I own ledger and its easy to use. I am currently using it for ERC20 tokens. Last update was stucked and still cannot install other wallets but its enough for me.

Its never been safe to hold your coins in exchage. Paper wallets are always safe then exchange wallets.
I prefer to use paper wallets for long term investments. and i use metamask for daily used wallets.

you can buy and transfer tethers like all other crypto coins but its always equal to 1 usd there is no valotility for USDT

There are too many risks for KYC procedure. all data can be stolen from a weak ICO server.

Litecoin already get its value on market but Ripple has mor room to grow. So i think ripple has more potential then litecoin for price value.
