1561  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone who have worked or currently working in casino? on: December 06, 2020, 10:34:53 PM
You're aware that asking this question puts the employee job at risk and even his or her security right? These people who may or may not know something about the casino games, once found out that they are giving out game secrets, may get their jobs laid off or even worse, killed to keep rhe secret within a small group of people. And it does not matter even if it's just in a forum. The internet is vast now, so vast that you almost always can look a person up in a few related searches.
Don't expect casino workers to reveal casino secrets, because if casino workers expose casino weaknesses, they betray their place of work.
I'm sure casino workers are more than happy if gamblers lose a lot of money at the casino, because after all casino workers are part of the
casino itself. If many gamblers win a lot of money it can make the casino lose money, if this happens continuously it can make the casino
bankrupt. And casino workers are in danger of becoming unemployed if the casino bankrupt, because the salary received by casino workers
may come from the profits that the casino gets when gamblers lose.
This too. If all gamblers win in their games, who else would feed these worker's families? You should also take that into account.
1562  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A game called Ending on: December 05, 2020, 09:15:08 PM
This is an illegal gambling in the Philippines, I'm not so sure about it but I haven't see an organization about "ending" like PCSO for lotto draws. I was able to bet on this a couple of times,  by the way people who are doing ending is just small time so police don't get too busy capturing them each time. The ending, from the word itself is the end of scores from the basketball, PBA or NBA or any basketball league, higher score takes the first number and least at second, say the score is 105 - 97, the ending number is 5 - 7, if you were lucky to bet on this combination you'll win depends on how much you bet it. As far as I know it's x50 for every peso. So if you bet 50PHP you'll win 2500PHP.
1563  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New Chinese Quantum Computer breakthrough - should we be concerned? on: December 05, 2020, 07:47:02 PM
As far as I know, from what I have read regarding quantum computers, it isn't a threat to bitcoin unless it was done intentionally to disrupt the cryptography that's the time that it'll be a threat to bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. But it is a surprise to me that a Chinese quantum computer has been linked to a crypto breakthrough since they are really into cryptocurrencies, or am I just illusional  Huh I think the whole community should set this thing aside, it's quite impossible to kill crypto especially from Chinese people, they freaking love it.
1564  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what do you think about USDT? on: December 05, 2020, 03:55:59 PM
Although USDT got into some shit from the past, controversies after controversies I still use it for stabilizing my balances to avoid market fluctuation, one thing you should do is not to let your funds sleep in any currency but only with decentralized currency so you can sleep peacefully. There are bunch of stable coins in the market but it isn't paired with every coins, unlike USDT, so most probably people will just use USDT. If you're a trader like me, you won't have any problem using USDT  Grin
1565  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Peter helping bitcoin pump? on: December 04, 2020, 10:17:08 PM
Peter is just a figure that influence the masses to gain attraction for bitcoin, is he helping? I guess so, but it isn't a direct and we will not know if he really does coz we can't see it aside from the price of bitcoin getting pump, but if you think the price of bitcoin from early years is pumping without his opinion being read by crypto enthusiasts. I also even think that Craig is doing it better, imagine his mouth blabbing everything about crypto and gets people think that it is getting stronger each time he opens his mouth.
1566  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Chances of BTC surpassing the value of Fiat Money on: December 04, 2020, 07:32:46 PM
How will bitcoin surpass the value of fiat money if the fiat money is what powers the bitcoin Huh and as far as the value of bitcoin is concern, I don't think it will go that heavenly high that there isn't much fiat to buy bitcoins, I mean supply and demand is the core of the price so if it isn't present the price will just stay. I can only say that the present state of bitcoin is the best it has got through years, that I think it'll be this way for more coming years. We'll be selling at $20K, then watch the dump, wait again til we see $20K and it continues for like 2 to 3 years.
1567  Economy / Economics / Re: MicroStrategy Buys $250M in Bitcoin, Calling the Crypto ‘Superior to Cash’ on: December 03, 2020, 10:25:53 PM
I'm not sure how to feel about this really. On one hand we have the optimistis that believe companies and high-firm corporations adopting cryptocurrency is a good thing as it sparks change in the future of cryptocurrency. And on the other hand we have the people who are afraid bitciin is uet again going to be a cash cow for the capitalists. Either way, I am going to hodl on my coins for better or for worse and see what happens at the end of the road.
1568  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin retirement account on: December 03, 2020, 09:39:56 PM
