Save money in bank is a waste of money. Many costs you have to spend if save money in bank such as interest taxes, monthly administration fees, transaction fees and many other costs. If your money is a bit it is very bad to save in the bank. Then investing is the best way to spend money, but invest in the right place, do not invest in a bad place that will make you poor
I say that it's not a waste of money. It's good for security of your money but if you are chasing for the possible profit that you may get in any investment that you want. Then invest and focus there while working your bank savings account and just keep on saving so that you will have something to pull in times of disaster. |

Though the price of bitcoin seems to be quite good as it has reached the new all time high. Once again it keeps growing, for which I believe holding will be the better go, if there is no emergency requirement to convert it to local fiat or spend for unnecessary needs.
Holding will be the best option nowadays as there will be new comers that are now studying their potential to bitcoin. As my choice, I will remain holding my bitcoins though there are times that I'm thinking of selling it in times of need. But I will stick to my plan that majority of my bitcoin assets will be on hold. |

Why is it bitcoin having a hard time passing the 3000$ wall? Do you know whats the reason behind this undestructible wall, or bitcoin already reached its highest price .whats your opinion about this?
Just dont be too fast mate, just like the saying slowly but surely. Maybe after a week or two will see bitcoins price get up to $3k. Bitcoin is just getting ready to pump again and just preparing some pushing power fron us, especially those whales. Dont worry will be on that price soon. Bitcoin is known for steady growth. So, people should have patience. We will surely gonna reach $3k soon. This type of bitcoin growth is genuine and doesn't end into tears. Well there's another correction happened and that is just a normal move for bitcoin. Once other investors started to come in and buy bitcoin for their chasing of potential lose for sure we will see bitcoin hit the barrier of $3k. So my suggestion just don't hesitate and just keep on holding as we will see the price reach it very soon. |

Yes this is what everyone is afraid to do so. They just do hold out bitcoins for a longer term because mostly everyone is fearing to lose a lot of profit when the price started to pump suddenly. But I like it the fact that we will never run out of new investors and they are the reason why the price of bitcoin keep on rising. |

Ok. I've read different places, that fees rely on the size of the transaction, and if you set your fee to low, then it might actually get more expensive because there are a lot of dust payments. Am I wrong? If not, I would like to find out, if there is a wallet where you can set your own tx fee. Right now I have Jaxx, which allow me to set 3 different types of price/speeds, but seem to me, that it isn't working probably, because the fee is actually the same.
Have anyone experiences with other wallets, where you can set the tx fee yourself?
If you can wait and you are not rushing for the confirmation you can set it to the lowest fee and priority. But expect that it will really take a long time before it gets confirmed and there's no certain amount of time for it. I've been using blockchain and the last time I set the fee is only 0.0002 btc but it was confirmed a day after sending. |

Possibly it can happen but first, those alt coins need to surpass bitcoins total market cap. I understand that there are issues with bitcoin today but once it was solved, do you think investors will still look for some other altcoins and will treat it as their major crypto currency? its easy to increase btc all you need is patience you need to work hard to have your btc increase you need to brainstorm and post about the topic to increase your btc
I wouldn't say that it is "easy" to increase your btc unless you have mining farm and you dont pay big amount of electricity bill. Also another good thing is if you do have a lot of business or altcoin to trade. When one of the alt you hold pumped then thats going to easy as you only need to sell. |

Yes it is truly for me too. And currently I can say that I'm already satisfied with bitcoins current price, so theres no regret even it will increase and will end up down again. More positive charts are goin to be seen soon and I also believe that we will pass that mark and also will increase more. |

Yes it is really money. Just search what is the meaning of money. And my own understanding to it is that it is something that you can use for purchasing goods and services. And we are using bitcoin for doing it so and not just only it because we can also use it as an investment. |

If you have a dream and youre a hardworking person with special skills,i think 2 btc in month is low for you. But if youre only depending on sig campaigns you cant earn 1 btc in a month.
With todays value and pricing of bitcoin 2 btc is totally big for an online worker. You can offer various skills to many company that suits your skills. And once you built good communication and performance to it, you might receive some bonus and you can also work for other companies. |

The reason of bitcoins price increase is basically just because of the simple understanding of supply and demand. Thats the main reason, bitcoins supply has a limit of 21 million and there are already 16M in the rotation so as we reach the limit, the demand gets higher while supply is becoming low that makes the price pump.

Its looking more and more likely by the day that we will see $3500 and it could already be this month cause prices seem to easily rise 10 or 20% in under a week these days.
I know I will be holding out for much more than that and I think the sentiment is shared by most people as well.

When enter april 2017 bitcoin rise up after that bitcoin ever down the price lower than 1000$. Now the price of bitcoin is so stable and its great to all holders of bitcoin i know that big holders got millionaire from there profit.
For sure many are already millionaires from holding their bitcoins. And thats why the price is quite calm now and I'm sure there will be another increase soon once the price started to move. This is just a situational case and we really can't avoid this type of problem. There are businessmen that dont want to use their own savings and other investments in able to create new investment. And they are desperate for borrowing to the banks and using their assets for collateral it. I'll do the same, I'll some of my things for collateral if my parents is also in crisis. |

That is only some of the reasons, I think most members of the forum have more real world reasons to hold bitcoin, bitcoin is simply one of the best investments that you can make at this moment and with that in mind many will prefer to hold bitcoin, over holding fiat that keeps devaluing at a faster rate than the one the news and the governments state.
There's no need for "more real world" reasons to hold bitcoin. We are in bitcoin forum so the dominance will go to bitcoin. But also there are gold enthusiasts and investors that managed to get focus with other investments such as bitcoin because it has the same feature like bitcoin. |

I chose to save it for use in a day, for future savings and investments, because of the rising bitcoin price, I think it's much better than being used for happy happiness, and some of the bitcoin I use for everyday use
I mostly my bitcoin for future purposes but there are times that I need to sell it for my daily living and expenditures like allowance for each day and food for the day. I also use it for the happiness of my parents, brothers and sisters. Thats why I'm proud that I get a lot of benefit from it. |

Trading and mining both are profitable depends on your investment. I usually trade to earn a good profit because i don't want to buy miner. Trading is easy as compared to mining and you can earn a good profit from it, but first you have to familiar with the market before doing it.
In mining it is only profitable if you can have big capital for buying your mining rig. But in trading it's good even you will invest only with small amount of money. Yes both are profitable but for me, its hetter to stick with trading as you can simply buy and sell the alt coins that you think will have the chance to grow in the future. |
