Chelsea have made an Nkunku transfer also for the attacking line. They are like ready to spend whatever amount of money is needed to be spent now. Nkunku has been a really effective player for Leipzig so far. He isn't mainly a centre-forward but he can play in that position also actually. Because he is already playing near there as he is a second striker. His scoring potential is quite big at the same time considering his statistics now. But I'm worried about one thing about this transfer.

They signed Werner before as you know. Werner was also amazing as a scorer back in the day. But after joining Chelsea he just started to perform very poorly. He wasted so many goal opportunities and it was one of the disappointing deals for Chelsea. I hope they don't have the same experience with Nkunku again.

Leverkusen just need to get lucky at the same time to leave them behind and finish the season in top four.

It was a good win for Galatasaray by 2-1. But it could have been much worse for them at the same time. Ankaragucu wasted a big opportunity with Sowe after getting 1-0 ahead. If they made it 2-0 then Galatasaray would have a really difficult job to do there. I liked Gomis' goal truthfully. He is still doing a really good job with using his physique to create a goal chance for himself. Ankaragucu wasted another huge opportunity with Emre Kilinc later on. The goal was just empty but his header was towards the wrong direction.

Galatasaray had a few more chances to score after that but the score stood the same. Congrats to them on their victory before the derby match.

On paper yes, even Newcastle have a chance for achieving the league championship this season. However I don't see it realistic for this season truthfully.

Because I believe they still need to strengthen the squad with big additions to the team. After doing so winning championships in this league won't be a dream for them anymore. Yes, this is like the most challenging league in Europe but this is still not hindering Newcastle from becoming the winner of the title permanently. If they qualify for the Champions League by the end of this season then it will be a huge support for them to convince top players to sign for them. They have no money issue in the end so they just need to have persuasiveness.

Juventus didn't have a good day despite winning the match by 1-0 at the end.

Because they weren't comfortable even a bit during the match. Cremonese performed way beyond the expectations in this one. If their goal wasn't disallowed maybe we were going to be talking about a completely different result. Milik's save was like in the last minutes and this match must be a big lesson for Juventus. They will need to be much better than this next time. Because next time the opponent is Udinese which are a more powerful team than Cremonese. The biggest test is Napoli of course which is right after the Udinese match. Some injured and important players will hopefully be back until then.

Manchester United have really made a solid return to the Premier League now. Most probably they will defeat Bournemouth comfortably also. Shaw's goal has made the team much more relieved now. The second half has been a little scary for the team because Bournemouth have started to do better. If Manchester United didn't make the score gap 2 then maybe we could have seen an equalizer instead. Manchester United can't afford loss of points in such matches honestly.

They need to focus on getting 3 points against much weaker teams to have a bigger chance to finish the season in top 4. Tottenham are having really bad days and Liverpool are no different also. They both are having defensive issues now. Manchester United should be able to open the point gap as much as possible now to secure their position more.

Benfica had a really good winning streak of five matches before facing Braga. But Braga were the team to put an end to their streak by a solid win like 3-0. It was pretty unexpected to me honestly. Benfica's winning odd was pretty low which I found really weird. Because Braga weren't a team to be underestimated. Of course this 3-0 win is still not very acceptable for Benfica but it was obvious that it was going to be a tough match. Braga had a good history against them in home matches lately and they maintained it.

But even after this loss Benfica are still five points ahead of their closest opponent in the standings. I really appreciate their high effort even though they lose some of their important players to bigger teams.

Atletico Madrid have a really big test ahead of them now. Barcelona are like one of the toughest opponents for them in the league currently. The Espanyol draw shouldn't be misleading for anyone. Barcelona have performed great against smaller teams so far. I mean that they have been better against smaller teams compared to Real Madrid. I wouldn't like to say that Atletico Madrid are among such teams but it is the truth that they haven't been much close to Barcelona's level for a long time.

Simeone's obsolete tactics don't work much anymore. They had difficulties against even Elche the last time. Maybe they won by 2-0 but the general effort wasn't satisfying a lot. They don't have a bad history against Barcelona as for their home matches. But I still think Barcelona can win this to secure the lead.

Milan don't seem to be among the teams that are aiming to make big transfers in the winter transfer window.

It looks like Pioli is contented with the current quality of the squad now. They are quite away from Napoli in the standings currently. They have made simple mistakes in some comfortable matches which led them to get away from Napoli more. I have no doubt that they are aiming to retain their title but they need to improve their performance even more to be able to do so. I don't know if they really need to strengthen the squad even more to join the title race seriously. They have a squad that won the league title recently in the end. They just need to drop the point losses to minimum to be able to keep up with Napoli.

Chelsea are just one of the really unlucky clubs in Europe. They are doing the best they can with bringing skilled and big names to the team and they don't have much problem with money also. But even the money isn't enough to bring championships to the team of course. This season reminds me of another bad season they had when they had even Hazard also in the team. This one is not that much bad thankfully but I don't know what they will do like this. They couldn't defeat Nottingham also just as Liverpool also couldn't.

