My stuck coins that finally showed up from MtGox are now on Bitstamp. Thanks to the delay, I have made a handsome profit on those few. Now I have my original $ and some extra coins.

Where is this stability around 280-300 we heard about? 328 already.
I guess we have the flash-crash to 250 to look forward too.

Fidor bank will actually take over it They put that on FB: Der interne Test der Fidor-API hat begonnen Es dauert hoffentlich nicht mehr lange bis der (nahezu) Echtzeithandel auf bitcoin.de starten kann. Wer noch kein Fidor-Konto hat sollte sich beeilen eines zu eröffnen UND dieses bei bitcoin.de eintragen. It is a bank that is registered with the financial regulators in Germany. While it erases some of the difficulties Mt.Gox ran into (good), it opens doors for further regulation (bad, imho). The technical support meltdown in #mtgox right now is quite a spectacle to behold.
Is this in regards to people not being able to get fiat out? Or is it fiat AND BTC? yes it is both. gox is fucking lol. cant get fiat OR BTC hahahaha It apparently is related to mining pools dumping there nice new coins directly onto the exchange. So apparently with minted coin, they need 100 confirmations before they can be spent? So he mixes your transfer out with the new mints, and presto...you are stuck waiting 3 days for your coins... Ah! That's a pretty good technical explanation really. I just tried a BTC withdraw out of curiosity. Lets see how long it takes. EDIT: Just got the BTC as I clicked posted. Took no more then a minute. Withdrew 10 BTC as a tester (didn't want it to not work and leave a whole chunk in limbo!) So anyway, seems like FUD to me unless the amount makes any difference (which I doubt). User sturle reported something about a coinbase related 100 confirmations bug in the thread Mt.Gox withdrawal (the gathering). From all I have seen, it was mostly people flipping out, when Gox had to refill from cold storage. |

From what I know, only $ fiat exchange has issues in Gox. I personally have traded in euros (many times) and had no problems whatsoever.
SEPA queue is 6 weeks and started to grow longer in the last week. |
