I think Poloniex is just one site I can trust in your list. Not because the reward is higher than other trading/lending site, but I'm playing/trading there for a year and I know how good they are.

it depend on the government rule. if a country do press realese to admit bitcoin is a legal currency to use, i think it will be possible for bank to adopt bitcoin as a real/legal internet currency.
