1541  Economy / Economics / Re: When will the role of fiat currency disappear against crypto. on: October 28, 2021, 11:59:38 PM
And they should really be realizing on what they are talking about fiat on being replaced? Havent they considered nor even think that there's government who would be the one will really be against with that idea on letting crypto to take over on everything in terms of financial system and other connected to it. We do just know on how much they do hate up on things that they couldn't control. We shouldn't not really believe on things about on this one.
There are always people who have a simplified picture of the world and who think that a couple of steps can destroy the entire existing system and build a new system on new principles, much more equitable than the existing one. To their great regret, life constantly refutes such judgments and most often it is even good that such a thing does not find real implementation, because usually destruction leads to chaos and loss of control over the state system. The fiat system is well-developed enough, it is effective enough to replace it with some other system, therefore, with proper application, it is not in danger. The most important thing is to avoid strategic miscalculations and use this system correctly, because if something is done wrong, it does not mean that the system itself is to blame.

The sad and disappointed look on Sir Alex's face. This is really sad, could Sir Alex return to coaching? It seems impossible. How embarrassed he is to play at home and lose 5-0, this is bad. Besides that, I also heard that Pogba was starting to speak up about his departure. Pogba would love to leave soon if Ole was still at Manchester United.
No, it is a bad idea if Sir Alex to manage Man United again. He already spent many years in Man United previously, he must prefer to enjoy his life without a big pressure as a coach. What he can do is to suggest Man united management in making a wise decision related to the current situation there. I assume some advice from Sir Alex will be very needed now.
Sure, everyone is disappointed with Ole. Not only Pogba, but all players must also expect a new coach soon. I think there is no longer excuse for him, leaving is a better option for now.
The return of Alex Ferguson to the post of head coach is fantastic and it is very difficult to imagine a situation for this to happen. All is not lost for Ole Gunnar and everything can still be fixed and Manchester United can still make a championship double by winning the title of the winner of the Premier League and the Champions League. The club's management understands all this and continues to believe in the Norwegian specialist and continues to give him chances, in this case it will be a match with Tottenham. Remember what the situation was with Chelsea in the middle of last season and how it ended. And as I remember, the situation ended with winning the Champions League.

With Napoli up by 2 goals in the first half, there's no doubt that's all 3 points secured for the Napoli and they'll be able to extended their unbeaten run to 10 games, while also having the best defensive record in the league, conceding 3 times less than the closest team.
it's still too early to make reference to the league title, until we see how Napoli would fare against the top 6 teams.
Napoli already have some good matches against Roma, Fiorentina and Juventus their current form giving them some good edge against all teams even it's just start of season, but they are in good form which can give them good benefit in coming matches AC Milan is also having good record like them most chances these two teams could be in good near ending of this season if they have no serious injury or any issue.
Inter with some poor games in last few weeks now at 3rd gape is just 7 points but still it's need some very good effort from them for having in good touch for title race in this season Juventus is struggling as well so good for these two top ranked teams right now.
It's hard to deny that Napoli is having a phenomenal season and the 3-0 victory over Bologna is the clearest confirmation of that, but still it's not worth drawing conclusions based on 10 rounds of the championship when there are still 28 rounds ahead. It will be possible to talk about a good game and physical form only after a longer period of time. The most important thing is for the Napoli coaching staff to guess with physical exertion and build the training process so that the physical fitness of the players is enough for the whole season. There are many nuances here, for example, an improperly constructed training process can lead to excessive injury of players and, as a result, problems with the squad.

