1581  Economy / Economics / Re: this pandemic have made me do research on things i never tought before economy on: November 27, 2020, 11:35:27 PM
That should go to the bottom of the list. You open a country when you want to minimize further damages caused by wars and whatnot, I can see that happening in the case of the pandemic too, but it would be reallyweird to do that when the world is slowly recovering. Nonetheless, heightening the tax is not the only solution should hyperinflation ensue after the planet opens itself. They can also divvy up the taxes and lower them a little bit to cover more people paying for it.
1582  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The dangers of buying bitcoin thru Paypal - real life example on: November 27, 2020, 10:41:44 PM
Forget about "Not your keys, not your coins", they don't even let their user make profit from buy/sell Bitcoin. PayPal should emphasize that their platform aren't mean to be trading/exchange where user can buy/sell Bitcoin regularly.
It's really funny how they wanted bitcoin and not buying and selling lol and I agree they should emphasize it at first coz people are naturally into profit with cryptocurrencies. If they continue to suspend people from doing so, then I see nothing for paypal to be with any crypto, they need to stop. Now I can't stop thinking how many companies will be like this in the future  Roll Eyes
1583  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price 17000$ today on: November 27, 2020, 09:12:29 PM
Nothing new after all, if someone made a decentralized asset/currency it is natural for the price to fluctuate, what will surprise me is that the price is exaggeratedly high for no fact like a 0 use-case coin. Anyways, the major price decline is expected as the price will correct itself, it is noticeably happening every time bitcoin is making a high gains in a short time period. I'm expecting the price to be at $20K $25K this year, hopefully it does.
1584  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Which bitcoin exchanges are offering leverage? on: November 26, 2020, 10:01:19 PM
I am search for bitcoin exchanges that offers leverage. Which ones do offer leverage?

I have checked this ones and none of them had leverage

Bitfinex, bitstamp, binance.

Bybit
FTX
Binance
eToro
Prime XBT
Plus500
BitMEX
Deribit

Source: https://www.hedgewithcrypto.com/cryptocurrency-leverage-exchange/

Bitmex is the most known ones when it comes to margin/leverage.
Well maybe because they are the very first exchange that introduced the margin trading, but now I think the leading is the Binance, I'm not promoting them but it feels like Binance is more friendly than Bitmex when it comes to trading I don't know why  Huh however if you're not aware of leverage trading you might want to read some threads about leverage trading, look the guy above he lost $10K that he made in 2 years lmao
1585  Economy / Economics / Re: Paypal bought up to 70% of all the newly mined bitcoin recently on: November 26, 2020, 08:04:21 PM
Personally, I think that this is one of the most amazing news that I have heard lately. Paypal bought bitcoin when price was very high, between 15-19K USD. I guess there are very smart people behind the Paypal and their results prove everything.
It is amazing til you get banned for trading cryptocurrencies lol there is a man recently that was suspended for winning trades in paypal such as buying low and selling high, now paypal is asking for this user to explain how these things went and did not actually believe that it is easy to pull that up with crypto trading lmao.

If they bought bitcoin in so high prices, this means they have a huge expectation that price will rise or at least not dramatically fall. Also, this action is another alarm that shows society that PayPal is seriously interested and there is an increased demand on supply from such company. Logically, this should cause a price rise. And you know what? PayPal plans to develop and implement more crypto services, so, the very exciting year comes up for crypto world.
Besides they are taking this too far, buying at this ridiculously high prices might turn the table down for them, it is not always inclining, people might dump every bitcoin they have but I believe the trust they are putting into bitcoin will grow and be seen as opportunity by other companies.
1586  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Do You Want For Christmas? on: November 26, 2020, 07:11:59 PM
I'm quite sure that people will be celebrating the Christmas at home since we are not yet allowed to go outside at least in my country, so I'm expecting people would be more engage in online activities such as gambling. Online casinos should be thinking of a gimmick by now on how to attract these people, Christmas bonuses and other promos is a must if you want to be filled by players. Me, I just want a bonus for playing casually  Cheesy
1587  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Real purpose of Bitcoin on: November 26, 2020, 06:05:46 PM
No! Bitcoin is not losing it's original purpose of existence, investments and other activities that involves Bitcoin is just a kind of adoption because people feel convenient that way.
Well that was the very point, if you read the bitcoin's whitepaper it isn't made for holding investment but rather a currency that should be widely used because it is convenient. That was the very purpose of bitcoin written by Satoshi, but then he made it decentralized and we know how people would react on it so it began to be an investment.

