Please keep this quality coin away from trash exchanges. Cryptsy or mintpal only plz. Yeah they made the mistake already look at where it is listed ... cryptorush.. the weirdest platform out there.. On another note, this really is an exciting coin... If you already own, probably best to wait for a bigger exchange to take this coin. Cryptsy will likely take it within the next 2 or 3 days. You can't day trade this at cryptorush.in, its just has too much lag. |

Managed to buy 30000 at around .00001300 about ten hours ago. Then another 30000 at around .00002000. Any ideas exactly how high this thing can go once it gets on a more reputable exchange?
Let's hope this goes AuroraCoin like ballistic! Actually, realistically, AuroraCoin only has like 100,000 coins mined. So it is very easy for the devs to manipulate the price. That's actually what happened, so even at $71, it takes only $71,000 to keep the price where it is at. MZC is different in that there are more coins out there. It looks like there is a bit of a spring starting to build up - the BTC's are starting to flow in...  The only thing holding down this coin is the crappy exchange where it is traded. I tweeted @mintpalexchange to get this coin onboard quick. Looks like MZC/BTC pair is under maintenance.... last price was .000025 BTC ... not bad since yesterday it was like .000005 ... up 5 times. |

So you're telling me all I need to do to make a ton of money is: - Create a clone coin.
- Set it to low reward/high difficulty.
- Premine the majority of it and keep those coins out of circulation (and make up a good reason for premining so many to avoid negativity).
- Get the coin onto an exchange/CoinMarketCap.
- Let people gawk over the value (due to the fact there are so many coins in existence but not in circulation, therefor locking in that higher price due to the inability for the public to dump it).
- Coin price will skyrocket due to the stable high price and huge market cap (due to all the premined coins).
Who knew it was so easy? I'd be willing to bet we'll see a few more coins do this before people catch on. Maybe I should get into coin development... In 2008 Iceland experienced the following: -All 3 national banks failed -Their currency halved in value I think that people are hoping that Auroracoin will be the first case of a country with currency problems adopting a cryto-currency over its fiat currency. If it works it will pave the way for other countries with currency problems to do the same thing. Auroracoin may do for a country what Bitcoin did for the world and I think people just want to be part of it. If you want a coin that has serious potential... MazaCoin... Official coin of a sovereign Indian nation. Think about it, in the U.S. , Indian reservations have their own sovereignty like other nations. In short, this a coin that is official! If/when this coin goes up a ton, I feel we should create a means to donate to the Lakota people. They only premined 50 million coins which is way too little in my opinion. I'd like to see them do MUCH better.
That's why I am trying to convince them that they should cut the mining only up to 125 million coins and then go down to 50 coins per block. That way they get around 40% of all coins. I think the original developer was a complete idiot in designing the subsidy. Are you in contact with them? I think the numbers you put forth would be a bit too drastic as that would result in an instamine for the early adopters. But I would like something worked out where the Lakota get much more. I think you need to take a look at the block-explorer. After the 50 million coins that were mined, the difficulty shot through the roof. In fact the difficulty now is completely ridiculous! You barely get enough coins with a 1 THs miner... which honestly is crazy for a coin less than a month old. |

What does national ids have to do with MazaCoin? Airdrop type coins - AUR and Maza both need national ids to prevent fraud of multiple claims. It's not an Airdrop type coin.
