You are missing the point.
They did nothing wrong. The capital gain for a player is not a crime.
Juventus injected 1.5 billion in 10 years into the market and they were punished for a NOT crime of 60 million. I don't think it's fair if it's just the one case. But I don't know the whole story. They won't win or lose anything this season. I hope they win against FC Nantes on 16 and 23 February, so that they still have a chance to play international next year. Even though the first and second positions are currently only five points apart, I'm still pretty sure Bayern Munich can overcome the situation and maintain their Bundesliga trophy. It is not only the last 5 years that are decisive, but also the current decisions. I think they act very well when it comes to transfers, they don't spend extreme amounts of money and there are always young players from their own youth coming into the first team. A good example is Jamal Musiala, who came from England in 2019 and now her ist a player in start lineup with a market value of 100 million euros. I must also mention Tottenham, who put up a strong fight in the first half. They were able to score two goals against Manchester City, which is a remarkable accomplishment. Although in the second half, it appears that Tottenham could not maintain the same level of play. It was two different 45 minutes. I was hoping that Manchester City would win the game and in total they scored 16 times, luckily they scored 4 times. The first two goals in minutes 44 and 47 like they were already in hallftime. City got 3 points and they made the chance to win the championship a bit more realistic. But if Arsenal keep winning like this, it doesn't matter.
