1561  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling has killed me (money vanished) on: August 06, 2016, 09:00:34 AM
If you are a gambler you will never learn until you lose you entire bankroll in one go. Until then you will keep trying, made the same mistakes over and over again.
Only serious lose will sober you up. Op said that his money vanished - that is not entirely true - he lose that money himself.

If you want to gamble with no risk then go play with PrimeDice's faucet or something.
1562  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If gambling is illegal in your country, would you still gamble? on: August 05, 2016, 12:54:15 PM
i will not gamble if gambling is illegal in my country, but you know what, sometimes i have a strong desire for gambling and i realize that was a bad desire. so if i have got this desire, i will use vpn and play gambling by stealth mode  Grin

Here in my country our new President is not going to allow online gamble as he hates it but for sure there are my fellow countrymen they are still going to gamble online with bitcoin because their winnings they can just manage to put it on a mixer and it is not going to be traced on where did they claimed it.
So, you are talking about Philippines? What about normal real life Casinos? They are fine and your president has not problem with them?
Banning online gambling and keeping standard old school casinos around is pretty much extreme case of hypocrisy and double standards.
1563  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit Gambling. on: August 05, 2016, 12:22:00 PM
Gambling addiction is really peculiar. Because unlike other types of addictions where you can see physical changes reflected on your body (drugs, alcohol).
With gambling only your psyche is affected, which make you hard to see full extent of negativity excessive gambling brings.

Most gamblers until they hit the bottom, lose all their money (I really mean ALL money not one full salary or something) is gonna continue to gamble.
From my experience to fight gambling addiction is to not have any money on you. Give access to your wallets, accounts and fiat money to someone you trust.
1564  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice 4 🎲 | Unlimited Faucet | Huge Community | Free BTC on: August 05, 2016, 11:02:18 AM
After the new PD4 launch am experiencing lot of display problems that turn my gaming experience annoying  Undecided

Betting, either manual or auto, it's OK but site is constantly glitching (every few seconds) : monitor turns all grey (same kind of grey as the upper horizontal bar where deposit withdraw faucet buttons are located) for a second or so and then come back to normal.

This glitch (dunno if it's the correct term to use to describe this "bug") doesn't affect autobetting proper run.

Is it only me or anyone else s having same problems?

I'm quoting myself because it seems everyone misunderstood me and started talking about autobet problems.

In my previous statement , the bolded part in particular, I told my issue is kind of "visual" one: it refers to the way PD is displayed on my PC.

Again I have no problem with autobet: just it is a bit slower than previous PD3 version.
I cannot say that I encountered any glitch you depicted. For me visual side of PD4 is solid and I've never seen any graphical bug so far.
And can you share information about you machine and software? What browser you are using to access PD, are you using mobile or PC etc.?
What do you think ?
Does mobile version of the primedice has auto betting in it ?
Please read what I have written then answer.
I have written that in starting when pd4 was released it had an autobet bug which didn't stopped after pressing stop button.
On the other hand the browser which I was using is Google Crome ( Updated ) /
I have no idea what functionality mobile PD has, since I am not accessing any casino from mobile device ever.
And my answer about that graphical glitch, hopenotlate presented. And I think changing devices/browsers will most likely help to eliminate that bug.
As I witnessed similar glitches while using different browsers for various sites. Autobet issue is topic for another discussion though...

1566  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can I use my small amount for GAMBLING? on: August 05, 2016, 09:34:24 AM
How am I going to use may small btc? Can somebody hep me to use this in profitable earning here..
Its hard to decide if where can I put the risk.
Thanks..
If you find hard to risk with even 'small amount' as you said yourself. Then maybe don't try gambling in the first place?
Gambling is regarded as not good or very advantageous way you want to follow to earn money.
1567  Economy / Gambling / Re: Investing in btc casinos on: August 05, 2016, 09:29:48 AM
I am just gonna pretty much repeat what I wrote before in my older post, as it answers this question:

Serious, casino/dice sites which enable investment options:

1. https://just-dice.com
2. https://www.crypto-games.net
4. https://www.satoshidice.com
5. https://www.moneypot.com     - not exactly a casino, but bankroll investment nonetheless
6. https://safedice.com
7. https://betking.io
8. https://www.bitdice.me

You can find single one of them on our forum.
1568  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gamble small amount i win and when i gamble big i loose. on: August 05, 2016, 09:17:30 AM
Op, I don't think this is anything more that gambler's fallacy, popular misconception. There is no correlation between amount you bet and your win chance.
I assure you in long run, and after finite but very large number of repetitions you would achieve the same results with any kind of initial bankroll.

