1542  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New to Trading on: April 08, 2018, 05:22:48 AM
What are the driving factors for crytpocurrency valuation?

Scarcity? Utility? Use? Demand? Network? or am I off base already?
,

It's always depend on the use and demand of a cryptocurrency, the more useful it is for the people, the more demand and a higher price it would be. And it's one of the most important factor for a cryptocurrency that will help to everyone to choose the best crypto that we might use for investing or trading that will give us the profit that we always wanted.
I don't think people are buying crypto currencies based on usage because we never use crypto currency in our daily life we just consider crypto as an money making investment. So what make the value for the crypto is scarcity and the reputation because bitcoin price is very huge when compared to others it is due to the reputation and the limited quantity.
1543  Economy / Economics / Re: Possible effect of potential billionaire investor? on: April 07, 2018, 08:38:26 PM
Most of you have probably heard about George Soros a billionaire who is reportedly taking an interest in cryptocurrency trading. Just before this event, he's been negative on bitcoin, calling it a bubble and etc, but with his sudden interest now in trading with his $26 billion assets, I guess we could probably say that he saw the potential of cryptocurrencies.

How do you think will this affect the market and all the user of cryptos? Can we expect a price spike in the market then after a while, a sudden downtrend movement again?
If he invest all his asset worth of $26 Billion into cryptos then surely it will make a spike in the crypto currency field. Cheesy

But I don't think he will,I consider this as just a rumour created by someone who want to make green in the crypto market after the long red days.
1544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Know if Token will be strong in Long-term? on: April 07, 2018, 06:43:09 PM
What factors tell you if an Altcoin or new Token will grow in the LONG-term?

How do you know if a token will be worth money when speculation and high exchange volume trading is not pushing the price up? When people calm down on the crypto exchanges, what tokens/altcoins will survive? How do you know?
Based on their development team,if it has strong team then this is one of the long term hold token. If the token have huge hard cap then it may have good community support and you can see the token potential when ICO sale started. Some tokens will hit millions in minutes so that token may be good for long term. But nothing is sure in crypto field so invest the amount which you can afford to lose.
1545  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you trade for money or emotional satisfaction? on: April 07, 2018, 12:59:54 PM
Ofcourse for money and everyone for this reason, why we need to trade for emotional satisfaction? Roll Eyes

But even trading crypto currency is not effective as holding because most of the traders do trading everyday but at the end of the day they didn't made anything big just a small and most of the people lose but if a holder is holding long term then the return percentage will be high.
1546  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: the benefits of managing bitcoin on: April 06, 2018, 09:20:45 AM
when bitcoin prices are drops, I think we better talk more about the positive value of bitcoin. do not think about the value of bitcoin today, because thinking about it will only make us panic and confused. enough G20 make us calm.

So, now. we are talking about the benefits of bitcoin if bitcoin managed well.

what do you think if bitcoin is managed well by a country?

People are just creating more and more panic through FUD threads,I think India is not banned the crypto currencies they just say be caustious while dealing with crypto currencies so stop saying bitcoin was banned in India.
1547  Economy / Economics / Re: Never Fear! Buy Bitcoins to make your life clear! on: April 06, 2018, 06:29:57 AM
Bitcoin is an decentralized technology so you don't need anyone's permisstion to buy and use it.So be a dare person and adopt the new technology, make the revolution in the money system why governments controlling us.

Our money our rights.
1548  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: End of road for Cryptocurrencies in INDIA? on: April 05, 2018, 04:29:20 PM
But it doen't means that India banned the crypto currenies, they just said the people who uses vitual currencies are be cautious and RBI never involves if there is any scams or whatever.

So it doesn't mean bitcoin is not banned yet right?
1549  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HOW EVERYONE THINK ABOUT MARKET NOW,IT IS MAY STOP FALLING DOWN? on: April 05, 2018, 02:13:23 PM
The market is still unstable no imprevement at all and another nwgative for the crypto currecny field ir India banned the crypto currencies but still don't know it is tru  or false but it maybe the reason for the today's price fall.

1551  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What affects the price of btc most? on: April 04, 2018, 08:58:38 PM
so far I still see the regulation by the largest bitcoin adopters countries, still a factor that can affect market conditions.
Actually the regulations didn't affect the price, the rumors and fake news are the main factors which is affecting crypto currencies. We can see that lots of new spreads about regualtions and ban of bitcoin are just fake.So news affecting the price more than the actual thing.
1552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to protect with scams on: April 04, 2018, 06:03:06 PM
Reading the whitepaper, researching about the project development team, bounty allocations, roadmap, even with the bounty managers we can get identify the scam projects. So make yourself better at evealuating the ICO projects is the only way to pretect from scams.

