Does anyone here having problems in withdrawing their btc from the site? I've made a withdrawal request like 15hours ago and I still haven't received it yet. I talked to the support they said there was some kind of maintenance going. Can someone confirm if it's working now or not?
They have this issue for a quite long time. Any time you contact support they always say that some unplanned maintenance and can't guaranty how long it will take to clear funds. Their standard answer is you will get within 24 hours. I don't know what is wrong with them, last few months they have this issue.
Is it solved already mate? I made a withdrawal few hours ago and it was processed instantly as usual. Indeed it was stuck on unconfirmed for few hours as the network is overloaded but at least they sent my btc as soon as I requested my withdrawal.
My issue is not with blockchain overload but fortunejack withdrawals status is pending for half day to one day. It is nothing to do with blockchain. i disagree.