Personally, I think the issue of public health and safety should be much more important than the personal reputation of an individual player. In this way, ordinary people who have been locked up in their homes for months because of Covid get the message that the rules don't apply to some people. What if it turns out that some tennis players are infected and Covid spreads through the country again. Who will be held accountable for that?
Due to public health and safety problems, as far as I remember, even Wimbledon was canceled and here we have a situation where the rules are adjusted because of one man, in a situation when due to Covid Australians were not even allowed to travel abroad or return to their country for almost 2 years. For me, this is a shameful decision by the state authorities of Australia and in this way they show their citizens that they are less important than one tennis player, Djokovic.
I agree that there should be no exceptions in this case, even if it concerns such outstanding players as Djokovic. But it seems that the authorities of the state of Victoria have recently once again announced that there will be no exceptions for unvaccinated players. On the one hand, I understand the concern of some athletes about how vaccination can affect physical fitness and, consequently, the level of the game shown, and it is clear that no one wants to take risks in vain. On the other hand, the epidemiological situation in the world with COVID19 does not think to calm down, taking a wave-like form and only decisive and consistent actions in this area can lead to the long-awaited end of the epidemic.

According to more rumors POGBA will leave 100% Manchester and Raiola stopped the negotiation for a renew with Manchester.
But nobody will take him in January, they will wait next year summer and he will be a free agent.
Real madrid are ready to grab him quick. Salary of course are not a real big deal for them , get him along with mbappe or haaland would be a perfect scenario for real madrid to get back on the los galacticos track for sure.
while barcelona struggling to find the best coach to fix club misery .. xavi are favorited and i believe with his masterminds ... the el classico would as attracting as it used to.
cant wait to see all of those events to come! la liga would be onfire!
Real Madrid is not the only contender for Pogba in this case, so the proposed salary level will also make a big difference. Similarly, the same can be said about Haaland. Also, let's not forget that the agent of both Pogba and Haaland is one agent, which is the notorious Mino Raiola, which on the one hand seems to simplify the situation, but on the other hand, knowing his style of doing business on the contrary can complicate everything for the sake of knocking out additional income from the club. Therefore, in any case, Real Madrid simply will not, however, like any other club that wants to qualify for these players. Only in the case of Mbappe, it is a stretch to say that the situation is quite definite and the player is likely to move to Real Madrid.

Now barcelona fans are just waiting for Xavi's inauguration as coach of barcelona and they must be wondering if Xavi is able to improve barcelona ?
After finding out that Xavi was a substitute for Koeman, I then tried to find out what Xavi's achievements as a coach were, and I was a little surprised because Since becoming Al Sadd coach in 2019, Xavi has given Al Sadd seven titles and most recently, Xavi managed to bring Al Sadd to won the 2021 Emir Cup title after beating Al Rayyan on penalties on 22 October.
Of course, it is quite interesting to see how far Xavi is able to bring Barcelona in the remaining La Liga matches this season.
With all due respect to Qatar's domestic championship, I am not sure that Xavi's successes as a head coach there are very indicative and will allow him to achieve success with Barcelona immediately. Still, let's not forget that despite all the recent events, the Spanish Championship continues to be a competition with a very high level of both the game and in competitive terms, so not everyone succeeds and Koeman's example is the clearest example of that. Also, another destabilizing factor is the fact that Barcelona has a completely different level of expected results than from other ordinary Spanish clubs under the conditions that are not the most favorable for this.

After leaving another good race behind, we are going to watch a new race in Mexico in only one week. And including this race, we are going to watch three races in three weeks consecutively too. And this is just awesome for people like us.  Grin  The last laps of the US GP were very exciting and I was like "That's it. Hamilton's just flying and he will get past Verstappen in one of the last laps and win the race.". However, it turned out that Verstappen increased his pace and didn't let such thing happen. We can watch another close competition in this Mexico GP also. Hamilton has to win to prevent the point gap with Verstappen from getting bigger.
By the way, amazing things have been happening lately with cars like Red Bull and Mercedes, when it seems that one team is seriously inferior to the other team in pace before the race, but then miraculously transforms and shows a much better result than it was supposed to Grin I don't want to say anything bad about Mercedes' analytical talents, but this is the first time in a season that Verstappen and Red Bull beat Mercedes thanks to a well-made pit stop or a timely selected tire type. In any case, this once again reminds us that Formula 1 is a technical sport and the technical part of the team is no less important than the drivers of the cars themselves.