I am in agreement with the rest of the people in this thread. When you talk about retirement investment, you don't mean profits what you want is security, something that bitcoin wouls not be able to offer you financially. The price is so volatile it can easily jump from 19,000 to 10,000, which is something I don't believe elderly people would be able to manage. So might as well invest in more secure assets for your retirement.
1569  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Almost 20% of Paypal Users Trade Bitcoin Using the App on: December 03, 2020, 09:12:57 PM
Not so sure if I can rely on any paypal related news anymore. The bitcoin they were advertising in their site is clearly different from what bitcoin really is, and it's looking lime they're using bitcoin's name and popularity as a cash cow to pull more people into using their app. And it pretty much looks like that 20% they are talking about applies to US users only.  After seeing a lot of issues with paypal makes me more distant with them, not what I expected as what I have observed.
1570  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Blackjack card counting at live table games? on: December 03, 2020, 08:44:18 PM
To let pwople know that you have this sort of trick you can use to earn tons of money on a huge forum like this would be counter-intuitive. You wanna let as little people as possible to know that you have a trick up your sleeve especially something as big as this. So there wouldn't be any point in asking people out here about that.
Statistically you aren't going to be gaining any usable advantage to put into use in your plays, so its not worth the effort and the risk of loss or being excluded from games.   I really doubt anyone is doing this when online sites do have bugs that are sometimes exploited and I'd guess that's where the bulk of effort goes into trying to leverage an advantage.
Its not really worth me saying especially but I noticed I couldn't really lose when playing a certain game, it wasnt there was no losses but the amount of times I was winning my money and with a long streak of wins seemed abnormal to me.   Could just be I was kidding myself, I thought the game might have bias that benefitted me not that I ever did anything just I played it the way that seemed to produce a win.     I've heard lots of times of mistakes in code for some reason that left open repeated winnings being possible, I think quite a few sites have a bug report reward for this reason.
And as far as I know these live table games have their own set up foolproof tools that will allow them to find out who's doing something fishy or not, lest they risk big losses from people doing this because it's online. Also, you wouldn't get good information from a good shuffler, so good luck spending thousands of dollars on a program that will only give you tentative guesses.
1571  Economy / Economics / Re: 2021 not Looking good on: December 03, 2020, 07:51:13 PM
what are you worried about it will not happen if this pandemic ends and this virus is destroyed hope the economy will continue to improve even though many countries are in trouble and this situation is still continuing 2021 there is definitely progress to overcome the worsening economy in various countries there is a cooperation between countries improving the economy in various countries maybe this is also one solution to solve the problem if there is an economic crisis this will be an obstacle for the country to survive something assistance or cooperation between countries will be the best solution to overcome the crisis.
Hopefully there will be, but keep in mind that vaccines aren't medication for the already sick. So what are we hoping for in herw really? I don't want to sound pessimistic but if things go to the dumpster in the medical sector of each cpuntry, we'll have a tough 2021 in our hands to handle.
I agree if crypto or Bitcoin looks good in 2021 but why you seem too worried about the world economy? It is too speculative if you stated the world economy will be worse in the next year. In my opinion, all countries have experienced the saddest condition this year. So, the next year should be the time to recover it and improve everything better.
I think there is a legitimate reason to be worried about the next year because during this one governments have printed so much money that inflation is going up very rapidly in many countries and even if the stock market seems like it is reaching new highs and everything is OK, the economy of the world indicates that tens of millions of people have lost their jobs and those jobs are not coming back because those businesses have closed their doors and there is a possibility that the next year this problem compounds and more people lose their jobs and at that point no matter how much money governments print the economy will be beyond salvation.
This among other reasons are why people think that the world economy is not going to recover that quickly. You can't just control shrinkage by just hiring more people on your company, you gotta make sure that they stay as well. This goes for the world economy too, a fix isn't a fix if it doesn't repair the main problem. And I don't see vaccines as being the repair we were waiting for.
1572  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Non-Standard Casino Games on: December 01, 2020, 08:48:26 PM
I'd say gambling isn't really for everyone, if you're playing and can't feeling any excitement I think there is no reason to play further as boredom might just result to silly decision. Or might as well find games you really want or that suits your interest like table games and slots. As far as I know there is already a marble race, I think I was able to read about it just yesterday, it is interesting try to check on it.

