1581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's the trends of altcoins in 2019? on: January 07, 2019, 09:57:05 AM

Its going steady on its range and spikes every bit just as how its doing for weeks now. I'm not sure if the bear is already done but it had squeze the life of the bounty hunters who holds coins already so I think there will be a tag of war  of bulls and bears in months til something matures along the way like the ETF.
1582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you think things does not work out as you planned, remember this guy!!! on: January 05, 2019, 05:46:49 PM
If he had it today, he would have gotten more than he regretted. I'd buy that 1700 BTC of his for $10 today if he still has it.
There are also tokens that I have sold before which by now I have regretted so its not just him who had the thoughts of not dumping the stash he shouldn't dump.
but I think he bought back some of it already, this happend 2011.

1583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Courage for cryptocurrency participants on: January 05, 2019, 03:26:12 PM

If you believe on what will happen in the future which blockchain will soon be adopted anywhere, I think you will always stay on crypto industry. Those who were here long enough had seen this market crawl but still stand back up stronger than what is was before. It will continue to do so because one day you'dd see your portfolio worth more than you thought.
1584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS? - The better Ethereum? on: January 04, 2019, 04:03:54 PM

I could say EOS is almost like ETH, I find it better which lead me to believe the reason why some dapps move to EOS. In terms of price of course its ETH that make its way up but for its technology I think EOS can be as great as ETH due to its scalability and interoperability. At short period of time they already got tons of dapps with them.
1585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟[ANN]ATLANT Real Estate Platform| 🌟🌟 on: January 04, 2019, 12:28:27 PM
so okex delisted atlant permanently? but talks was about that they just hyde atl from visible screenplace or something like that.
Yes they did. There is no okex again from what we can see on ATL's market
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/atlant/#markets

What's the point to hide ATL in a exchange?

i do not know. you should ask that in telegram chat. there was an explanation about that. there was much noize when okex announced that.

If its an exchange like okex that said so then I think I can understand why they say so. But I don't think its a good idea to just store your altcoin on the exchange. Its either you set up the sell order and keep trading it on the exchange or move it to a personal wallet of yours to hold.

If hitbtc freeze your account, you must have something there. They were distributing TRX and some other altcoins to users which could be valuable someday.
1586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH return to 1000 USD after hardfork? on: January 03, 2019, 07:01:09 PM
I'm still not sure if after Hardfork ETH prices have risen to 1000 USD,
but if it goes back to 200 to 300 USD I still believe,
but that does not mean ETH cannot return to the price of 1000 USD <only in the near term I think it is very difficult, different if it has been 1 to 2 years, I don't think that is impossible.

It won't go that high in short period of time just because of the fork. It will always take another months or year before it could double. But since we are in the verge of crypto begin adopted in the real world, we might be experiencing it. Truly it would be interesting to see what government and regulation body will do if its going to make a lot of people wealthier than ever.
1587  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi's lesson on: January 03, 2019, 06:47:39 PM

Good Point. He still changed the world. What I find a lot interesting about Satoshi is that he is good in keeping himself private and doesn't really need fame after all.

theymos actually brought up a good point on how Satoshi had an idea and made it possible through hardwork and dedication. People also need to use what Satoshi had taught us in our personal lives, we must learn that we won't be going anywhere without putting up the work to reach our goals. Satoshi identified what is missing in our world and made Bitcoin as a solution. I personally consider this something how business minded people work he himself brought in a new kind of market just by with his idea and influence this crypto market didn't even existed since other coins like Litecoin, ETH, Dogecoin came along.

They said Bitcoin was created to fight the 2008 crisis. If indeed true then it is on the way of solving all these along with all the Altcoins.
1588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum proof of stake on: January 02, 2019, 01:38:44 PM

Don't they have any other mechanism?

Or they just let it happen that those who just have few ETH to stake will of course receive few % and those with huge amount gets more. The beauty I think of POS is that less users are going to sell their ETH which could result to higher value.
1589  Economy / Speculation / Re: Yearly All Time Lows For BTC on: January 02, 2019, 01:22:19 PM

You can already foresee what could happen in the future as of course price continue to go up as it grows old. So are the rest of the altcoins actually if you will track them too. I can't imagine how much money I will have later if I invest at every low but definitely I'd be richer.
1590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ETH founder Vitalik Buterin about to join Waves Platform? on: January 01, 2019, 06:37:09 PM

I wouldn't be surprise if Vitalik does join to a project developed by another Russian. Both  are successful  project anyway. The two  could work on and collaborate like having one regulatory system right now that can  identify which are scam projects  from now on.  Collaboration will always work to make things better.
1591  Economy / Securities / Re: Investors on BitcoinTalk on: January 01, 2019, 04:49:49 PM

