1541  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 📢📢 CoinHe.io [ Most Favourite Exxhange ANN and Bounty ] 🔝 on: January 30, 2019, 07:45:27 PM

I don't get it. I just created an account verify my email and tried to login. Of course I remember my password but every time I login, I get same information.

"Unable to login with provided credentials" Claiming 100 CHT is much difficult than what it seems. I just prove how fast your platform is, how fast it forgot my credentials.
1542  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what trading has made me on: January 30, 2019, 03:46:28 PM

If you lose money, I'm sympathetic. Smiley

A life of someone who had been in crypto, earned and lose money in the past will eventually change. Same thing when you are in the other market like FOREX. If you lose some money and you somehow learned few things that might bring money to you will keep your craving to do more trading.
1543  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Kraken rebranding on: January 30, 2019, 03:31:29 PM

Kraken name itself is playful enough so this rebranding may somehow have a good effect for the new comers in this market. The previous design looks old, too serious and this new one to me gives an impression that trading is fun. I haven't loggedin to my account yet so I don't know the looks inside though.
1544  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Cryptocurrency exchange Daxico opens the Alpha version for testing on main on: January 29, 2019, 07:57:07 PM
Happy New Year!

DAXI token is now live and available for sale. NO, we are not doing an ICO in a traditional sense of the word. Our product development is almost completed and we are LIVE on the mainnet. Rather, we want to use the token to compensate the participants in our bounty campaign.

The details about the bounty campaign are upcoming.

BUT, you can still support our project and participate in its potential success by buying the DAXI token at discount during our presale. The presale will last for one year, starting now and ending on December, 31st, 2019. The token price starts at USD 0.10 and will increase each month with the target price of USD 1.00 on January 1st, 2020.

DAXI presale pricing in USD:

Jan   0.10
Feb   0.12
Mar   0.15
Apr   0.18
May   0.22
Jun   0.26
Jul   0.32
Aug   0.38
Sep   0.46
Oct   0.56
Nov   0.68
Dec   0.83
Jan'20   1.00

After January 1st, 2020, the DAXI price will be set by the market.

Where to buy:

DAXI can be purchased now at Daxico.com

You are selling your token up to next year 2020?  You are not doing ICO but looks very strange.

Registration is quite unique, if I lose the mnemonic phrase, is there another way to restore my account? because when I registered, I did not link my email.
And whether you will hold an event to promote your tokens, like airdrop maybe? I think it's an easy way to promote your tokens. And I hope you can introduce your team to us, although as you say it is not profitable for you, but for us, it's very important to make us your business partner.

Its like you can remain anon in this exchange. You have to keep you mnemonic phrase in order to recover your account in case you lose your password. Its a basic thing to do. If you have been using the WAVES DEX, its almost like it. You can always use it without submitting KYC.
1545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are your expectations for this year? on: January 29, 2019, 07:14:41 PM

Nothing is seem to be clear at this point although there are talks about big companies moving to blockchain, there are positive news but not very significant to drive the prices up, it even worsen the market if people are buying at every dips because those who wants to take profit are going to take profit thinking the price will eventually drop.
1546  Economy / Economics / Re: what should consider before investing in a coin? on: January 29, 2019, 06:49:54 PM

before investing in a coin we should consider to check company roadmap and tie-ups and development communication all these factors are important for a coin growth

This is also a good indication once you find out the team has good relation to some projects which they can collaborate in the future,  the token shall be a good investment for you. Some of  the projects were not that good at PR but has close connection to the industry like the people in DENT project.

It all depend to what kind of investor are you though, so if you are a day trader, you might not like a coin which its price doesn't spikes to more than 5% everyday.
1547  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What's really important when you are buying cryptocurrency in a P2P way? on: January 28, 2019, 06:16:37 PM

I prefer to  send the coin to the new address in the platform than using my own personal wallet as I don't have to login using my private key because its a lot safer. Probably depends to the user but the most important is the speed. Most of the P2P and decentralized exchange I've tried like forkdelta is too slow, same thing with etherdelta.
1548  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Liqui.io shuts down on: January 28, 2019, 04:11:10 PM

It think it was 2016 that they were quick to have earned trust from users but well today they are also quick to quit. They were unknown that time but quickly rises among the new exchanges when they added some tokens that weren't in the market.  The bear market are to blame and I think those exchanges that released native tokens used for trade commissions are going to rule.
1549  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to create fake IDs for KYC for airdrops on: January 26, 2019, 04:41:39 PM
If you are going to use fake ID, then you are nothing but like the ones who took data from someone and use it. If you don't want to show valid ID for the KYC you might as well don't join the airdrop. If are also committing a crime in submitting a fake ID.
1550  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is there Any altcoins that are distributed fairly? on: January 24, 2019, 05:20:53 PM
There were a lot of airdropped tokens back in 2017 with no ICOs. You only need to fill up a form and tokens will be distributed fairly to each applicants. Unfortunately only a few of them are legit and still existing today.

