months.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1207909.msg14273382#msg14273382

That would mean a new 1000$ stable? ^^

Well I'd go for that with pleasure! Time to buy some then!
1540  Economy / Speculation / Re: Halving has already Begun, Yes or No? on: July 09, 2016, 04:05:05 PM
Halving done.
Now for the price to rise a lot, then dump, then stabilize.

Don't take too much risks folks Wink
