1541  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: August 09, 2016, 10:48:48 AM
I see for me easiest way of making profit from gambling games is European Roulette. I saw many people complains about slots and roulette games online. I have ratio of making profit over 90% of times I played on roulette. Actually many times when I wanted to raise my funds I was going back to roulette to take help. It seems to me easiest because it works for me.

I dont think that roulette can let you some good profit because you really need some luck to play with it. What i saw from roulette that is almost as same as slots because in order to get huge amount you need to place only one number so the payout will be good
And in addition to this beginners gamblers are sometimes not aware that we have two versions of Roulette. European and American.
American version is basically more scummy version with double 0 field. If you like Roulette don't ever play american version, one more field makes a difference.

First of all I won 50 mBTC so I am very happy about that. But I am still not certain about how this raffle exactly works.
It seems that I still have two tickets for future lotteries left. And I thought these will be all consumed in today's raffle.
1543  Economy / Gambling / Re: PremiumCasino.win | You can win BTC without no deposit! [*HOT*] on: August 08, 2016, 10:14:48 AM

Thank you, have it also here, I posted this to get other suggestions for improvement.

With the 39 Bitcoins downgraded it, thanks for the note.
Please also bear in mind that the page exists only since 3 days.
So? This argument is totally flawed. If I place a bet on your site and I lose then you gonna take my money with smile.
And when I hit the jackpot you will gonna say that: "We are sorry site is still new, some things are not working correctly."?
Please be serious, it is a money we are talking about.

I am also quite scared about potential future. Outsourcing China was fine in the past, when China was famous for their plastic flowers, tea and towels.
Right now it seems that everything is 'Made in China' and soon we won't have any single factory outside China capable of producing electronics, cars, machines etc.
And it is all because companies were so greedy and intoxicated by the idea of ultra cheap labor. It will kick us in the ass very, very soon.
1545  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the Odds. on: August 08, 2016, 09:59:06 AM
My short insight into the games you included in the poll:

Dice - definitely has the potential to be the easiest to learn. Low House Edge combined with functionality where you can set your own multipliers makes Dice great game for newbies and advanced players alike.

Roulette - a bit more complicated, with more complex rules than Dice. Be aware of American version with double 0. It has more than 5% HE. Play only European Roulette with single 0.

Blackjack - great card game with extremely low HE, less than 0.3% Easy to play. The most popular casino table game.

Poker - the best game for advanced players, one of the few, casino games where you can use your skill and knowledge.

Sports Betting - variable odds, definitely the most interesting branch of gambling IMO.

Lottery - for the most part you will be sinking your money in this one and you won't win anything.
1546  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: August 08, 2016, 09:13:22 AM
Yeah, I checked it and it seems you can't bet on Olympics at all (other categories are working fine, you can bet with not problems).

But with Olympics betting will give you error message saying:

"Selections are currently not available"

But I guess it is some kind of technical maintenance or something. I am sure that sportsbet functionality  will be back today.
1547  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: August 08, 2016, 12:36:28 AM
Yeah, you are right, i just read the rules again. I have a question, how much is the minimum bet for qualify and get 1 ticket raffle ? 5mbtc or 1mbtc ?
Someone asked about it already and according to this post below, it is sufficient to bet with 1 mBTC to be credited with  lottery ticket.
Well, the best way to check this out is to bet one time with 1mBTC and see if you will be credited. I will probably test it today.

Just asked the live support, and she "Jane" answered that the minimum bet to get the ticket is 1mbtc and the ticket is given on the day after its added. Means that if we bet on Olympics yesterday, so we would get the ticket today.
1548  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: August 07, 2016, 11:13:06 AM
Thanks everyone for your opinion about what is gonna be with price for bitcoin. It's a week passed from the Bitfinex hacking and bitcoin is already around 600$. That is good. I suppose in week more it will come back to 700$ and I will cash my money out. But also I was wander why while the official price for bitcoin was a little higher than 500$ on Yobit it still was high around 600$? Can anyone explain me this moment?
It is nothing unusual or strange. First, you have to know that there is nothing like 'official bitcoin price'.
Every exchange is different, there are differences in volume, number of active users, price etc.
In this case it seems that Yobit stayed a little behind the news and its users didn't react to it fast enough to correct the price.
1549  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling worth to try for newbie? on: August 07, 2016, 11:02:49 AM
you don't need experience to gamble, most of the games are easy to understand and play for example the famous game of dice that everybody is playing doesn't need any expertise to play, you can even claim faucet and play with that money instead.

although not all games are like this, there are many that need some knowledge if you want to beat the opponent like poker.

Dice is very popular for gambling with bitcoin so if anybody thinking to get start with that game, than is no experience required to play on that so if he is lucky one than surely can make profit, that is true this kind of doesn't demand of good knowledge and experience to give try.

