I'm running a full MN and the last 11 days I have it online I've obtained 89 XDNA, that's 8 XDNA / day. However that's about the minimum ROI you can have, for two reasons, 1) The BitGun level is on the lowest and therefore the reward is also the lowest possible 2) There are 111 Full MNs at the moment but 104 Medium ones, so having a Medium MN instead of a full one will result in more rewards every day (less competition).
