Dude, those are some pretty fine submissions you have there. All the particulars have been updated, bud.

That's one out of five needed, your other post on the other tread didn't count because that particular campaign has ended, this being a revised campaign. You still need 4 more qualified submissions to earn 1 PAQ, bud.

Great, another 11-count submission which you're only getting created for 10 toward a 1 PAQ reward, the extra one good toward earning another PAQ if/when the YouTuber embraces our program.

All particulars have currently been updated.

Please inform me if any errors on my part need addressing, for I'm only non-human.

You're getting closer, bud. You now only need to submit 18 more YouTube channels not previously submitted and you'll earn 2 PAQs. I bet you're countin' the money now, eh?

I've yet to include your name on the list here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1858841.msg19917362#msg19917362 - till you reach the 20-count plateau, with apologies.

So that all the efforts you've put in to date was for not, I'm indexing this reply on the first page so that all your submissions are locked in, enabling others from submitted your qualified entries.

Bruno (Chinese name: Luŏ Xióng; 裸熊)

Good news and bad news: Your qualified count has reached 20, but two of your submissions are invalid due to be already being submitted. You still need to submit 10 qualified YouTube channels so to earn 1 PAQ. Your name has been included on the list - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1858841.msg19917362#msg19917362 - now having a locked-in PAQ ID position. Thanks, bud.

Someone knows something if we will get the money in here

The class action will result in a lot of the money going to the lawyers. Investors who registered in time will get peanuts and those that did not register in time will get diddly-squat

Only if the Pauldemort returns from China to face the music can he return ALL the investors money. That in itself will be hard not only because he has vanished but also because apparently (someone mentioned here) the database containing everything was deleted. So even if the Pauldemort becomes a born again Christian and repents, barring a miracle it will be near-on impossible for us all to get back what was stolen.

Since the database was deleted, how is it even humanly possible for the receiver et al. to determine which claims are valid? Surely, a multitude of bogus claims were submitted especially after it was revealed that the database no longer existed, allowing all kinds of photoshopping et al. to take place in most likly successful attempts to fool the receiver, ergo all valid claimants will eventually receive less than expected if no nefarious claims were approved. And, a bad actor receiver could just as easily submit his very own bogus claims upon viewing firsthand exactly what docs were submitted, gleaming only the most convincing ones to photoshop a seemingly valid claim(s), whereupon only the judge (no other oversight committee, etc.) would have to stamp their approval, a formality given that he or she's on the clock, wanting to get home as soon as possible after putting in a long day's work of donnin' a black robe.

Show me a righteous receiver, and I'll show you an almost two-inch long Lugan dick (three inches if it's hard - don't worry ladies, I make up for that shortcoming with my four-inch tongue and Trump-esque fingers  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes accompanying a little dirty talk).

You, too, submitted 11 entries instead of only 10, but unlike SidneyLu's submissions, you included duplicates highlighted above. I've indexed your post on the first page so that it's searchable, and will include your name on the PAQ rewardment list once you remit what's rightfully due to me OR ELSE I'll WILL ... <apologies, under the weather a tad and not myself today  Cry>

How the hell can someone hack cold storage bitcoins if not connected to the internet ...

I'll go one better: How can someone hack cold or hot storage bitcoins if all the bitcoins were converted to fiat upon arrival?

From 2013 to 2015, you converted Bitcoin to thousands of dollars a day on Coinbase. Where did those coins come from?

Cryptsy collected its revenue in Bitcoin, which in turn was converted into USD via Coinbase. This was the financial model we used.

Q. If Cryptsy converted all its bitcoin <why did Paul capitalize Bitcoin?> revenue into USD via Coinbase, then why did you have over a thousand bitcoins on your server?
A. Petty cash on hand.
Q. How did the hacker gain access to the coin storage server not connected to the Internet.
A. What part of we're dealing with a Genius Hacker didn't you understand?
Q. Like the magic bullet that killed Kennedy, eh?
A. I am fond of Texas. Love their BBQ brisket.
Q. Is there BBA there in China?
A. Damn straight there is!