...but yesterday I saw some news article saying Sir Alex stepped in to stop the sacking of Ole has he needed more time to yield better results for the club....if this is true the board will give Sir Alex the chip to save his friend for the last time, any below par performance it's over for him and the next fixtures don't look good for him either.
I've heard that Manchester United board decided to give one more chance to Solskjaer in the Tottenham game ahead. Especially Ferguson wanted such thing according to a source I saw today.
I know he's an influential man in Man United but I didn't know he's THAT influential assuming this story is true.

SAF probably understands the feeling since he's suffered crushing defeats even after achieving so much before hehe. It must be reassuring for Ole that the most successful manager is still backing him up. Let's see if that translates to better performances and wins in the next couple of matches.
I'm not sure that Ferguson's opinion was decisive in this situation about giving Solskjaer one last chance, but his word could well strengthen the leadership in the opinion that Ole Gunnar still needs to work a little at Manchester United Wink In any case, only a third of the English Premier League championship has passed and the season has not even come close to its middle yet in order to draw far-reaching conclusions and dismiss a Norwegian specialist on the basis of a very painful defeat on his own field. Now we will see if Ole Gunnar will be able to take his chance in the next match with Tottenham or the club management will really have to look for a new mentor for Manchester United.

Speaking of which, Juventus played a game against Sassuolo home today. As they have been one of the teams that have the best form, I assumed that they would defeat Sassuolo. Because Sassuolo were in a bad condition lately as they had many ups and downs. But somehow, Sassuolo managed to defeat Juventus 2-1 away by a last minute goal. Sassuolo led the game 1-0 for a long time and Juventus were able to score the equalizer in the 76th minute. While I was expecting them to turn the game around, the last goal literally shocked me. Juventus' first loss after a long time shouldn't have been like this.  Sad
This was the danger of all Juventus' previous minimal wins in previous matches, which is Allegri's signature style. One single goal and the situation may well turn in another, unfavorable direction for Juventus. We can say that fortune has repaid its debt by taking the victory from Juventus and giving it to Sassuolo. In any case, Juventus has not yet acquired its former stability and teamwork, and therefore such disruptions can still happen, but there is still a long distance ahead and enough time to correct the situation. Still, Massimiliano Allegri probably expected not such a gift in the form of the final result of the match from his team for his 200 match spent in Serie A as head coach Wink

What the hell was that result Bayern Munich got against Gladbach by 5-0 away in the DFB Pokal match today? I didn't watch the match and I wish I did. I checked directly the lineups but I saw that Bayern got their main players in the field which made things even more awkward. Normally, Gladbach can't ever beat Bayern Munich by a result like this one even in their dreams.  Cheesy  But something interesting happened here and there it is. This is football of course and no team are unbeatable by a big gap. But still we are talking about Bayern Munich. It can be Gladbach's best day in their life.
Surprisingly, even such a well-oiled machine as Bavaria can give such failures. And if before that we saw how Bavaria itself went through the opponents with a skating rink, now the skating rink has gone through Bavaria itself, which is some justice. For the second year in a row, Bayern cannot overcome the barrier of the 1/16 finals of the German Cup, which has not happened to the team since the 90s of the last century, and if last year there was a penalty shootout defeat from a representative of the second division, now it is a very big loss, which has not happened to the team since 1978 when there was a 1-7 loss from Fortuna Dusseldorf.

Finally, "Barcelona sack Koeman as head coach following dismal start to season" - goal.com
It's official Barcelona have sacked Koeman as it's team coach, it's being a long time coming, but the question now is WHO would be the next manager, and I've been reading about Xavi being the next coach (till the end of the season.
This decision will cost a lot for Barca, but with such poor results it was simply inevitable.
I would like to see Xavi, but not now. For young coach without much experience, joining current Barca would be suicide. And I think he still have contract with current club.
Conte maybe? What do you think about it?
And honestly, I was sure that Solskjaer will be sacked before Koemann.
Barcelona may invite Solskjaer to the post of head coach after he is fired from the post of head coach of Manchester United Grin And speaking seriously, I don't quite understand what kind of serious coach Barcelona can invite, because it will be necessary to pay 12 million compensation to Koeman, and Barcelona has the right to spend no more than 3 million euros on the new coaching staff under the terms of financial fair play. I really sincerely feel sorry for Koeman because he turned out to be an unwitting hostage of the difficult situation that has developed in Barcelona recently, but with his latest defeat Koeman left no choice for the club's management to somehow calm the fans and public opinion with this dismissal.

