Lens are going to play their home match against Monaco before Marseille play an away match against Lyon. If Lens win their match and take the second spot back from Marseille this might cause Marseille players to feel some pressure over their shoulders. Because the fight for the second spot is going on really fierce now and this match is a quite challenging one for them as well. Lyon are even the closest side to the win considering the betting odds right now. I'm quite surprised with that though.

Because there is a huge point difference between them now in the standings. Maybe Lyon's being in a really good shape is also an important factor playing a role in these odds. Besides there is another interesting information about these two. Marseille couldn't beat them in away matches in the league since 2007. This is a huge record and I wouldn't take the risk of betting on Marseille while Lyon are doing well recently too.

Milan's odd is even less than Inter for the Champions League title now. However there isn't a big difference as well. I mean the gap is only 1.00. Bookmakers are also waiting for a close matchup like me. Maybe I expect Milan to advance but their job won't still be easy. Because you all remember how they eliminated Napoli in the latest round. To tell the truth, Napoli were better playing side in both legs but they still couldn't make the comeback needed. I understand the first leg as there wasn't Osimhen. But still nothing changed after he returned for the rematch as well.

Milan and Inter played really competitive matches against each other in the Serie A this season. I think they will both carry the same ambition to the Champions League as well. But if Milan can find a way to eliminate a strong Napoli then they can do it against Inter too in my opinion.

This week is really critical for Dortmund indeed. Because they can have another opportunity to even take the lead or equalize the points with Bayern Munich at least. Because playing against Mainz with tired players won't be an easy task for Bayern Munich tomorrow. It is going to be an away match and Mainz are one of the teams still maintaining a goal in the season. They are challenging for a Europa Conference League spot now and they are pretty close to the position as well by only two points.

These things all sound like Bayern Munich can really lose points this week but we will see. They are still a disciplined team and they might be able to focus on the Bundesliga directly despite being eliminated by Manchester City new. I would like to see Dortmund taking the lead and becoming the champions instead to tell the truth.

Roma v Feyenoord is also going on really amazing. Feyenoord are very close to eliminating Roma as they have just scored the equalizer with a header. Igor Paixao can really save the day for Feyenoord without carrying the match to extra time. Roma are really desperate to score now. Their opponent scored a goal out of only 2 shots in the second half. 1 shot on target which resulted in a goal as well. This would be a big disappointment for Roma if they get eliminated like this before their supporters.

Roma need to play all-out-attack at this point as they have nothing to lose. I think still both sides deserve to be in the semi finals but let's see if Feyenoord will be able to have their revenge on Roma - the Conference League finale.

This is another interesting information about this situation. Let's say that they decided to change the decision once more and called it final. And they did this after the beginning of next season. In that case what will happen to Juventus if they qualify for the Champions League group stage now? Will they be removed from the tournament if they are out of top 4 again in the previous season? If such thing happens then it would be very frustrating for the team I assume.

Because it would feel like they are toying with Juventus by changing the decision three times in total. To tell the truth, I hope Juventus don't experience such thing once again.

I don't agree with the opinion that Barcelona aren't actually strong this season. Yes Real Madrid have been really inconsistent in the league so far but it would be unfair to Barcelona if we overlook their high effort. They lost only twice after all those matches and they didn't draw with their opponents so many times either. While they are the second most scoring team they have conceded only 9 goals in 29 matches in the league. Especially the defensive performance is really insane I think.

Barcelona's only problem is with their playing really bad in Champions League matches. Xavi still can't find a solution to this problem but I believe in them to do better next season there as well.

I wish Zinedine Zidane accepted a possible offer from PSG in the summer. But I don't give that much chance to happen as long as he continues to wait for a job offer from France national team instead. Didier Deschamps still has three more years on his contract with France right now. I don't know if France are thinking of parting ways with him either. There were some speculations about such thing to happen in the future but I didn't hear any update about this speculation later on.

I think Deschamps is doing good for now and France don't need a change. Maybe this situation can pave the way for PSG to sign Zidane for the job. But it depends on whether PSG act very fast about changing their current manager or not.

I also agree that the finale is likely to be between Manchester City and Milan. Manchester City are already dominating the Champions League to tell the truth. Their performance against Bayern Munich also has been very lovely. Haaland is a beast as always and he continued to score from where he left. He had the same thing again. He was a little ineffective before but he scored a really impressive goal later on and drew the attention to himself right away. Bayern Munich supporters were booing him while he was being subbed off.

When it comes to Milan I must admit a fact about them. They actually don't play that impressive now. Their performance against Napoli in both legs wasn't that much good. But still they found out a way to eliminate Napoli anyway. Napoli must have become the victim of their inexperience in the Champions League. I don't think Milan can fight against Manchester City that much if this finale is seen.

Inter de hak ettiği bir şekilde tur atlamasını bildi.

