2 BTC != ~25$USD

Or you're very dumb, or you're looking to sell it to a dumb.
1562  Economy / Digital goods / Re: WTS Crysis 3 and Bioshock code 75ltc each on: March 15, 2013, 06:18:09 PM
Hey calm down lol

The description here is "General marketplace discussion.", so it don't qualifies Bitcoin only, BUT if you want to make sure that LTC user read that you should put on Alternate Cryptocurrencies and in the "official" LTC forum

Se elas deixaram de funcionar enquanto minerava, muito provável que acabou a vida útil delas não?

If you want to sell for Litecoin, shouldn't it be moved to Alternative Cryptocurrencies?

hmm strange,
TRC  hashrate > LTC hashrate

ASICs maybe?
1567  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Freicoin: Guess the difficulty drop, win 5500 FRC! on: March 15, 2013, 01:53:07 PM
Dying? News?

Blocks being solved. Slowly yes. What news there is you can create yourself simply by posting your own grant proposal... here http://www.freicoin.org/how-to-present-grant-proposals-t146.html . Other than that not sure what more needs to be relayed. Again... dead mean 0 blocks being solved. Till you get there FRC isn't dead. Merge Mining might be possible in future or as ASICs come online I think FRC might actually be more lucrative as the months go on. I have purchased a few used FPGAs that I will put on FRC as soon as it is no longer possible to earn BTC with them. Again SLOW is not DEAD.

And DYING is not DEAD.
1568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Built my first mining rig, just for mining LTC on: March 15, 2013, 12:46:17 PM
Is it worth it to use a such old dusty computer to mine(and counting the "external fan")?

And another thing: why your blog is asking me to execute Java?
There is a LTC miner on your site? >_>
1569  Other / Off-topic / Re: [POLL] Do you watch TV? on: March 15, 2013, 12:35:42 PM
If I see ~6hours of TV per week, this counts as a "Yes"?
I watch only "The Simpsons" or "Futurama" when I'm bored of my laptop.
1570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Freicoin: Guess the difficulty drop, win 5500 FRC! on: March 15, 2013, 12:01:45 PM
At this rate the network will die lol

Just wait and see, in a fortnight Freicoin will again be the currency of choice in here for trading DOTA STEAM  Shocked (whatever that is, a game I think)

DOTA is a game.. "defense of the ancients"

STEAM is a video game platform on Windows developed by Valve Corporation

now you know Wink

Just a off-topic note... Steam supports Mac and Linux as well, but, of course, Windows is the majority of users and games to buy.

At this rate the network will die lol

Where is your evidence to support that claim?

Considering blocks are being solved I don't see how it is 'dead' nor is it 'dying'.

Might want to think much longer term than what you are now with any alt-coin especially this one.

Well, the hashrate is a lot lower than the initial mining-pump, and there are no news from Freicoin, so to me its dying.
1571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think PPC will raise like TRC did? on: March 15, 2013, 11:49:25 AM
Maybe the first PPC bubble will raise when the protocol is secure and ready and less centralized on Sunny King.

Without reading the whole thread, what is the best, pain-free miner to use, coinotron, and where do I get it?

Thanks

Cgminer,  http://ck.kolivas.org/apps/cgminer/

Simplest command to start:
cgminer -o stratum+tcp://coinotron.com:3334 -u workername -p password --scrypt

OK,

Thanks.  Now, I click on the folder that calls itself the latest version, and what I get is a blank white page.

You don't need to enter in the versions folders, the WIndows Binaries and .tar are there.

I put it here because it kinda is a service Tongue

Move to Off-Topic maybe?

The service to request a service not related to Bitcoin.
Good Try
