Padrino, as you are fully aware you did a deal with an existing holder of Banx direct to get your Banx shares, nothing to do with me or Banx Capital.
Therefore your comments are unfounded.
I have publicly stated we are offering private investors discounts for large purchases of shares which they lock in for at least 12 months. We are concentrating on selling the remaining of the Banx shares to enable us to grow our business and develop our plans. Its a simple thing.
The offer of purchasing shares from a few people last year was a one off offer.
Again you own no share of any company you own a crypto based asset which pays profits monthly.
Maybe you should take up any issues you have with the person you purchase your banx shares from two months ago ?
As you know you per paid profits in BTC last month which make your investment a worthwhile thing. You are free to list your shares on banx.io for sale.
And one last clarification. We are only selling Banx shares to private investors, all shares for sale on the exchange are for sale buy people wanting to sell them. not us.

From what I can tell, all investors receive their dividends on a monthly basis although there have been some customer service issues in recent times that are being addressed.
Mark Lyford, the CEO, seems to be extremely open about the business model and mechanisms behind it.
I think you're going to have to come up with more evidence to prove this is a scam.
I don't own any Banx Shares but have been following the project since before it publicly launched.
Finally, every single person who works for Banx is public about their identity. Why have you created a new account to make a scam accusation? Seems strange to me. Why not use your main BCT identity?
So it's not a coin, it's an unlicensed security. Yet another red flag that should tell you to stay away. As far as I know, there is no requirement to have a licence to sell shares in your business in the UK. For clarification we have never sold our crypto based banx shares to anyone publicly, hence the reason we are selling to private investors. We believe in open communication and transparency which is why we are responding to this post. Thank you for pointing out your concerns but, as we will demonstrate, the suspicions raised here are unfounded. Our company is completely legitimate, as our significant number of backers will confirm, and we have consistently paid out monthly profits since November 2014. We hope that any misunderstandings about our legitimacy can be thwarted by way of the following explanations:
We are currently still selling our shares to private investors and we do so at a dollar value rather than a bitcoin value. So when the price of bitcoin changes, our share price changes. CMC list the price of coins as a bitcoin value and not a dollar value, which makes it look like our price is increasing on CMC but this is actually due to the price of bitcoin declining against the dollar. In addition to this CMC only list the shares that are in the public domain that are available to the public.
Like many companies, our activities on online platforms are limited to a select few. We have chosen not to use Reddit very often, which we do not see as being any cause for concern.
We are only listed on our own exchange at the moment because no one else has started to list us whilst we are still in the ICO phase. We expect this will change in the future, but it is really up to third parties. Our wallet is available for anyone to use and add to their exchange on github since our change over to POS. Our shares were previously available on c-cex but users on their system were involved in a hack to our blockchain, which meant that they had to be moved over to our own exchange for security purposes.
Importantly, our business model is based on a fee-share, which our current investors receive monthly, and where the coin value lies. It might be an unconventional system, but it is no cause for such accusations, and our investors are certainly happy with it.

Actually I subscribe to that many it will take a fair bit to find it.It did say the Exclusive coin was at an all time low price wise but very high difficulty the reason might be because Banx was building an ebay type platform to be released in June using payment through Exclusive Coin Litecoin and Bitcoin.Is there any truth in that EDIT... http://fuk.io/april-2015-report-best-altcoins-and-crypto-currencies-to-mine-and-invest-in-for-high-profits/"Exclusive Coin aka EXCL – coin is on all-time low in price and all time high in difficutly mining. I think a roadmap would be good,I heard of Banx creating an Ebay style platform using three currencies from a news blog but never heard it from Banx.Yes a roadmap and a rough timeframe giving Banx proposed future would be nice.

Just to be really clear folks. People hiding behind anonymous names who have only ever been negative towards me and our business who are clearly proponents of other crypto currencies will not be given the time of day any more on this thread and their posts will be deleted as previously warned. As i have said in numerous posts and videos we are focused on creating the vision for Banx and are only too happy to work with and help people that share with us in that vision. if people don't like that vision, me or the things we are doing its simple.... don't get involved. I can't be any more clear than that. On a positive note I won't stop until we get Banx to where it deserves to be. Fraud is a big word. Who exactly is getting defrauded? the trades you see are from private sales. If banx is turning over a fake volume does this effect you as a share holder? Those extra fees are being reflected in your dividend payouts still. The exchange is trying to keep a steady volume turnover to keep the exchange in the public eye. now lets be honest here is there a crypto exchange that hasnt played the volume up a bit to gain custom? i doubt it.
And its working as the exchange is naturally growing now and so are my dividends.
Ohh so as long as you are getting paid right now it's alright for them to be dishonest? If they want to log private sales they should log them separately, not intermingled with the exchange to produce fake exchange volume. Good to see you don't have much integrity as well, so others have done it in the past, and you are getting paid, must be alright then? No one is forcing you to invest in Banx. If it isn't for you and you can't see the opportunity and are happy with other pump and dump coins then stick to those. If you want to invest in a real company with real people turning a real profit then jump on board while the price is still low... In reality the only people wanting to sell heir shares are people that need a quick cash injection because they over stretched themselves when investing or they had unexpected bills. Everyone else is happy with the way things are going and the profit payouts... All the private sales of shares are done through the exchange because that is where shares need to be held in order to receive profit payouts each month. Not everyone that is investing wants to go through the process of getting a local wallet and then having to transfer them to the exchange each month so it is easier for them to receive their shares on the exchange. Simple as that! If you don't like it then don't invest, no one is forcing you to. For you to come here and start trolling isn't helping anyone though! Trolling? I don't think so, I am asking serious questions.. As requested by you two days ago I replied to your PM with details but never received anything back, so yes I took to the thread given that was my only outlet. I submitted a partial sell only AFTER I noticed your trade history on the site was bogus, so I could watch what happened.. If you need to use the exchange then mark the trades as private that are in fact private so you don't mislead current and potential investors as to the nature of the volume on the exchange.. Instead of trying to be better than all of the others you seem to be content to do the same, and instead of acknowledging that it is confusing, all I get back is a bullshit reason, which could be dealt with simply by marking those off exchange trades as what they are, off exchange trades. In short I couldn't get out if I wanted to so I am here and will be here for a while, I read all of your materials before initially jumping in and was quite supportive, even excited at the opportunity however issues like the one with how you use the trade history on the exchange are misleading to the community at large. I'm not sure how you got involved in banx shares, but if you do not wish to be a holder any more feel free to let me know and we will address the issue. |

It's amazing how almost 1000 banx shares can be bought per day per the trade history on banx.io yet the order book shows almost no movement.... I should see shares in front of mine tick away each day but it never happens.. Screams market manipulation...
Maybe it will never let your sell order get in front of the ones they are selling off. FYI we have no shares on the sell orders for sale. sales orders are other peoples orders hence the reason private investors sales go through as they do |

Hey Guys,
Just to let you know that Banx Shares have now doubled. All shares that people held before have been doubled as well.
There are now 12,000,000 available in total and 7,200,000 available to the public, although some have already been sold.
The price dropped initially but has come back up again and is holding steady.
Shares are still available to purchase so if you want to buy some then you can either head to banx.io and buy them there or speak to me or my business manager Simon and we will help you sort it out.

Is transfer account already working? when i try to transfer i am ask about username. When i make new one it's telling invalid username. When i put my user name i get:
Error: Username already in use
Any Help?
Submit a support request on banx.io and im sure the admin will get it sorted for you pal. im having the same issue atm. i had an at account with the same email as my banx so they clashed. hope this helps Read the text to the right mate, it tells you the criteria needed for the username |