Drinking water and other drinks is actually unhealthy. That's why it's being taught in the public schools that you must drink. If you wanna know the truth about water, stop drinking. I stopped drinking about a year ago and my eyes opened. I know you are thinking this is just a conspiracy theory and I'm a lunatic, but try it your self. You will see the truth hidden in plain sight when you stop drinking, how government have been lying to us all these years that we have to drink. Drinking is part of their depopulation plan and it works!

lets make a group bro, "NonWaterDrinkers", lets open forums, make videos and so on....
this will be worst than bluewhale...

No, no, no...

Flat water drinkers. Let the FE people drink only flat water. Water fountain water isn't flat; it's "fountainy." Spring water isn't flat; it's springy. Lake and ocean water isn't flat; it has all those floaty things "humped up out of the surface." What is flat water?

Flat water exists only when you fill the glass right up to the top... just exactly right. If you fill the glass too full, the surface tension heaps it up, so that it "humps" slightly above the top of the glass. If you don't fill the glass all the way up, surface tension sticks the edges of the water to the walls of the glass, so that the water is slightly concave.

FE people gotta drink it when it is exactly flat. But as soon as they stick their lips into it, it spills. As the old adage goes. Don't cry over spilled mil... wait! We're talking about water, aren't we? New adage... don't cry over spilled water!

I honestly have no idea. There is no way to know 100%. Speculation would be just that, speculation. I believe it was through lucky7coin wallet, but I have no way to actually know that, that's just what was stated. If I had to make a bet though, I'd honestly bet it was someone outside of the company. That's just my opinion though.

Thank you for your views but it would be hard to believe that one wallet screwed everything up for everyone when cold storage was used... but thank you for your insight

The keyword is cold storage. Cold storage as in the server where the majority of the bitcoins were store WASN'T connected to the Internet, yet Mr. Genius Hacker had no problem whatsoever accessing the offline server, stealing the coins, and putting the server back offline.

After the hack was uncovered, Paul Vernon was contacted, whereupon he didn't even take time to change the underwear he wore the day before and headed down to the office, immediately contacting Mallick to see if he had any insight of the hack. It wasn't Mallick, so the next course of action was ...

Paul: Mallick, don't tell anybody about what happened.
Mallick: How are gonna cover the loses?
Paul: Business is good, so we'll simply take it out of future profits.
Mullick: DUDE, when the smoke clears, you'll gonna be looked upon as a God.
Paul: Buddha, but close enough.
Mullick: May the path to liberation be with us.
Paul: Heard that! Hold the fort down while I return home to change my underwear. Remember, mums the word.
Mullick: Got it! <within an hour later> Hey, BitJohn, you ain't gonna believe what happened. Don't tell anybody unless it's Horus or Logan. A few hours ago ...

In spite of including one duplicate (highlighted above), I'll consider you golden, bud. Feel free to resubmit another YouTube channel at any time so that you'll have one more opportunity to earn an additional pack if the submitted creator's channel becomes part of our program. I'm creating a separate post for revo1044's most recent reply.

Sure there is no extradition treaty but many people from the U S of A travel to China for holidays nowadays. Maybe an ex-Cryptsy investor or reporter might bump in to him. He could easily go to the US embassy in Beijing and make an offer to surrender on conditions that he return the investment that people lost and keeps most of the profit. What a fool he is...

If he's still in China he's probably there as an illegal alien. His visa must have expired by now, and I can't imagine how he could get another. He would stand out like a sore thumb in China, and all the locals would be talking about him. There must have been some Chinese cryptsy customers who he ripped off. It only takes one of them taking an interest in a new American living in the neighbourhood to blow his cover.

https://www.internations.org/china-expats/guide/moving-to-china-15402/visa-types-and-requirements-for-china-2

Quote
Visa Requirements

There are various types of visa for China, all of which are categorized with enigmatic abbreviations such as “C visa” or “X visa”. These abbreviations are based on the Chinese designations for specific visa categories: C (chuányuán = crew), L (lǎowài = foreigner, tourist), X (xuéshēng = student), J (jìzhě = journalist), G (guòjìng = transit), etc.

