I had a German record player with  a drive motor that used 50 hz  Being in usa at 60hz   the motor ran slower  and a 33 ⅓ rpm record player played at 31 rpm

I got a ps audio power wave generator that  could go from 110 to 130 volts ac and from 50hz to 70hz  the motor ran great at 52 hz and 111 volts.

So I know there is some play if only hz is altered and that volts can drift abit.

but 80hz is more then I ever did as I did a 50hz motor at 60hz  I did not bother trying higher.

My guess is if he stays under 245 volts it will run at 80hz   without dying.

yeah that is the bargain  cooler.

the corsair is the coolest

the other three are about the same.  and the cooler master is 30 dollars less.

i want less then 700 each  for these.  

maybe 475 for the 22th two board unit

maybe 525 for the 25th three board unit.

Part of the issue is theft of IP  which China is pretty famous for or at least has been accused of doing.

Whether  you build in China India or Mexico vs USA the smaller customer gets stuck one way or the other.

But if you only build in 1 country you don't have any flexibility to negotiate with the factory/government location.

If Apple had factories in China ,India, Mexico and USA  vs Factories in China  it gives them more flexibility to tell any location fuck you I will lower production here and ramp it up in other country.

It also helps lower theft of IP  since if it happens while using the China location apple can say fuck you I will reduce production next year to punish you for theft of IP.

Yeah if I recall  BCH has emergency diff adjustment

and BTC does not.  Sooo  if you crashed price and Diff   on both BCH and BTC   BCH could make the emergency adjustment  and BTC  can't