As a new form of payment system the Legendary Satoshi Nakamoto has not failed it's community nor the community to the founder because what has started has been there for years and counting. Bitcoin payments are becoming more visible compared to past previous years as the community and countries are started to embrace Bitcoin as a new payment method at the same time as an asset to some investors.
I can agree, bitcoin is widely recognized in the world, more visible in payment methods anywhere but the thing is people don't really use it that much, I assume people is hesitant in spending bitcoin. I think it'll be years for bitcoin to be in the main system of payment.
1588  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blocking accounts by PayPal for crypto activity on: November 26, 2020, 05:15:06 PM
I didn't think we'd encounter this as early as they introduced it, like what? a month ago? I thought things are better with crypto being with paypal but it turns out that it won't be a good one. I'm telling you guys this is just the first, more people will be accused soon as more people will move to paypal buying and selling cryptos. In decentralized network you don't owe anyone an explanation  Roll Eyes
1589  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does Bitcoin's crucial year teaches us? on: November 25, 2020, 08:26:23 PM
What made this year for bitcoin to be in crucial situation is because of the pandemic, I honestly didn't expect bitcoin to reach this high since the world is on trial with the pandemic but bitcoin did the unexpected and that teaches us all that it is not really predictable. Yearly bullrun isn't real, it is a mindset of people that bullrun is real, if that makes sense. The year is nearing to an end, where do you see bitcoin in the end?
1590  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker Probability on: November 25, 2020, 06:46:42 PM
Knowing these probabilities might be helpful to assess your exact chances of beating the opponent, however, I don't see much point in memorizing or copying them somewhere and keeping in sight during the game (maybe if you're a beginner). The thing is - if you're a regular player you realize all that intuitively. For instance, I never had a clue what's the probability of being dealt a pair or three of a kind, but it has always been obvious that the latter one is much cooler Cheesy

On the contrary, I think that some kind of dynamic probabilities may come in handy. I mean some kind of guides or calculators (even better) that would show you how the probabilities of holding a certain card will change depending on your decisions (especially useful when you decide whether or not to discard your cards, and if yes - which ones), because in this case, things might be less apparent. Sadly, I've never seen anything of the like.
Remember that sometimes it doesn't depends solely on the cards sometimes bluffing and other strategies do matter on most of the circumstances.
They have this quote in poker, " don't bluff the fools " which literally says the thing with not so much a player of poker, bluffing them might just result to your end coz they understand less of the bluffing strategies. But in cases like professional poker, psychology that includes gestures and eye contact is the most crucial but most effective one. This is why I love poker   Cheesy

I don't have to memorize all of this too but it comes in handy if you're that genius or if you have much time thinking what are the other cards of your opponent is holding which I think is very rare to happen.
Whenever I play poker, I play safe most of the time, don't be a wishful thinker coz it will ruin you almost everytime. You just have to be wary of the in and outs from the card.
1591  Economy / Economics / Re: Effective Covid-19 vaccine found on: November 25, 2020, 05:05:36 PM
This vaccine is not provin to be effective and highly possible that the patient will experience long term side effects.

Market will still strive but as we see bussines are slowly opening and going back.

What a load of BS? Three different vaccines have undergone Phase 3 trials, with more than 90% efficiency (BNT162 from Pfizer/BioNTech, mRNA-1273 from Moderna and Sputnik V from the Gamaleya Research Institute). Now how can you say that the effectiveness is not proven?
Effectiveness is proven from the trials, but it does not mean to be effective in the long run. And still we aren't sure what it will do to you when it stays long in the body, doctors cannot see this until someone gets it.