Early stage of crypto, Stellar was distributed to users who verify their facebook account. AT least they give it freely without ICO but then there ain't no assurance whether its fair of course people took advantage of it having tons of facebook accounts. Other than this I can't remember if there were tokens distributed fairly besides those by airdropped that turned legit.
1551  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [LEAKED] Samsung Galaxy S10 will support cryptocurrency on: January 24, 2019, 04:32:22 PM
Cool. They are really into it now, I guess this is a sign of adoption.
Almost all the people who live int eh cities today have a phone even own two phones. Those who haven't heard of BTC or crypto in their entire life will somehow find this feature in their phone.
1552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto's worst nightmare on: January 23, 2019, 07:14:11 PM
I still believe that if a project is a great one it will do fine in bad market conditions, the weak ones are the ones that got crumbled on and theyvare all blaming market price ,what about those projects that has no ICO? They never request for any funds even for listing on exchanges and they are doing fine ,the reality is good projects will always stand strong both on rainy and dry season

The ones we thought are bad ones are still performing well in the market, I don't see it dying since some of the are pumped too last 2017. A year of market decline really made a lot of bad noise but we though all that matters is BTC survived, luckily its not just it that survived. Most of the coins that did ICO last 2016-17 are quietly doing some progress.
1553  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to make money with bitcoin price dropping? on: January 23, 2019, 06:43:16 PM

I haven't been in Bitmex, do they offer leverage?

The only method so far that I've tried in making money while the price is declining is by sending all my funds to a stable coin and then buy back to accumulate more BTC, it doesn't work much when the bears keep pushing down. But it does work when market is stable.

1554  Economy / Speculation / Re: The market looks boring 2019 on: January 23, 2019, 04:21:34 PM

You can't say its a boring year for crypto, the year has just started. If the price right now is somehow getting stable, you can assume there is something that will happen in the coming weeks. I never saw something that could happen to some atlcoin today but certainly there are big development.

Don't be fooled by this seeming calm as it is the calm before the storm, always

Do you mean the price could just dip once again to $2k?
1555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How we know scam altcoin project on: January 22, 2019, 04:41:10 PM

Its really hard to identify which project is not scam unless you knew how to check whether the project indeed has real team that is presented on their website. But even so real people in the team with real profiles doesn't guarantee whether they are not going to scam, I've seen some projects.

Do a thorough research about the project that you are interested in and willing to invest. Remember that once you give them your money there's no way that you can get it back. Do not trust anyone, ICO projects should be transparent and people behind are competent enough to build revenue and solid products.

Projects backed by reputable advisor sometimes help the ICO gather more funds making them pursue the project and will not scam.
1556  Economy / Economics / Re: what should consider before investing in a coin? on: January 22, 2019, 04:13:03 PM

Exchange projects flooded the market and though there are some the collected a lot some don't but we still can see them getting funded even when all they offer is similar to other projects like distributing dividends or the native token is going to be the transaction fee. Most of these projects looks created by same developers and same advisors, nothing new. Although its a use case, its still not new concept. But there are some new projects offering new concept like the GoWithmi, I think that is something to consider before investing - a new concept.
1557  Economy / Speculation / Re: The point of no return on: January 22, 2019, 03:52:36 PM

A coin dies when no one is using it, just like the dead coins created during the early year of BTC, there are lots of them got delisted on exchanges because no bids on them anymore.  BTC is far from being dead if you check the volume of each exchange. There is no point of no return, it will always return unless we all decide not to use BTC anymore.
1558  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ETHADV] Ethereum Advanced | Fork 3:1 of Ethereum on: January 21, 2019, 03:12:03 PM

Same old thing. Even if you can fork successfully will there be a project that will be created under this fork?
You'd have a hard time, the only that is supported is the ETC and even them are having some hard time. There are only few projects with ETC today though I have no doubt there will be more in the coming years but its a slow progress just like the adoption. There are newer platforms that is competing them directly that will make it more difficult for these forks.
1559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I need help - bounty problem on: January 21, 2019, 02:35:43 PM
Its those bounty platforms that should protect you from getting screwed. To my knowledge they collect the token to serve as escrow which makes these bounty platforms good, the projects however that goes on their are listed there sometimes are not creating an ANN thread here making them suspicious in their action. Its the 2nd time I heard of a token that is created on Stellar platform, the first I know was seyblock. Good luck, wish you could claim your token from bounty0x.
1560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mistake you should avoid when holding your Altcoins on: January 21, 2019, 02:10:11 PM
One lesson to learn in the market is not to expect much. If you have about 100k tokens where the price is worth 2 cents, never wait for the price to go up because someone else will take that profit from you. This is just one of the mistake I didn't until the bear market was over. I kept thinking of it still.