Elon musk is an example of a person who deserves to be imitated, dares to take strange policies and decisions but now everyone knows that strange thinking often makes people successful, Elon musk's greatest wealth is of course because he dared to enter cryptocurrencies so that his assets increased hundreds or even thousands of percent in a year or less.
He enter multiple business venture and a huge risk taker that's why he became so successful nowadays, its not surprising though knowing that Elon have high influence also his businesses is running so good right now.
The question remains here now is how can he sustain to be on top or does he even care to reach that spot knowing he is so clever on his actions towards business matters.
All that can be said about Elon Musk's current position is that his wealth is based on the huge capitalization of his company. And the current capitalization of Tesla is not the real activity and profit of the company, but what kind of profit investors expect from the company in the future, which in itself is a rather risky event. The market is a rather unpredictable and chaotic thing, so it is almost impossible to make strictly defined forecasts, but if Tesla cannot maintain its growth rates, then this will inevitably affect the capitalization of the company and, accordingly, the condition of Elon Musk, unless Elon has time to sell his shares profitably and start a new promising project Grin

Personally, I don’t think Barcelona have time to wait a few years. Changes in football happen very quickly and if you can’t keep up with those changes, then you fall away as a relevant factor.
Top players want to play in clubs that guarantee them trophies and victories, and they can also pay well. Personally, if I were a top player and I got an offer from Barcelona, a club that can no longer guarantee trophies and money, and Newcastle that will soon be able to guarantee both trophies and money, I know which club I would choose. It has already happened in football that some clubs that used to be greats and European champions, such as HSV or Nottingham Forest, later fail and become irrelevant.
Barcelona don't have much time to fix their catastrophic financial situation and avoid such a scenario.
Very rarely, serious changes occur without consequences and in a short time. You can talk as much as you like about whether Barcelona has time to transform or not, but the fact remains that in its current state, Barcelona is unlikely to be able to claim the title of the winner of the Champions League. Regarding Newcastle, I would like to say that the project is just being launched and is only in the initial stages, and therefore it is not a fact that a potential player will necessarily rush to Newcastle, yet the status of Barcelona for players at this point in time is much higher and Newcastle will need to pay potential highly qualified newcomers much more than Barcelona so that they choose an English club.

Napoli and Milan both are dominating the league superbly right now. They both have 25 points in the standings now and they are seven points away from their closest competitor which is Inter. Having a this big point gap after only nine games played is a really huge achievement for these teams. But I'm pretty confident that not only Milan but also Napoli will have a bad period too. Then, the other teams will have an opportunity to catch them.
Yes, but I am so surprised by the performance of Juventus. They are not a mid-table team in fact they are always a top-table team for me, but their performance this season seems to deteriorate and the injuries of some important players are taking their toll on the team. But congratulations to Napoli and Milan. Both of them are on the top of the table and for some good reasons. They have played really well. But I am quite sure that I will see Juventus going up the table very soon.
The winner in any case will be determined over a long distance and Juventus undoubtedly should participate in the championship race and will undoubtedly participate in this race. I am much more surprised by the current pace and the number of points scored by Napoli than by the place and the number of points scored by Juventus. I have much fewer questions about Milan's leadership, because there was something similar last season. By the way, it seems that an agreement on a new Juventus contract with Dybala has been reached and his agent will arrive in Turin in early November for official registration. In any case, something serious about the claims of Napoli and Milan to the title can only begin to be said after the first round.

