Jesus Christ, this is like Retard Fest '16.

You people ought to seek out trusted members here to do deals with--none of you have any sort of reputation here and I suspect very strongly that this isn't going to end well for someone here.  It's good you're seeking out escrow but be careful, all of you.  I don't think you noobs know what you're doing.
im not a noob. Here I might be but elsewhere in not. I think OP doesn't really want to trade. I've asked him numerous times. Idk and I already messaged OGNasty just waiting on a reply.
And you have a NOOB offering to buy 4.5 btc at well above market rate.  How do you think that's going to work out?

You sir, are a NOOB here, that's what I meant.  I have a bad feeling because I used to lurk in the lending and CE sections here for entertainment and have seen many deals like this bite people in their pimply asses.  But good luck to you.

Edit:  Long day at work, backing away slowly from the currency exchange section.

*and...gone*

15783  Economy / Reputation / Re: What in heck's name happened to escrow.ms? on: February 11, 2016, 04:46:41 AM
none of escrow are true here  Huh

I don't think he scammed anyone here while he was the escrow. If this is truly the case, then he was a good escrow regardless of this news.
Yeah, there's no evidence that he did, but Jesus...can anyone be trusted here?  You just never know.  That really sucks.

Wasn't he going to use the proceeds of a sig campaign to reimburse Master-P's victims or something like that?  Seems like he was mixing honesty with extreme dishonesty.  Perplexing.
15784  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help. on: February 11, 2016, 04:42:59 AM
As the man above me has said, you can't buy your way into the trusted member's club around here, so don't try it.  Negative rep gets handed out like fucking candy on this forum.  Just be a member here, post constructively, and do some trades that you need to do (read: not to build reputation alone).  If you are able to be trusted, this will eventually show up on your feedback here.  But it takes time and there's no substitute for time.
15785  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buying BTC with paypal. on: February 11, 2016, 03:37:46 AM
It doesn't matter if you go first, it doesn't matter if you use escrow.  If you're a noob with PayPal, there's no safe way to do a deal with you.  Chargeback, son.
15786  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: My Paypal for your Bitcoins. Market for market ($66.74 available) on: February 11, 2016, 02:55:08 AM
PayPal funds received, and it's been a pleasure sir!  Thank you.
15787  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: My Paypal for your Bitcoins. Market for market ($66.74 available) on: February 11, 2016, 02:35:29 AM
.1 BTC for $38.23

Interested?

Skeptical one gets first dibs at the balance because he was in line.

(PM is fine as well.)
Can I do this if he doesn't?  Not a big deal if I can't but let me know.

I just PM'ed him my offer.

Here in about 7 minutes I'll PM you and I can do the .1 for you.
Ok, thanks.  I've never done a PayPal transaction on BCT before.  I assume everyone here is sending to you first?  I'm cool with that, but whatever your terms are is fine by me.
15788  Other / Meta / Re: It seems as though the sale of anything hacked/cracked is no longer permitted on: February 11, 2016, 02:33:40 AM
Uh, I'd like to say bravo to bct staff and fuck the carders.  For real, that sort of thing shouldn't be allowed anywhere.