It looks like most of their new transfers are likely to arrive by the summer. David Datro Fofana is here now but let's see how big impact he can make. Chelsea need a big improvement in their scoring potential.

Truthfully, 1.57 is a pretty interesting odd for the Liverpool win against Brentford. It is quite low when we take Brentford's strength into account also. They have a five-match unbeaten streak on one hand. They were nearly defeating Tottenham if it weren't for their comeback to get a draw. But they won against Manchester City in Etihad and it was like one of the biggest wins in the league. Manchester City are also a title contender just like Arsenal in the end.

Liverpool made a good return of course by defeating Leicester but it wasn't easy at all. If it weren't for Wout Faes maybe they were even going to lose that one. They are still not credible even a bit as for their defense especially. I might also bet on both teams to score @1.65.

Sivasspor kesinlikle şu an dikkat edilmesi gereken kulüplerden birisi konumunda. Mevcut rakipleri olan Karacabey Belediyespor bundan önceki turda bir Süper Lig takımı olan Giresunspor'u 5-0 ile geçmişti.

Sivasspor'un şok yaşamaması için dikkatli olması gerekecek o yüzden ben çantada keklik bir eşleşme olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Favorim ise yine de Sivasspor.

I'm curious what Juventus will do in the rest of the season. Before the World Cup started, they started to bandage their wounds by starting a solid winning streak in the Serie A. It was like most people were talking about a probability of Allegri to get sacked in the near future after seeing the team performance in the Champions League especially. But Allegri started to increase his credit in the team by focusing on fixing the issues in the Serie A. Now we see them at the 3rd position even if there is a big gap with the leader for the title.

Juventus are lucky about this break also because it was a big opportunity for their injured players to recover. Now not only the fans but also the new board will expect Allegri's team to perform strongly in the Serie A and Europa League both. Otherwise we might start talking about Allegri's future again.

Tabi aynı şeyi Arsenal ve Manchester City ile aralarındaki fark için söyleyemem. Çünkü ciddi bir fark var ve sanki bana Liverpool en fazla 3. bitirebilir gibi geliyor. Manchester City'den şüphem yok da Arsenal'in bir anda kötü forma girmeye başlama ihtimali her zaman mevcut. Anca öyle Liverpool'un 2. sıra için de şansı olabilir.

Arsenal'in her sene düzenli olarak iyi performans gösterdiğini görmediğimiz için hala emin olamıyorum. Umarım şampiyon olurlar da Manchester City dominasyonunu yine görmemiş oluruz.

Arsenal are entering a really competitive period from now on. They are going to have very challenging matches starting with this one. The Brighton match might not be as difficult as the other ones though but it is still a dangerous one for Arsenal indeed. Before anything else Brighton have a good record against Arsenal in their home matches in this league. But Arsenal defeated them in an away match 2 years ago also. They are even a stronger team now and this can be the most probable match they win at the end.

Because the other opponents are like Newcastle, Tottenham, Manchester United and so on. Manchester City also are going to be their opponent in a short time after facing those teams. So Arsenal need to leave these matches as efficient as possible to keep their championship chance high. Of course there are many matches to be played but this kind of big ones can be decisive for title winner.

It is of course the truth that Red Bull are in a much better condition than all of the remaining constructors. Mercedes and Ferrari both will need to make an extra effort to get close to their level in terms of car engine especially. If Red Bull maintain their superiority by the start of next season also then Verstappen will be too difficult to be stopped of course. Leclerc will continue to dream of a championship with Ferrari and it will be the same for Hamilton about his 8th title.

However I still think Hamilton will continue to race for a couple more years to get the title. Because Mercedes had a promising car while we were nearly at the end of the season. If they continue on the development and work hard they can prepare a much stronger car for Hamilton to give it a shot.

Manchester United and Tottenham are after Rennes striker Martin Terrier now. The 25-year-old is a decent scorer actually and he isn't only a scorer of course. He is making many assists to his teammates also. Even though he is mentioned like a striker his main position is actually left winger. But a very productive player in scoring and assisting both would be on the radar of big teams that's for certain. I can understand Manchester United's interest in him because of wasting so many goal opportunities since the beginning of the season. Things looked well in the latest match but I don't know about its consistency though.

However I wonder why Tottenham are thinking of signing him. They already have Kane, Son and Richarlison in the attacking area. Adding him as well would increase the competition level among the players quite much.

Yeah, it looks like Lewandowski is preparing to play against Espanyol after the cancellation of his punishment. However I think Barcelona would have won the match anyway even if he wasn't able to play. This isn't the first time they play without Lewandowski. I remember the Osasuna match they played without him for at least an hour. Because he got a red card by the 31st minute. However it was still no hindrance for Barcelona to win the match by a 2-1 score later on.

The reason why I mentioned that situation is that Barcelona have a good system working very well in the La Liga. It is working mostly against weaker teams maybe but there aren't more powerful teams many in number.    Therefore I think they will defeat Espanyol even easier now with Lewandowski.
