It is very difficult to find a good Signature campaign now. I follow such criteria as the idea of the project itself, Bounty manager, funds allocation and the number of participants.

There are usually two options why the coin is not listed on CoinMarketCap - it either finished ICO not so long time ago and the coin will be listed in a near future or the project is listed only on small exchanges and it doesn't plan to hit top exchanges.

It depends greatly on the project you participated in. If it is not really promising and it didn't raise much funds, it might be better to sell it's coins. I try to participate in campaigns of the projects I really like, so I try to hold my Bounty reward.

I've been participated in many Bounty campaigns and some campaigns were not honest with the participants. Some of them cutted the Bounty pool, changed the Bounty allocation or never paid at all. It is great such campaigns are met seldom.