Thus, an L visa is the one you need to enter the country as a visitor for private purposes, e.g. for a sightseeing tour, to meet a friend, or to see a family member. Such an L visa is valid for a stay of 30 days, though you might be able to renew it in the country. It is therefore the sort of visa a visitor rather than an expat needs.

Applying for an L visa usually requires the following documents:

- a completed application form
- a valid passport with blank visa pages
- a recent passport photograph
- a copy of your return flight ticket, your hotel reservation, and a signed itinerary

If you are invited by a friend or family member, you should enclose their letter of invitation and a copy of their ID card or residence permit, too.

Short-Term Visa

If you are planning to come for a short-term assignment, a business trip, a language course, an internship, or a term at a Chinese university, you should look into applying for a so-called F visa. This visa addresses the needs of non-tourist visitors. You must apply for an F visa if you want to stay in China for commercial or academic purposes for up to six months.

For a successful visa application, please bring these documents:

- a completed application form
- a valid passport with blank visa pages
- a recent passport photograph
- an invite from the Chinese government, an associated company, or a relevant Chinese institution, or indeed a letter of acceptance from a Chinese university or language school

If you’re planning on studying in China for more than 180 days, you need an X1 visa.

Long-Term Work Visa

Expats who want to stay longer than for six months usually go for the Z visa. This kind of visa is intended for foreign businesspeople, employees, and their family members. (International journalists are the exception, as they have a category of their own, the J1/J2 visa.) As well as the usual application form, passport, and photograph, the Z visa generally requires several official documents:

- an official letter of invitation
- a health certificate covering a recent medical exam
- an official employment license from the Chinese authorities

However, the regulations may vary slightly for special sub-categories of foreign staff, e.g. NGO workers, people employed in the offshore petroleum industry, and several other options.

For the employment license, you need to have a status as a “foreign expert” with special qualifications, e.g. as an EFL-teaching native speaker with a B.Ed., or a contract from a company officially accredited to employ foreign nationals. Fulfilling these requirements will help your future employer obtain the employment license for you. Specific details on all types of visas and requirements can be found on the Chinese Embassy website (in English).

China may not have an extradition treaty with the US, but they sure the hell do have laws on the books as to who's allowed to stay in the country for an extended period of time.

Hey, I just had an idea. You're gonna love this. Since it's probably safe to say that the Chinese government know exactly where Paul Vernon is, I think that the authorities should pick him and extract from him the private keys to unlock the stolen bitcoins, akin to civil asset forfeiture here in the US, then kick his pussy ass outta the country, perhaps sent to Mongolia to live in a yurt on a spread tending yaks.

I'm typing this real slow so that you can understand it. The "hacked" bitcoins haven't been touched by Paul because he's still living off the other millions of dollars worth of crypto liquidated during his stint at Cryptsy. It's not rocket science!

Those millions are not enough for a greedy SOB who ended losing his right to return to his home country and will not see his kid/kids from wifey #1 grow up!

I'm typing this real slow so that you can understand it: Any greedy SOB would definitely move those bitcoins REGARDLESS of how many millions he currently has access to and is spending!!

Hphew... with that off of my chest, can I be rest assured my comment was understood and not quasi-negated  Wink

So you broke in to the Pauldemort Hogwart equivalent to capture photographs of his very private place of peace and zen tranquility Shocked

In re your last sentence, I'm in my third year sentencing for once pulling a similar stunt, of which it's quasi-illegal for me to pen the names Josh Zerlan or Bruce Peterson, but doing such gives me a pseudo-hardon.