And do you have any proof regarding this "long term side effects"? I am sure that when the vaccine becomes available, you will be the first in line to purchase it.
There haven't reports yet since it is still on trial, but it would be very good if it does not show any side effects in long term. I hope it will be available as soon as the 2021 enters, we need some world good news, 2020 has been very bad to us.
1592  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Rumours that Bitcoin was created in Russia on: November 25, 2020, 03:52:29 PM
I would have expected the new theories to claim that Bitcoin was created in the Wuhan laboratories.
lmao I won't be surprised if people started to talk about Lucy in the movie named Lucy to be the creator of the bitcoin coz she literally said she's everywhere which bitcoin will be soon  Grin

But frankly speaking, it is futile now to talk about the creator of bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto, since the whole network is decentralized, let us just pretend that he didn't make the bitcoin itself but just discovered it and made the first transaction and sent to his friend Hal.
1593  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best way for Hodlers to sell their BTC's at new ATH's? on: November 24, 2020, 08:26:43 PM
Why would you send thousands of bitcoin in centralized exchange if you don't want your information to be disclosed? I mean if I got 1000 bitcoins I'll make hundreds of transaction to avoid being seen at least by these block snipers lol and as far as I know there are limits on account with centralized exchanges that's why they have this verification, I don't know how much exactly but a user who is non verified can only have 1btc in total, for example.
1594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Argentina raises Gambling tax on: November 24, 2020, 07:46:40 PM
That is good news for CRYPTO GAMBLING.
How is this a good news? LOL

Now gamblers are going to have a good reason to abandon traditional casinos and play at crypto currency sites which won't raise any taxes on them.
For Argentina it won't be good. The government thinks they are going to increase their income from taxes, but in fact it can be quite the opposite, as gamblers tend to look for another gambling methods, such as the clandestine ones or crypto casinos.
If you only read the OP's post you'll understand that it will cover any gambling and that includes the online gambling and betting. This will be effective in as early as  the 2021 enters, this means that gamblers in Argentina will pay additional 5% for taxes in online and conventional gambling platforms. The only good news I can think of is that people will hesitate to gamble, instead some of them will just use it in more useful way.
1595  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: To be Fair I think bitcoin will go highest highs and then will collapse on: November 24, 2020, 06:52:25 PM
I can agree, as much as I can think of what people will do to their bitcoin when it reaches its peak. Bitcoin is seen as an investment for many people, usually new to crypto space coz that's the way they perceive it and that is most of people in the crypto space introduce it to them. Bitcoin price will decline once it reaches the peak, let's say around $23K, early next year will be a bloodbath coz people will sell their bitcoins after gaining 2x or 3x, just my conclusion.
1596  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price From 0$ on: November 23, 2020, 06:17:58 PM
It's just incredible how bitcoin did a huge bounce from $1 to $10 within 4 months and then the same from $100 to $1000. The fifty thousands this year (2021) seems too promising. If we reach 25-30k I would be happy. We should not be that optimistic and consider the possibility of dropping some thousands of dollars on its price. Although, I believe that 4 digits have passed their era.
50K is too optimistic price for bitcoin this year though it is always possible to go up there but I think the obstacle for that price is too difficult for these times still. Not to be pessimist but I can only $25k this year, that's the max price for me this year however it would be very good if it reaches $30k.

Full your wallets! We all know how millionaires will look in a decade.
The best suggestion we could say to anyone asking what is bitcoin  Cheesy
1597  Economy / Economics / Re: I tried money making apps! on: November 22, 2020, 11:53:03 PM
Money-making applications only work if the person using it is dedicated and committed into playing with it, if the person is like me who wants easy money however, we'll have a problem because that is basically the complete opposite of the earning method with these apps, time and effort. And even when they do pay its not that big than a regular job, so do these at your own pace and risk.
1598  Economy / Economics / Re: BlackRock’s CIO Says Bitcoin Could Replace Gold on: November 22, 2020, 11:29:05 PM
Glad to see more important figures getting the big idea about bitcoin. Banking figures, Government officials, and now big-time investors are trying to join the bitcoin movement and it will only be time until the world understands the true power of the coin made by Satoshi. Bitcoin has more than history to back itself unlike Gold that has history written all over it. This means that for the first time, we'll have a valuable asset that also has great applications
1599  Economy / Economics / Re: Here is why btc will die as a crypto on: November 22, 2020, 10:23:04 PM
Bitcoin's fees are indeed high for no good reason at all. And that is the price people pay for pumping it. But in this situation you can create some workarounds to avoid paying that huge of an amount. Always check your mempool first so you find out your available options to choose from instead of whining about how high bitcoin's transaction fees.
1600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Gang uses crypto for illegal purposes on: November 22, 2020, 10:17:56 PM
Everything is a conspiracy against their country anyway,so wht makes this issue so different? Besides, cryptocurrency is basically intended for these purposes so it is to no surprise that you will see someone laundering their money. It is what they use the money that they won. Or if they've got the money through legal means. And a Gambling Gang? For reals?