I never got into this security section, I think because I'm mostly  on Announcement section of the forum to check about new projects. I guess its just me  being a bounty hunter that never really look  into places that are unknown to me. But now I know where to go with the idea I have for a crypto  business.
1592  Economy / Services / Re: [WANTED] Bloggers / Content Writers - The Coin Radar on: January 01, 2019, 04:23:15 PM
How much are you paying per article?
I have published most of the article I did on medium and steemit like the rest who joined the blog bounty in this forum. The tokens we receive I believe is worth which is why joining bounty campaigns is much  preferred by some of us. If bounty hunters only receive about $25/article, they  may  not feel the worth.
1593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum set for January spike on: December 30, 2018, 04:28:15 PM
Hopefully this beautiful plan is truly realized at the beginning of 2019 and from this, hopefully it can improve the interest of the community to invest in eth.

I hope so. Or could this be jusst a trick again?

The last time they forked BCH all the coins were dragged down to blood bath again. I'm wondering if it could happen to this ETH fork too. I'm not really sure if I will believe all the news coming out these days. Price hasn't grow much after weeks.
1594  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will waves price touch $5 by the end of this 2018? on: December 29, 2018, 03:06:23 PM
There is the need for more developers to  jump into wavesplatform to create their projects. If  WAVES can do what EOS did such as supporting  the teams who are developing projects in the platform, price of WAVES will pump itself. With maybe 100 tokens in the flagship of WAVES, $5 is gonna be achieved easily.
1595  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should i hold my token? on: December 29, 2018, 02:51:25 PM
i have 3124 descrow tokens, i am ranked top 90, in top 1000 holders from etherscan data, will it be worth to hold for another year or should i just sell it right away when it hits the exchanges, if you guys know a coin that performed an ico a 1 - 2 years ago that would be appreciated, i want to see where it's now.

I don't see any descrow token listed anywhere.

If you believe on the project to be of use in the future then maybe it will have a good price. One indication that it will have a good price is to check whether it has a trading volume.  I'd dump it if I see volume less than $10k because it may really not have  much support.
1596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: December 29, 2018, 02:38:40 PM
Why is ripple going to diverge Bullish in the next 12 hours?

...

I thought it'd take 14 hours, oh my... thanks for letting us know! Roll Eyes

Jokes aside, I agree with your points, but you can't put a time counter on this!

By 12th hour he might be dumping his stash.

While there are lots of good news to see from the updates of some notable people, XRP isn't going  to rise abruptly just because of it. There are always sell orders for XRP which can bring  the price down.  If there ain't a bullrun yet, I suggest not to invest to XRP, do it when the obvious is happening  in real time.
1597  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: A New Project for 2019 on: December 29, 2018, 02:22:01 PM
How many of you use Metamask wallet please?

Not a lot of us use it. Your website looks good but then there is no way to validate information of the team members. If you are to ask for funds, you would want people to know where the funds go and you have to at least show beta version of your product to make it legit.

You can gain trust if you add your experiences in your profile, like which company you have worked for.
1598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: about 80 coins on top 100 look good to buy on: December 29, 2018, 02:12:08 PM

It does look good for  those who wants to dump actually. What look good for investors  is if the price dips to its very low because that is when they can buy at such a cheap price. Price of ETH few weeks ago was $90, that should have been the price that looks good to buy. If you are a holder anyway, you can buy now and wait.
1599  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SexyCam.red - A potentially scam project running a fake signature campaign on: December 28, 2018, 03:57:08 PM
Seems they have paid the signature, we can find the transaction here:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/155LPUwLOZCPcX62XPdysPEdWgNwnpzcMs5JP6xblZQY/edit#gid=1134809742

The Signature campaign seems to be legit, for the project is your call.

There were some projects years ago that also did a signature campaign and paying BTC to its participants but still turned scam after all the things they did.
But lets not quickly judge this project. Maybe you guys who joined the campaign can ask who are the people behind this project first. That is is they don't mind revealing Smiley

1600  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can we make Crypto go viral? on: December 28, 2018, 03:35:43 PM

One reason why a cryptocurrency can go viral is if it has a reason to exist and if the price is a lot higher than the average newly created crypto. It doesn't often happen but I happen to be here when MNX was launched and it quickly goes up, this is because they do have a banking system of their own and the timing of which the bullrun is coming as well. Also if the team is quite backed by known individuals in the crypto sphere.