if you're a fan of any sport, say basketball or football, try out the game betting sites.
1573  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People still don't know about Bitcoin on: December 01, 2020, 06:32:54 PM
There are still some countries which bitcoin is not legalized that is making many of their citizens not to have any idea on digital currency in the country.
I think it's not a hindrance for someone who wants to know about anything, moreover if their country is against with bitcoin they are more likely to know and research about it due to curiosity that will strike their heads.

Many government are still seeing bitcoin as a scam currency  which is not centralized in the world that is making some country not to allow such currency in their country because the currency is not control by the government in the country.
Nah, I don't think "scam" is the reason why some governments are not into bitcoin, it is just that a precaution for them not to take any hype from what is on the trend. Besides, people are free to use any kind of currency they want if their country isn't that strict.

Bitcoin is well legalized in my country where you can eat and pay with bitcoin in any restaurant in the community without any question of paying with Bitcoin which everyone are use to in the country. Every citizens in the country are use to bitcoin investment which many people have use it to grow their businesse in the country.
Here too, I noticed a massive changes after 2017's overhype on cryptocurrencies with bitcoin reaching $20K. I can even pay with bitcoin in here, like electricity bills, water bills, etc. I hope there'll be more of crypto concepts ahead of us.
1574  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about this service ? on: November 30, 2020, 08:58:04 PM
When i do receive some random message from other people on telegram then i do mostly have those kind of negative perceptions towards it and most likely it
would really be put on ignore unless if it do really caught my interest.
Me, I don't really entertain any person on telegram especially when he came out of no where like " I saw you on this one... blah blah blah " but upon checking I can't see any related groups and I can really feel that they are just lucky spotting, if you know that term they are messaging random person wishing they are interested in their shit. Just a friendly advice, don't trust anyone from telegram.

So in final i wont really be trusting these kind of offers yet no one will just randomly contact you and say "Hey i have some fix match information".. thats BS.
Kind of bs if you really think that this will work, this is just how scammers spend their time online don't fall for it.
1575  Other / Off-topic / Re: More Good News About Covid-19 Vaccine on: November 30, 2020, 08:18:21 PM
Hopefully this will serve as the cure for the economic crisis that we are having right now, I'm positive seeing this news from the past few days. But the thing is how about the long term side effects? This has been the very argument with new vaccines, it's always the "how" question that is uncertain for the time being it is created, it may show 95% of effectivity but will be reduced in the long term or worst it may develop the virus more invulnerable. I've been living in a new normal protocols in my country, it feels sick every time  Undecided
1576  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I want to know about this game. on: November 30, 2020, 07:00:49 PM
It is interesting to see a game that includes a little about the ethereum, the hurdles are bit represented by the last eth blockhash I don't know if it's really real time but if it is the hurdles should move in a quick possible way, anyways I've already seen a marble race, I think it is quite a game for some people but I didn't really think it would be a gamble game lol with 8 marbles to only guess 1 it is hard but if the multiplier is huge people might try it. Has anyone already tried this ? Where?
1577  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is 88% premine to kids born today 100% to kids born in 2142 on: November 30, 2020, 06:49:53 PM
I think it is pointless to talk about the premine bitcoins for people who haven't born yet coz they can still buy it after many years. A currency should be back by tangible asset, with bitcoin it is backed by fiat/cash and your coin that will be backed by time isn't going to cost a penny, why? coz basically the world isn't running that way. Will humanity accept it? Of course, change happens for a reason, with it the progress of humanity keeps going, I don't know any reason why would people neglect financial freedom in the future.
1578  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin founder on: November 28, 2020, 08:31:30 PM
If satoshi nakamoto will reveal himself right now, the question is why now?
If the question is "why now?", and If I were Satoshi Nakamoto I'd simply say because Paypal already has my creation and is safe to sell mine  Grin

Satoshi Nakamoto could be in its risky situation if he himself reveal his identity during this time of bitcoin rising.
That's the very point why is he not revealing himself at all, for security reasons and probably personal decision. If he is not dead yet up til now, there is still a chance that he will reveal himself to us, but that would not matter that much and actually there is two possible situation that we could be in, it is either bitcoin will fall after that or it'll rise continuously.
1579  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊[Boxing] Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Junior [PPV on Nov. 28] on: November 28, 2020, 07:33:15 PM
Tyson's power for me is incomparable, though he lost 6 fights during his career the 50 fight he fought have won with 44 knockouts and to be honest, I still watch his career highlights til now. I'm rooting for Tyson in this fight, though this is not really a fight for a belt. We might see an old beast getting back to its old job wrecking people in a single round lol
1580  Economy / Speculation / Re: Whales moving money to exchanges on: November 28, 2020, 06:45:19 PM
I did have one more question that was more out of curiosity, I get nervous when I'm transferring a fraction of a bitcoin across wallets, how do these whales securely transfer hundreds of millions of pounds without any danger of something going wrong? I'm sure they have some very secure checks and balances in place but I would be interested to know what they are.
It's pretty easy.
Keep your wallet offline or use a hardware wallet.
When broadcast a transaction make sure that you have the desired output address. Be 100% sure that your output address is correct.

I was wondering if there's any way of finding out when whales are moving there money onto the exchanges and can we take advantage of knowing when this is happening?
There are bots, scripts to track blockchain transactions. It's not much hard these days if you have telegram and twitter.
I'm also wondering, are they gonna tell the exchange first if they are going to move in or out? like transferring 100btc could get very nervous for someone though a millionaire, still security must be prioritize right? I can't imagine them being a silly trader who will just send 100 btc to exchanges with them knowing at first hand.