Dice is good for newbie. The rule is easy to understand and they can easily control their bankroll, their bet, their chance of winning and even let the bots play it out using some strategy they want to use. It is also easier for the newbie to determine the amount of bankroll they want to spend on and not easy lose their control.
Also, you can set your own odds for Dice,  I think this is the most important  factor if someone is a newbie.
I think he would be perfectly happy with 75% or more win chance. I recommend PrimeDice's faucet to test that.
1550  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In gambling, Money is more important than knowledge and luck on: August 07, 2016, 09:39:51 AM
1. Money is essential, no doubt about it; bigger bankroll=potential bigger wins, but also potential big loss. It is double edged sword.

2. Knowledge - now this is something interesting, what kind of knowledge we are talking about here exactly?
Because I am pretty much familiar with odds, house edge, probability of every casino game, but that knowledge didn't help me win more.
Do you mean knowledge when to start/stop? It is not knowledge, it is more like common sense of serious gambler.

3. Luck - in the end this is the most important factor in gambling. I have no doubt about it.
1551  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: August 07, 2016, 09:25:37 AM
I am a bit confused here. So l this time lottery is being held in intervals of 4 days. hence everyday we can receive 1 ticket.
So I can potentially accumulate 4 tickets for every draw but how exactly this increase my chances to win?
I know in theory how this work, obviously, but what Sportsbet's way of drawing looks like exactly?

It would be ideal if sportsbet could record/stream every draw. It would cut all speculations for good.
1552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction. on: August 07, 2016, 09:04:03 AM
because the profit make addiction..  Cheesy
Lol, I am not addicted to my work, even though it gives mi profits, obviously. When we are talking about gambling addiction you have consider potential profit vs potential risk.
Gamblers usually are plagued with various numbers of fallacies therefore they can't clearly think about risk vs. reward ratio during their sessions.
1553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is double options same as gambling? on: August 07, 2016, 08:46:27 AM
If the outcome of the 'game' is not certain then it is considered gambling. The only way to gamble with certain profit is to cover all possible outcomes.
Other that that you have no way to tell if you will profit or not and even if the odds are low you still can lose.
1554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does gambling worth playing? on: August 07, 2016, 08:38:30 AM
Everyday my friend gambles with his money as same with his life and he always gambling throwing away his money for nothing but losing and the worth part of it is he owes me money  Angry Angry
Some of my thoughts:

- If you know that your friend is addicted gambler then why you lend him money in the first place?
- If he lost all money before what are the odds of him winning big this time? Rather slim, I guess.
- If you value your friendship then DON'T lend money to fuel your friend's addiction any more, instead educate him.

1555  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is there any bot that collects the faucet and gambles for you? on: August 06, 2016, 12:34:17 PM
I never heard about bot with such complex functionality. I have no idea how faucet claiming would be managed if we are talking about facet with captcha protection.
Someone more knowledgeable than be can explain it to me?

Check out this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1475232.msg14872353#msg14872353

That thread will show you facts about gambling addition. It will help you perceive some basic but rampant misconceptions:
that you don't have to gamble all day to be an addict, or if you are sill rich you can gamble without worries of becoming an addict etc.
1557  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did you ever lose time from work due to gambling or visiting bitcointalk.org? on: August 06, 2016, 10:43:35 AM
I don't gamble at work. It is very unprofessional in my opinion to engage in gambling activities during your work hours.
I do however browse internet when I don't have urgent work (who doesn't do that?) and unfortunately I sometimes got distracted by bitcointalk among other sites.
1558  Economy / Speculation / Re: $0.0001 of value for 1 Bitcoin in the Year 2020 on: August 06, 2016, 09:51:40 AM
This is a possibility for Signature Whores and Freelance Bitcoin wrighters to explain their point of view on the possibility of Money Loss in the Bubble called "Investing in Bitcoin".
I don't really think at this point that bitcoin investment is a bubble. Amount of money pumped in mining, creating satellite services, whole infrastructure is overwhelming.
You could call a pump and and a bubble whichever altcoin you like, but with bitcoin it is not so clear. If any other altcoin will fall, disappear or get hacked it is OK.
But if something like this happen to bitcoin, then it means the whole purpose of decentralized currency was questionable attempt and turned out to be nothing more that failed experiment.
1559  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit Gambling. on: August 06, 2016, 09:22:38 AM
Hello guys I am addicted to gambling. How can I quit this?
Use placebo effect. What a mean by that is use only faucet money for gambling from now on, of course you will be playing with insignificant money, you probably won't win big.
But you can deceive your brain that you are still engaged in gambling activities. Plus, gambling in this way prevent you from losing money.
1560  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do winning and losing gamblers have different personalities or habits? on: August 06, 2016, 09:15:18 AM
Yes. A winning gambler have a cheering mood. While a loosing gambler is in total frustration. If a winner looses some one day it doesn't effect him. While if a looosing gambler loooses same low amount he is raged and spillls chat with abusivr comments against site. I have spent 3 years in online gambling casino. I just shared my experience. Thank u.
I don't think this is necessarily always true. I met some very polite and cheerful gamblers with terrible losing streaks.
It is just some people think that cursing and Bm'ing after they lose is perfectly fine way to overcome their shaken nerves.
