I recieved my withdrawal today finally, I'm glad I got it finally, won't be using them anymore however.
Like I said, if you're a legitimate player, you don't have to worry. Any bookmaker practices suspending suspicious accounts for the duration of the proceedings, the difference is that some users go to complain here, and some go to trustpilot. An excellent example is the Sportsbet case ... although it is a very respectable and reliable bookmaker, out of 200 reviews, more than half of them are negative (which does not reflect the real state of affairs). It's just that people usually don't write about their positive experiences, people only write when something is wrong. |

I am not sure why this happens. If you'll scroll at pages 7-8 of this topic, you'll see that others had same problem in December. I believe that the quiz has a fixed number of times it can be accessed during a month. If it is so, then perhaps we reached the upper limit in January too, which is amazing, as it happened two months in a row! Perhaps icopress can share some more light on this matter.

Thank you for notifying Betnomi, when talking to support there was no mention from them of any risk or security issues with my account so I'm hoping that is not the case with my account. I have made previous successful withdrawals in the past there with the longest only taking three days so I not really sure what the delay is this time but I'm hoping it gets resolved for everyone involved. Either way thanks for giving them a heads up! These are just my guesses, since usually these are individual delays in withdrawing funds (while everything works as usual for other users). I also think there might be some confusion in tech support due to the fact that Bethnomie has a large staff. + I meant another user. His behavior seems rather strange to me, since he was repeatedly told by other users a phrase in the spirit of "if you don't like the bookmaker - change it", but he is still with Betnomi. |

Betnomi processes thousands of withdrawal requests every month but the funny thing is that the same users appear here at the same time intervals. However, I have notified Betnomi of all the cases mentioned here, but as far as I can tell, they will clarify the details on these cases when the risk management team provides a full report. The funny thing is that for one of you, the bmaker has already delayed the withdrawal of funds twice, but the user is so stubborn that he comes back again and again. And this makes me think that either this user is a masochist or he again wants to lead Betnomi around his finger. As far as providing screenshots of betting history from other bookmakers as proof of the source of funds, that's really ridiculous... go to this link and follow the instructions instead of creating FUD. |

CicadasTR, On 22-09-30 you placed some bets related to the event (Asley Gonzalez Macias - Lourdes Juarez). The bet was settled as returned (voided) on 22-11-01. Betnomi uses data and odds feed from company X (company X handles all bet settlements and calculations). On day z, you contacted our support team to complain about this bet.Our team explained to you that the bet was correctly settled as a returned bet across the entire company X partner network (It is standard practice to return such bets or abandoned matches).
As a show of good faith, we reached out to company X to reverse their decision and resettle the bet as a win and bring the case to an end. However, shortly after this was done, our risk team identified dacat0r0r (your account) as a fraudulent user based on Betting pattern and upon checking activity, it became obvious this is something you has done across multiple sportsbooks. To remedy the situation, we requested dacat0r0r (your account) complete identity verification.
You provided us with "Bob" as his first name and had "Bobster" on his ID card also, provided "Feb 20, 1234" while the date of birth on your ID card was "Feb 13 1234" (information changed). Due to a mismatch between the information you provided and the information on your ID, our automated identity verification service provider (veriff.com) declined verification. We had to manually correct this information for the verification to be successful, this process took about 2 days which is usually relative to our workload. As for the document confirming the address, we have approved the utility bill you provided, but unfortunately we cannot approve the screenshot of the betting history from some other bookmaker in the form of source of funds.
Clearly, screenshots of winnings are not an acceptable form of source of funds.