Who's with me?Huh

15790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The altcoin scene is dead - 2016 is all about Blockchain 2.0 services! on: February 11, 2016, 02:15:53 AM
Well damn, if altcoins are a-dyin, we've had quite a beginning to 2016!  DOGE, the love of my life, has explodedodeed to 'round 77 satoshis and I could not be happier.  And other ones are off the charts as well.  I am not delusional for the most part, so I know the bubble might crash soon, but still.  It pays to hope.
15791  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: My Paypal for your Bitcoins. Market for market ($82 available) on: February 11, 2016, 02:11:49 AM
Can you do 0.1 or thereabouts with me?  I have met my limit on Circle for the week.
15792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Altcoin to invest in for 2016 and WHY on: February 11, 2016, 12:32:33 AM
Gonna say DOGE at this point.  I can honestly say I would never have thought DOGE would hit 100 satoshis.  It's crazy and even though it fell back quite a bit, it's still in the 70s which is amazing.
15793  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'll try to pay my dentist with BTC on: February 11, 2016, 12:30:28 AM
OP I think it's a splendid idea, but don't be surprised when you get resistance from your dentist and I would only suggest it after the dental work is done.  Dentists have the potential to inflict so much pain (anyone see Marathon Man?) that it's prudent not to haggle with what may seem like strange payment methods before the pain is inflicted.  Alternatively you can fly to my house and I will do the dental work for you.  I'm not trained in dentistry but I will take your bitcoin and there will be no haggling and I will apply the laughing gas generously.
15794  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Grandson Shoots & Decapitates Grandparents In Home Daycare on: February 11, 2016, 12:23:36 AM
Did not think this was a black guy.  Sounds totally like a white man crime, though there was that guy in Philly back in 1987 who kept bodies rotting in his apartment before he fled.  He was black and that was around the same time as Gary Heidnik in Philly.  Crazy.  Hate to admit it, but I love reading stories like this.  I'm an evil and uncaring human being, insensitive I know but not decapitate-my-fellow-human bad.  And that's not in the works either.  One must have at least a glimmer of hope.
15795  Economy / Speculation / Re: market cap of bitcoin in 2050 on: February 11, 2016, 12:20:17 AM
Hey guys. What would be a reasonable market-cap for bitcoin in 2050? At the moment, the market cap is  about 6 billion US dollars. what do you think? Smiley Smiley Smiley
you talk marketcap in 2050 and I think that year was too far away to predict marketcap.
Agreed.  Try predicting bitcoin's market cap in even 5 years.  It's all just guesswork.  We could be living in caves fighting off fucking T1000s in 2050 with bitcoin just a distant, fond memory.  Or bitcoin could be buried by DOGE by then.  You wait.
15796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Proposal: rename altcoin discussion to sour grapes discussion on: February 11, 2016, 12:15:11 AM
Lol stoat is so desperate to get rich quick, he gets wet dreams about it
I get this impression as well, but really I could give a fuck.  The only altcoin I like is doge and maybe a little Dash, but it's really just bitcoin for me.  All the rest are wannabees IMO.  But if something comes along that can challenge bitcoin--legitimately--then more power to whatever that is.  If it's ethereum, well then it's got its work cut out for itself.  It's not going to be easy to dethrone btc.
15797  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Get money by posting WITHOUT signature campaigns on: February 11, 2016, 12:12:19 AM
Meh I don't know. i guess this forum has goten so bad that nobody gives a shit anymore. I guess I was too optimistic. People can be quite greedy and stingy on this forum
Well as I shared, I'm not totally stingy but in order to give a stranger any amount of bitcoin they have to provide something in return.  I wouldn't send someone bitcoin just willy-nilly.  My opinion of 90% of the members here is that they're fucking assholes and there's not much worthy of tipping in my opinion.  So your suggestion of a tipping system in lieu of sig campaigns is a weak one.  It just ain't gonna happen--this isn't the dogecoin part of Reddit where it's a goddamn love fest.
15798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to find out what Altcoins have market value? on: February 11, 2016, 12:07:53 AM
Litecoin and DOGE maybe?  You can trade both of those with ease on all the exchanges.  The other ones?  Forget about it, the markets are thin as can be for the most part.  Even the market for Dash on Yobit is thin, though I know they're a relatively small exchange.  I don't think 99% of altcoins have a future outside of the initial pump & dump anyway so most aren't worth mining.
15799  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: newbie look for help to buy BTC on: February 11, 2016, 12:05:48 AM
How about Circle.com?  I'm not sure about what geographic restrictions they have but it's worth a shot.  They're pretty good.  Beware of people in this forum, especially those who might try to solicit business via PM.  There are tons of scammers and you need to figure out who's who and who you can trust.  Good luck.
15800  Other / Politics & Society / Re: On the long-term merits of technologic improvement on: February 11, 2016, 12:01:39 AM
I wanna add some,
Just think about future. If you don't hold place in people's hearts and minds; you will be completely forgotten in 300 years. Even everyone remembers you will be dead. So actually, life race in many ways is meaningless because we die physically also die when we don't get remembered.
Technology plays good role in second stage, uploading people into pcs. So there may be no real death.
Yes, and I like to pretend the things I do have meaning.  If I didn't have my little illusions and delusions, I would have committed suicide years ago.  I do despair for the future generations though.  I see technology bringing about a lot of really shitty things.