1570  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did you ever lose time from work or school due to gambling? on: August 03, 2016, 08:08:59 AM
I am no really wasting my time, my gambling activities are quite compressed. I don't sit in front of my PC and watch how Dice Bot roll for 4 hours.
It is only gambling, if you don't have luck on your side you will lose anyway, stop planning or researching new ways of throwing dice.
1571  Economy / Gambling / Re: #1 RATINGS of SPORTSBOOKS. Please post any payout delays. Input wanted from all. on: August 03, 2016, 06:54:59 AM
I am curious with directbet.eu. Why only "D"? I thought they are one of the best sports books in the bitcoin world. Can you please explain the reason why you gave them a low rating?

Directbet.eu could seize your funds whenever it pleases them then claim a double-spend. Or better still they could accuse you of a previous double spent bet that may have nothing to do with you, and then use that as an excuse to keep your coins, without showing any proof whatsoever.

Don't let their PR fool you. How any one can possibly make a profit betting against the lines they offer is beyond me. Only fools use this book.
I wanted to ask about sportsbet.io - is the case about snatching your deposit is also true in their case.
Or their -D rating is caused by some other unfavorable conditions? I thought they are fairly good.
1572  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Looking for trusted gambling sites on: August 03, 2016, 06:18:14 AM
We have many respected&trusted casinos, dice sites (it is somewhat bitcoin community favorite game) and sportbooks around.

The biggest Dice sites:

PrimeDice.com - definitely the number 1 of all bitcoin gambling, very trusted, definitely recommend.

BetKing.io - casino and dice, 2nd biggest.

and we have also Coinroll, Bitdice, SatoshiDice, Rollin and SafeDice and many more.

Casinos:

FortuneJack, Jetwin (live casino and sportsbook included), BitStarz, BitCasino.io, mbitcasino (also sportbook) and more.

Sportsbooks:

Nitrogensports.eu, sportsbet.io directbet.eu

1573  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever won a unexpected amount with a small amount ? on: August 02, 2016, 10:04:36 AM
So far I had no luck. I usually try to bet 10 mBTC in a 8 matches parlays, usually with odds over 150.
Maybe when I will be extremely bored someday I will try some some 9990x Dice.
And of course I'm buying lottery tickets every week, but so far I haven't won a single penny.
1574  Economy / Speculation / Re: Prices are falling on: August 02, 2016, 09:55:30 AM
Price dropped a little, no big deal. After long period of stability it seems that people forgot that name of the game here is volatility.
With price decline more people will try to buy bitcoin lower and price will rise again., It is standard market behavior.

However, I am curious, do we have any negative news which explain that price reduction?

Is safedice down?
No. Site is working fine. I can see bets are being processed. The error is on your side. Restart your browser or try to open the site with different one.
You can also check your internet connection, clean cache, restart router,  etc.
1576  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this what we called "addictive to gamble"? on: August 02, 2016, 08:56:27 AM
If you want to know about psychology of addiction and read some interesting facts and debunk some myth I recommend this thread:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1475232.msg14872353#msg14872353

Where some myths and misconceptions about gambling addition are being presented.
1577  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Favorite game (gambling) on: August 02, 2016, 08:29:10 AM
Yeah, but why i've bad experience with sport bet haha.on F1 2 weeks ago.and the first place is MAX haha
That is why you don't always want to play your favorite kind of casino game (or bet on your favorite sport). For example - I love Slots.
But I rarely play them nowadays, because I learned that Slot machines potentially have one of the biggest House Edge, even double digit sometimes.

1578  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling should be considered as a Sickness!! on: August 02, 2016, 08:22:24 AM
While every addiction can be called a kind of sickness. Gambling is one of the worst to diagnose along with other pure psychological ones.
There are literally zero physical symptoms of excessive gambling, and in addition to that gamblers can hide with their addiction like no others addicts can do.
Someone you know can be die hard gambler and you will never notice...
1579  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you want to become Rich you need to Put Higher bets on: August 01, 2016, 03:44:37 AM
This thread once again proves that the gambling section is where the mathematically-challenged go to die.

Go ahead OP, try placing bigger bets and see if that changes house odds or anything related to that.  But I suggest you invest a little time learning some statistics instead of asking people here.  Some of them are straight up retards.
Well, if majority of people were sane thinkers with vast knowledge about gambling, mathematics, probability, odds of winning and casino manipulations and psychology of gambling,
Then we wouldn't really have any casinos around, because from pure scientific point of view, you can earn more when you pick a penny from a pavement and keep it than play in a casino for a longer period of time.
1580  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How about this for a winning run ($7600 made this evening) on: August 01, 2016, 03:23:11 AM
Congratulations. Very impressive example of a winning streak. May I ask what are your total betting statistics?
How much ETH you have you wagered and what is your total profit?
