Reddcoin is now #3 on minytpal, they are giving out 5,000 RDD per vote on Reddit, and they just made a big impression witn the Dogecoin community by taking on Moolah... Reddcoin is about to blow up the scene.

As far as I understand it doesnt matter who votes And remember that if you still can't vote because you don't have a trade history, just post here your Mintpal PND address and i'll send you some coins so you can trade them back and forth at the LTC market.
I would be careful with that. Apparently xsi got stripped of their votes, because mintpal found accounts that they decided were mainly made for voting. If you dont want the same thing happen to RDD I would avoid doing that. Mintpal now has a captcha to verify humans votes. In the case of xsi they found accounts that they decided were made mainly for voting. Doenst matter if its a human or a bot that votes. By all means, continue voting, have a look yourself at the xsi thread (page 63). All I wanted is to prevent the same happening to RDD as xsi since one poster offered to send coins to accounts that have no voting rights for trading back and forth to be allowed to vote. And that is exactly what was mintpals reasoning in the case of xsi. cheers Makes sense why they locked everyone out of their accounts then. That way us requesting our accounts to be reinstated increases the likelihood of a real account. Makes sense to me. Still Lots of RDD per vote! And going to be #2 soon! |

I am counting on it! Why would it? It calls itself the tipping currency of social medias, and yet they are used by no one else than the community of /r/Reddcoin, which doesn't seem to grow as fast as the price is rising. This smells like a pump in anticipation of the switch to PoSV. It already has doubled. Get on with us! |

How do you guys determine a good coin ?
I see a lot post on what they invest but no explaination or anything .
This is cryptocurrency. This is where people literally make monopoly money/gift certificates and try to make money off of it. Play or don;t play, there is no other explanation needed. RDD is getting Hot, NEM is over priced, NXT is stabilizing, BTC is still the only sure thing. Stay away from Scamcoins like CoolCoin HyperCoin, etc... Stay away from drowning coins like Silkcoin and Doge. EVerything else is luck of the draw and riding the waves. Period. |

Before we start panicking that bholzer has abandoned us, please notice that in his last post to the MurryCoin thread, he stated: I have some commitments I have made to some other coin communities that will keep me somewhat occupied throughout the remainder of the week; I will begin another push here this weekend to get Murraycoin back on track. This combined with the fact he has not been around for a few days indicates to me that he is indeed working on SilkCoin, and plans to be finished Friday. Instead of panic selling, this would be a good chance to buy some cheap SilkCoin, because as soon as Bholzer comes back with what he has been working on, we will see a nice jump in price.  |

Finally working on Windows. Not bad at all! Should all menu items except Dashboard and Transactions have to be disabled in this version? Yep, and as I mentioned. There are interested devs. And an entire team. All holding on Bholzer. It was my suggestion to wait until the end of the week, but panic is starting it seems. Perhaps we wait until the end of the day and if there is no response, then begin the trek onwards. And for the record, I've been messaging bholzer from the time I started the trello board and have had no response. The only responses he has made are on other threads. I believe anyone from this team of volunteers and donaters are all in the same boat. If bholzer has contacted ANYONE from the entire silk community please let us know. Else, it seems clear what the intention is. Have to have communication or keep moving forward. This fucking camel is restless. Yes it is, as soo as we get back to 750-ish I am out if we don;t hear anything by then. |

Well the reason why we made this client 1.0.9.3 and not a new one was of course,
1. To not interfere with any work that bholzer has been working on.
2. Needed for the interim a working client for all platforms. Which has been achieved.
3. Continue with web development and marketing with a working client.
4. Get the exchanges active again
5. Restore confidence in users who had a shitty wallet that kept crashing.
At this point he has not responded to anyones private messages or on the forum. If this is not the case then someone point that out.
So.
Does this community move forward without him? Or weep and cry calling his name with 'why', 'why'??
Bholzer, you are welcome to post here about this.
If me organizing the community that wanted to help into one place and donating personal silk to get a working client going is the reason why you have bailed, then perhaps you had no honor to your intentions here whatsoever.
Personally I'm tired of waiting when progress is at our fingertips.
This coin and community has been through enough already.
We need this chapter closed and another one begun.
This is what SC needs in the short term, someone to step up and lay their cards out. |