I see there is a Sevilla - Villarreal match as well on this Sunday. Sevilla are already in a much safer position from the relegation area now. But this doesn't mean that they don't need to care about the rest of their fixtures much. Unlike that they had better get a decent result in this one to consolidate their presence in the La Liga for this season. Yeah they have a Europa League match waiting for them as well. As there is going to be a two-day break the player might get quite tired.

But I still want to give them a chance about not losing here at least. Their previous match against each other ended up with a 1-1 draw. Sevilla didn't perform very well though as they had only 1 shot on goal. But maybe they can improve this in this match.

It looks like there is a possibility for Jose Mourinho to become PSG's next manager in the summer. It is a speculation for now of course but I wouldn't be surprised if it happens as well. Galtier is most likely to get sacked by the end of the season before anything else. This would be the right thing to do for PSG as well of course. Because it must be obvious that he doesn't have a good chemistry with this team. This led them to be eliminated in the Champions League quite early at the same time.

In addition to that I've been hearing about news like Galtier might get prison sentence due to using bad language to the Muslim players in the squad. This can even affect his general career really badly. We would find out the result about this situation soon I guess.

There was going to be a really lovely match to be played this Saturday if it wasn't postponed due to FA Cup. I mean a Manchester United v Chelsea match.

Manchester United are continuing to take big steps for consolidating their presence in top four every week. Their performance againt Nottingham the last time was really marvelous I mean. While Tottenham are continuing to make simple mistakes Manchester United can really benefit from this opportunity. On the other hand Chelsea are having one of the worst seasons for themselves in the recent years. I wouldn't have given them much chance to get even one point if the match was played at the weekend. The season has ended for them in the league already.

Both of Napoli and Milan are focused mainly on the Champions League at the moment. They are playing the second leg of the draw against each other right now as well. Napoli seem quite dominant for now but it is still 0-0 while we are getting close to the end of the first half. If Giroud was able to score that penalty Milan would have been even more advantageous now. This is really interesting me on one hand. Because Napoli have been much more impressive than Milan in general this season.

However in the Champions League Napoli can't play that much comfortable against Milan. Maybe this is due to being experienced as well but I don't know. There was a match Napoli destroyed Liverpool home in the group stage for example.

It was still near impossible for Real Madrid to catch up with Barcelona I think. Because Barcelona just didn't want to make the usual effort in the latest matches as they were already very comfortable in the league. If Real Madrid were even able to benefit from those chances I don't think Barcelona would have continued to play in the same way later on. I mean Barcelona would have sensed the threat and improved their performance to a high level once again. They wouldn't like to lose this title easily.

This weekend there is going to be a match in Camp Nou between Barcelona and Atletico Madrid by the way. Barcelona are obviously favourite but let's see if they will care about the match that much. Because the gap with Real Madrid is still too big now. I wouldn't bet on Barcelona in this situation.

İstatistiksel açıdan çok ortada bir maçtı. Hem Trabzonspor hem de Beşiktaş'tan gol beklentisi (diğer adıyla xG) fazla yüksek değildi ve hemen hemen aynıydı. Aslında bu maçı Beşiktaş'ın kazanmasını beklerdim çünkü Trabzonspor'un ligde pek de bir amacı kalmamıştı. Beşiktaş ise her ne kadar Fenerbahçe'ye kıyasla daha da uzak olsa da şampiyonluk yarışının matematiksel olarak içindeydi. Hala öyle gibi görünse de gerçekçi olursak artık böyle bir şansı yok diyebiliriz. Fenerbahçe'nin bile var mı orası tartışılır çünkü biraz da Galatasaray'ın hata oranına bağlı olacak.

If Atalanta manage to win against Fiorentina today then this is going to be really bad for Juventus. Because the gap between in the standings will be 7 points and it will be much more difficult for Juventus to keep up for a spot in the Europa Conference League. I might understand the loss against Lazio a little despite that bad performance but Juventus shouldn't have played that much bad against Sassuolo which led to another loss. They just gave many chances to Atalanta to get away from them more.

However right now Fiorentina look like the better playing side against Atalanta. If they increase the level of pressure in the second half then they can manage to turn the match around. But actually Fiorentina don't have much goal left for this season so I still doubt that possible comeback. But who knows maybe they can do this anyway thanks to their amazing form in the recent times.

Juventus gained a really important advantage by winning 1-0 over Sporting. However the game we watched there wasn't very satisfying for Juventus. Because they were quite under pressure by their opponent and they should even consider themselves lucky to get this win anyway. I didn't expect Sporting to play this much comfortable in Turin to tell the truth. Hence I feel like Sporting wouldn't waste another chance in their home stadium. They should be able to be even more effective there.

Juventus will need to care about their defending much more than anything in that one. They should do the thing they do the best normally - defending an advantage to the end. I feel like they will make it as well.