1554  Economy / Economics / Re: Will the bitcoin be outdated by another currency? on: April 04, 2018, 04:32:52 PM
My answer to the principle is: NO

Bitcoin is money, the value of money is built on confidence, tradition and security, attributes that Bitcoin offers easily. The analogy between Bitcoin and social networks is completely incorrect, people think that Bitcoin is an myspace that will be replaced by facebook. It turns out that Bitcoin is money and not a social network, so this comparison is completely wrong.

Most of mankind's wealth resides in vaults for hundreds of years, so the circulating medium is derisory close to it. Why are we going to need fast, no-fee coins if we can use paper money and banks? Bitcoin's purpose is to be a safe asset, scarce and superior to gold. What is behind Bitcoin is the fact that no politician can steal you through taxes or inflation, there is nothing safer than Blockchain and Bitcoin. So far no technologically superior currency has emerged to Bitcoin to the point of provoking an abyss between technologies and will hardly emerge.

BUY BITCOIN TODAY AND ALWAYS.

Still it is possible if an another crypto currency creates more demand then bitcoin. You are right we can't compare bitcoin with an social medias like yahoo the giant of internet search engine was replaced by a small corporation named Google then they become the king.So this also happen if some other coin provides better services than bitcoin. But I am also bitcoin lover don't want an another coin will be replaced by bitcoin.
1555  Economy / Speculation / Re: is this right time to invest in BITCOIN..? on: April 04, 2018, 01:46:40 PM
There is no definition to say it is the right time to invest on bitcoin because the price of bitcoins are too volatile so it can bump and dump at any time. But normally the price of crypto currencies will starts to recover at the end of 2018 so it looks like that reocery starte little bit earlier so invest now.
1556  Other / Meta / Re: An idea to eliminate shitposters on: April 03, 2018, 04:19:44 PM
.....................
Its really too hard to check everyones post on each bounty we cant blame bounty managers and assistants about that try to put yourself on their situation.

Yes, may I believe on this that it too hard for them to spot shitposter, but that is part of their task to spot and eliminate shitposter I saw that most CM's are having feedback on the spreadsheet after the weekend grading.
Meanwhile, we have a new rule merit system I think it is the way to force them to have a good quality post in order to get a single smerit.

Or maybe they will lessen the weekly count post instead of 25 posts per week just make it 15 posts per week but 200 characters per post in signature campaign.
Haha, that was only my suggestion, then correct me if I'm wrong.

That is why the managers are picky with their participants for the signature campaigns.Only quality enough posters will have the chance to participate in signature campaigns. But what about the bounties all of the people wholapplied will get selected so they need to change that kind of system in bounties can help to reduce shitposts.Bounties also can have fixed participants is a good option. And decreasing the minimum post count can decrease the shit posts too but the main aim of campaign is advertising their project so they don't care about shit posts at all.
1557  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Thomas Glucksman: Bitcoin could reach 50k$ by December of 2018! on: April 02, 2018, 02:37:50 PM
Thomas Glucksman, a head of APAC business development at cryptocurrency exchange Gatecoin said that bitcoin could hit 50k$ at the end of 2018. Likewise, Mick Sherman, co-founder and CEO of Hercules Tech said that cryptocurrencies will grow big this year.

Those statements are overwhelming, it may sounds bullish but somehow there has truth in it.

http://business.inquirer.net/246286/bitcoin-hit-50000-end-2018

Yes everyone thinks that is possible at Dec 2017 but now the condition is little bit worse because the price dropped to one third part from december price but still it looks like following the old price chart so if that price fallows throught this year then more than $50K is possible.Hope so it will happen.

Thanks for the comment sir. Though at this point of time that bitcoin is at dip there is only a shallow hope that we can have that value but if the increase started to appear then it will be unstoppable and we will be seing another history in the price of bitcoin. We just need to stay positive and wait for bitcoin to reach that value, if not for this year then maybe next year.
Yes,we just need that price bump which is enough to convince the investors to invest on to bitcoin again then the price will keep moving all we have to do is keep hold our bitcoin and let other to do the same.

1559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think the markets are being manipulated right now? on: April 02, 2018, 06:21:03 AM
Why? Why not

I've heard both sides of the argument and to a certain extent, they both make sense more or less.

Thoughts?
Yes surely it was manipulated by the bigwhales to buy bitcoin at the bottom level and the manipulation is done by the ad bans in the reputed online platforms like twitter, google and facebook. So we also can use this condition in our favour just bu now and there is a little bit price bump from yeterday price so hope it will continue.
1560  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you a full time trader or just part timer? on: April 01, 2018, 03:37:35 PM
Mostly the crypto currency traders are part time traders because this is not a stable income so people can't use this earning as our primary earning. But if we doing this as full time job we can earn more than our day job but the only thing is that is is not stable.