Who tells you Real Madrid will have to pay more, yet he's contract is ending this coming summer. I mean, once Mbappe refuses to extend the contract, of which he has so far rejected a couple of times, them it's game over for PSG.
He will be a free agent by next summer transfer window and from how things look so far, he's focused on going to Real Madrid.
It is not about transfer fee, if Barceloan offers 50 million euro per year, and Real offers 40, then Mbappe could go to Madrid and say "Barcelona is offering me 10 million more, so you have to offer me 10 million more or I will not sign with you" and that is how Barcelona is helping Mbappe to get more money from Madrid to make Madrid a little bit poorer as well. Since there is a salary cap in La Liga as well, that means Madrid would have to cover most of their salary cap with just one player, just like Barcelona did with messi for so many years.
All in all it is clear to me that Barcelona is not trying to get Mbappe, they do not have the funds for it, they need to rebuild, but they are definitely trying to help Mbappe get a lot and ruin Madrid along the way.
I believe that there is still no complete clarity in the transfer with Mbappe and the situation may turn in different directions, so Real Madrid can hardly rub their hands and expect Mbappe and his entourage to fully agree to their terms. As for the financial situation of Barcelona, the president of La Liga, Javier Tebas, has already expressed perfectly that in the case of a disgusting and hopeless financial situation, it is impossible to get a loan of 500 million euros and that Barcelona was not near death. He also said that Barcelona could have left Messi, but preferred to sign Depay and Aguero. At the same time, I think that, of course, Mbappe's move to Barcelona is unlikely and it's all just behind-the-scenes games.

Chelsea management do not waste time on managers who fail to deliver that's one thing I admire in Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich.
Do you admire this?  Roll Eyes
In my opinion, Abramovich is one of the top club owners that doesn't want to wait for a process, wants an instant result. Not all coaches can easily adapt or show their good achievement, some need time and process. Sir Alex Ferguson is one of the best examples, he needs 5 years to show his good achievement in Man United. In his early career as a Man United manager (coach), he even couldn't get a single EPL or UCL trophy. But he got all kinds of trophies, 5 years later.
Yes I admire his swift actions. Do not insult Sir Alex Ferguson by comparing him with the imp Ole Gunner. He has no results to prove us wrong.
It may not be as quick as Roman but the MU board is also doing the same. How many did they fire after SAF?
Rebuilding process with the same manager at the helm is already a thing of the past since the league became so competitive that fans and board can't spend too much time waiting for silverware or positive results anymore. Maybe that impatience also comes with the generation.
Even Abramovich has his own limits of expectation and he has always given some time to his coaches to achieve results. Remember how many years he supported Lampard as a head coach. Another question is that if the coach did not live up to his expectations, then Abramovich fired him. Manchester United spent substantial sums on strengthening the squad only in this transfer window, and therefore it is still logical to give Ole Gunnar some more time, rather than firing him after only a few months due to an unpleasant local defeat on his own field. I understand perfectly well that Manchester United fans have already missed titles and are tired of everything that has been happening for several years, but still you need to show some patience.

