1561  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: February 03, 2016, 08:54:49 AM
I think if you get addicted to gambling is your own fault. I think you have to control yourself and have to spend not all.
You have to set limits and you know how much you can spend. You just have to really look for distractions.
1562  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will be Bitcoin Price After 3 months? on: February 03, 2016, 08:50:19 AM
The Bitcoin price is in fact now very low. But I think the price will rise later.
At least I hope so. But we can never be predicted. Indeed, it is a course that is always and changed each time.
1563  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: February 03, 2016, 08:41:19 AM
Because the world is becoming more digital and include modern. But I guess some people do have cash rather because they think it is not so reliable.
Namely they find cash much finer safe there I think.
1564  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: February 03, 2016, 08:31:54 AM
I have  my small pocket money wallet online, and a hardware wallet for my savings...
I think thats the best solution in terms of security and ease of use

I keep my Bitcoin on my own PC. I find this the safest.
I have indeed heard that you can store Bitcoins to online wallets. But I myself think that it is not very reliable.
1565  Economy / Gambling / Re: How can I win big? on: January 31, 2016, 10:17:23 PM
You can win big  if you bet high.
The best strategy is to make a strategy for long-time and respect it.

This is true.
The more risk you take the bigger your reward.
So if you want to earn big, spend big.
1566  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Faucets are going to die? on: January 31, 2016, 10:12:38 PM
Addsense is just blocked by websites that have more then three ads. Or are they going to ban all faucets that use Google Addsense. Other services do also pay for displaying adds so there can be done a payment only not that high as before.

Faucets are not sites (short stay) which Adsense preferred. So it makes sense they will ban your site. If you just got faucets they may end up banning all of your accounts.
Be careful with that.
1567  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which altcoin would be bitcoins likely replacement ? on: January 31, 2016, 10:09:17 PM
It will either be Ethereum or Stellar.
Those are currently the only coins that can challenge bitcoin.
1568  Economy / Exchanges / Re: is Cryptsy about to fold over??? on: January 31, 2016, 10:05:06 PM
Thanks for suggestions. You confirmed that poloniex is a way to go as I hoped.

Poloniex is the largest altcoin trading platform now. The volume there for Ethereum is huge. It is more than all the other exchanges combined.

I've read from somewhere here in the forum that there are some kind of hack-related issues on certain accounts in PoloniEX. Just to be sure, spread your assets into 2-3 exchanges so if something comes up you're not fully hit.

Yeah never trust an exchange.
Spread your trading money on several exhanges and make sure to withdraw large stashes (every holding worth 0.5 BTC) is  withdrawn f.e.
1569  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: 21 cents per kw, Any way to mine? on: January 31, 2016, 10:01:56 PM
I pay 18 cents. It's less then you OP but it is not giving me any profit.
I feel bad i started mining al together. It cost a lot of time and no you won't get you money back.
1570  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: January 31, 2016, 09:58:01 PM
That's the problem right here. People think they can earn with gambling.
In fact they end up losing a lot of money.

Let's face it. Gambling is by no means a method to earn money for the common man.
1571  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: January 31, 2016, 09:54:13 PM
my methods are very easy, i just invest my coins into just-dice and thats it

Dice is not investing. It's a game where you will likely lose all your money.
I prefer to buy bitcoins when the price is low and that's it.
1572  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2016 crash has begun! on: January 31, 2016, 09:50:20 PM
When the prica drops, people are calling it a crash and when it goes up, it is a pump. People who are screaming this really don't know what they are talking about.

I agree there is a lot of trolling here. But the price will 'crash'  back to 300 dollars eventually.
I really got not doubt this will happen, therefore I sold most of my coins already.
1573  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Crash coming on: January 31, 2016, 09:45:37 PM
...

World trade is going off the cliff.  The Baltic Dry Index, a measure of marine freight shipping rates for bulk commodities (iron ore, grains, cement, urea fertilizer, etc.) on major shipping routes (Australia to China for example) is at an ALL TIME LOW:

"Less than containerload" shipping rates are falling too (we buy automotive spare parts from Asia).

The commodity countries are cratering (Brazil, Russia, and now even Peru).

Prudent people might want to be preparing.......

Markets are depending on the world's economy, but bitcoin should be able to survive the crash.
Since as a currency it is growing and it will keep on growing, hence we've reach our limit with the amount of transactions per sec.
1574  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your gambling stats? on: January 31, 2016, 09:42:10 PM
I am currently a loss, the first time I invest 0:01 gambling bitcoin, but now less than 0.01 bitcoin due to lose, but I hope it can be replaced later
I've also lost over 0.1 BTC in gambling but that was when I just started playing dice. Now I've learnt how to cope up with the losses and I only invest an amount that I want to gamble and the rest I hold in BTC or fiat. I do manage to even get back the losses but I haven't yet managed to make profit.

well similar to me too, i try to stop to gamble cuz i just keep lossing and lossing non stop. try dice, try poker, try sport bet, try other gamble games all loss. so now i just put my btc into investment and hope to gain some nice profit.

From what i've learned it's not safe to gamble anymore.
Or the casino stops and runs away with your money
Or you lose in betting.
1575  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: January 31, 2016, 09:39:09 PM
Only a crazy man would sell his bitcoins at current price.
Sure there is no guarantee, but it's very much unlikely we will see the price float in the 400 usd area forever.
1576  Other / Off-topic / Re: What would you like to be able to buy with BTC online? on: January 31, 2016, 09:36:55 PM
Maybe if I could buy some spare part for my old old computer here in the Locality, sad to say, there is none.

Yeah i would like to buy materials too, but it would be even better if we can buy in local stores.
Right now there is none in my village.
1577  Economy / Speculation / Re: The price is below 400$, What next? on: January 31, 2016, 09:32:11 PM
Right now the price is not important.
What's important is how we solve block size issue. It makes no sense there is no solution yet.
1578  Other / Off-topic / Re: What would you like to be able to buy with BTC online? on: January 24, 2016, 02:25:40 AM
Buying household items. These daily things are not for sell a lot at shops.
Then it's even harder to find shops where you can buy them with bitcoin.
1579  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Say goodbye to decentralization on: January 24, 2016, 02:21:09 AM
Centralization was about the happen. How is this news?
In every market where there is money to be made money will come in and take over.

The idea was bound to lose because of capitalization.

Without decentralization what is bitcoin more then any other coupon system.
Being managed by 1 party who totally controls it?

Only a madman would invest in such a thing right.
1580  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is your trading strategy? on: January 24, 2016, 02:17:50 AM
I buy a bunch of alt coins and just see what happens. I never put serious money in there incase I lose it all
For alt coins its good strategy that never put serious money in them because you can lost it all very quickly and have no option to recover

Yeah i would never pt serious money in an altcoin.
But yes altcoins are a nice way to get some extra income of your bitcoin. I never buy low volume altcoins btw

Altcoins are the best way to earn quick on trading.
Look out for news about altcoins and watch the charts.

Most altcoins which have a top 50 listing on CMC could give you a big ROI.