I still don't understand why Barca kicked out Suarez. He was one of the best strikers in the entire history of Barcelona and the club just fired him in a pretty disrespectful way.I don't know anything about his financial requirements, maybe he asked for a very big salary, but dumping him was a huge mistake.
His salary was definitely smaller than the salary of Lionel Messi,so it wasn't a problem for Barcelona to keep Suarez.
Anyway,Real Madrid winning against Barcelona was pretty much expected, but the El Clasico kinda lost of his glamour, after the big stars like Messi and Ronaldo aren't playing for Barcelona and Real.
That's Koeman's plan, maybe he doesn't like Suarez. But things didn't go according to plan, Suarez played great and made Barca lose. Koeman should be disappointed with his decision. I'd rather see Suarez playing than Koeman chose to signing Aguero. Moreover, the arrival of Aguero has not made a big contribution, he has an injury and he only played against Valencia.
Then regarding El Clasico, glad Madrid won it was my guess before the game and it turned out to be right. The match this time seemed to be more balanced, there was no dominance in possession of the ball as before which made Madrid only rely on counter attacks. Their possession is a little balanced only Madrid have the upper hand in shots on goal
How can you be sure of something when even Suarez himself doesn't know whose plan it was? Wink Koeman just told Suarez on the phone that the presence of the Uruguayan in the team was not part of his plans, but he did not say whose plan or initiative it was Wink At least Suarez was offended that he was not told about whose initiative it was and also that Bartomeu said that Suarez was hurting the team in the locker room. Parting with Suarez did not happen because he asked for a lot of money and an increase in wages, but because the club decided to update the squad and parting with Suarez fit perfectly into this decision, as it seemed at the time. Another question is that after a while not everyone is sure of the correctness of this decision.
1558  Economy / Economics / Re: Are banks needed for crypto? on: October 24, 2021, 11:59:11 PM
Technically, banks may not have anything to do with crypto, because judging from the system they have developed, they are very different 360 degrees, where they contradict one another.
but in a crypto partnership it will not be separated from banks and fiat even though the influence is very small but fiat will still be in crypto forever because they are actually seen as a symbiosis of mutualism, namely mutual need between one another.
The functions of the banking system are much broader than just making payments in fiat currency. Ideally, banks are enterprises that accumulate financial resources and carry out various actions with these funds in order to earn more. It has also long been the custom that the state is more accustomed and convenient to conduct its monetary policy through the involvement of banks. Therefore, when they say that cryptocurrencies can make the banking system unnecessary, this is an overly optimistic and greatly simplified view of things. In any case, banks will remain as enterprises with financial specialization and, in addition to financial actions with fiat currencies, banks can conduct the same operations with cryptocurrencies.

Maybe not most exciting race of season, but few final laps made it's worth to watch. It's one of races that is won in pits. And I can't say that Mercedes made mistake somewhere or had wrong strategy. Max just were driving perfectly.
Most fun moment of race is Alonso fighting with Alfa Romeo and we hear classic whinning Alonso Cheesy
And pity for Raikkonen, he had confident 10th place and made mistake few laps before finish.
If Mercedes lost in the battle for the first line, it means that the strategy was not winning and was wrong, because it cannot be said that Red Bull is a cut above the speed and really everything was decided at the pit stops Wink By the way, this is not the first time this season, and in most cases Red Bull with Verstappen produced more successful activity at pit stops than Mercedes with Hamilton. In any case, Red Bull did a good job of increasing Max's lead to 12 points and also securing a podium for Sergio Perez. The race was also quite successful for Ferrari with Leclerc, who held fourth place without serious problems and strengthened his position in the overall Formula 1 standings.

I seriously doubt that Barcelona really wants him, sure they might be in the mix in order to keep Madrid pay more, right now Barcelona got rid of griezmann and messi contracts so they could technically afford to pay Mbappe a lot, but not to get him, they can "offer" a fake deal, which Mbappe and Barcelona both would know that it will not be a real deal, but at least Mbappe will be able to tell Madrid that Barcelona is offering a lot.
In that method Madrid will be forced, if Madrid ends up offering less, then Mbappe could stay with PSG if nothing else works, and Madrid would basically make a world star guy who wants to join very unhappy by not offering more than anyone else. So, it is a tactic by Barcelona to get Madrid spend more than they have to.
If the information is correct, then Barcelona wants to offer Mbappe a signing bonus of 90 million euros, unlike Real Madrid, which seems to want to offer 50 million euros. Barcelona also seems to want to offer a large amount of salary. Paris Saint-Germain also continues to cherish hopes of keeping Mbappe, which after the crazy events in the summer transfer window no longer looks like such an incredible event. Also, the option of a winter transfer is not excluded, when Paris Saint-Germain can agree to a transfer, and Real Madrid will try to close this issue as soon as possible, which also implies more spending by Real Madrid. Mbappe can focus on Real Madrid as much as he likes, but the financial interests of the footballer's family also play a big role in this world.
